Cable pulley, in particular for drag conveyor purposes. The subject of the present invention is a Seilzuarolle, in particular for Sehlepp- conveying purposes, with a housing formed by two walls and completely covering the side of the roller, said walls being connected to one another by a spacer sleeve and as a carrier serve the roller axis.
It is characterized in that a further spacer between the 1) istaiizbüehse and the roller axle firmly connects the housing walls to one another, and one of the housing walls is formed in such a way that part of it leads to the insertion of a fastening cable and the conveyor cable into the housing , rotatable around the roller axle and the fixed part is provided with a Einriehtune for fixing the rotatable part, the whole in such a way,
that the cable pulley does not have any parts that protrude from the housing.
For the latter reason, the Sellzu, grolle according to the invention has the advantage that it can neither cover nor open when it is lifted over the floor and over obstacles.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment. It shows- Z-, Pio-. 1 a side view of the cable pulley, L, FIG. 2 a section along the line A-B in FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 shows a section along the line C-D in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows a side view analogous to FIG. 1 with the side wall part turned out.
The cable pulley shown has a housing that is formed by two opposing walls 1 and 2. These walls 1, 2 are connected and welded in their upper part by a spacer bushing 3 and in their lower part they carry the axis 4 of a pulley 5. Die Walls 1 and 2 are designed in such a way that they completely cover the side of roller 5 . The axis 4 penetrates within a barrel, 6 the roller 5 and the walls 1 and 2.
Outside of the latter, the axis 4 is provided with flat heads formed by riveting, which allow the axis to be rotated but not displaced. Between the spacer sleeve 3 and the roller axle 4, there is another spacer element 8 made of flake material, which is convex against the roller 5 , arranged and connected! by welding to the walls 1- and 2, the latter firmly together.
The housing wall 2 is divided and has a part 2a which can be rotated about the axis 4 of the roller 5. The fixed part of the wall 2 is provided with a backdrop formed by a double wall 9, 10 , which starts from the spacer sleeve 3 , when the wall 2 is closed, protrudes beyond the rotatable part 2a.
A bolt 11 over which a spiral cage spring 12, which extends at one end against the wall 1 and at the other end at one, radially through said bolt 11 Pin 13 is supported, pushed, loosely penetrates both gate walls 9, 10 and, apart from that in wall 1 , is axially displaceable. The bolt 11 is provided with a cone over three quarters of its circumference at its link-side end.
The rotatable wall part 2a is provided with bevels 14 on the roller side on its end faces in the pivoting range of the bolt 11 and in the axis of symmetry with a bore 15 which is connected to the bolt < B> 11 correspond.
The heads 7 of the roller axle 4 and the walls 9, 10 forming the backdrop and the length of the bolt 11 are designed so that the cable pulley Has no parts that protrude significantly from your housing.
In the closed fixing position (Figs. 1 and 2) the upper part of the wall part 2a is located between the double wall 9, 10, and the bolt 11 </ B> penetrates both the backdrop walls 9 and 10 and, through the bore 15 , the rotatable part 2a3 so that the latter is prevented from rotating.
To rotate the wall part 2a, the bolt 11 is pressed against the force of the spring 12 into the housing (to the left in FIG. 2) until the second-mentioned bolt is only in the wall 1 </ B> and 9 is stored. Part 2a can now be rotated to the right or left, and the bolt 11 is released again. By turning the part 2a further, an opening is created between the first-mentioned and the fixed part of the wall 2 or the double wall 9, 10 , through which an opening around the spacer body 8 nichtgezeich netes fastening rope, z.
B. as a loop, and around the pulley 5 around the also allz not shown conveyor rope can be inserted into the housing. With the Sehleppförderzug, the Sellzugrolle is attached to the object to be towed with the fastening rope. Of course. you can also use the pulley for other purposes and z. B. attach with the fastening rope to an anchorage.
When turning part 2a in the Sehliessrichtung be the bevels 14 act in cooperation with the cone of the bolt 11 an impression of what is now mentioned by the first-mentioned part in order to continue turning through the opening 15 </ B> through to snap it back into the starting position.
The fastening cable could of course also be used in the conventional manner through the passage 16 <formed by means of the outer wall of the spacer bushing 3 and through the surface of the bolt 11 / B> or through the eyelet 17 of the spacer sleeve 3 .
