Fig. 1 zeigt eine Dampf-Gas-Anlage.
Steam. and gas turbine plant. Thermal power plants with steam and gas turbines are known. In these known designs, the systems are connected to one another in that the exhaust gases from the gas turbine part give off at least part of their waste heat to the combustion air or to the feed water of the steam boiler. The gas turbine part can work with internal combustion; the thermal power plant is then a steam-gas plant. It is also known to use the combustion gases of the steam boiler to heat the compressed air of the compressor of the gas turbine system to the desired temperature.
In this case, the gas turbine part has air turbines and the thermal power plant is a steam-air plant. Both versions already offer economic advantages.
It is also known that in steam turbines the steam after expansion to a certain pressure by Zwischenüberhit tion to bring to a higher temperature, where is partly increased by the heat gradient of the steam turbine and the efficiency of the system increases. The reheating is generally carried out by the combustion gases in the steam boiler. Since the gain in intermediate overheating is only about 4%, it was only used in exceptional cases with high power and high steam pressures.
The present invention consists in that at least one intermediate superheating of the steam takes place by means of exhaust gases from the gas turbine part.
The accompanying drawing schematically shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a steam-gas system. I denotes the steam boiler system, II the steam turbine system and III the gas turbine system. 1 indicates the grate, 2 the evaporator, 3 the superheater, 4 the economiser, 5 the chimney of the steam boiler, 6 the high pressure steam turbine, 7 the reheater, 8 the low pressure steam turbine,
9 the Kon capacitor and 10 a power generator of the steam turbine plant II. It is only a one-time Zwisehenüberhitzung the steam is taken. Furthermore, 11 denotes the compressor, 12 and 12 'a two-housing gas turbine part, 13 and 13' the combustion chambers and 14 a power generator of the gas turbine plant III.
The air is sucked in from the open, for example, pressurized in the compressor 11 and then supplied to the combustion chamber 13 'as combustion air. The combustion gases flow to the gas turbine 12 'and after exiting the same to the combustion chamber 13. The gas turbines drive the compressor 11 and the power generator 14. The exhaust gases from the gas turbine 12 flow to the intermediate superheater 7, in which the steam is heated to a higher temperature before it enters the low-pressure turbine 8.
Part of the exhaust gases from the gas turbine 12 flows through the feed water preheater 15 and 15 'into the open; the other part of the exhaust gases can give off part of its residual heat to the combustion air of the steam boiler in an air preheater. In the embodiment according to the drawing it flows as combustion air to the grate 1 of the steam boiler.
By using the exhaust gases from the gas turbine as combustion air in the steam boiler, the usual air preheater can be omitted, and a particularly economical thermal power plant is created, since both: the steam and the gas turbine plant are cheaper than normal plants of the same power. The steam from the low-pressure steam turbine 8 is condensed in the condenser 9, and the condensate flows to the preheater 15 ', to the economizer 1, to the preheater 15 and then to the evaporator 2.
The gas turbine system III does not have a recuperator. The exhaust gases from the gas turbine 12 'are used as combustion air and to preheat the feed water. The compressor 17. is not cooled.
Fig. 2 shows. a steam-air system. The gas turbine system III has a single-housing air turbine and does not have its own combustion chamber. The compressed air of the Ver poet 11 is brought to the desired temperature in a heater 16 by the combustion gases of the steam boiler, whereupon it expands in the turbine 12.
The exhaust air is passed through the reheater 7, after which part flows through the recuperator 17 and flows to the grate 1 as combustion air, while the rest of the exhaust air passes through the feedwater preheater 15 'into the open. The condensate flows to the preheater 15 ', to the eeonomiser 4 and to the evaporator 2. The steam turbine part 6, 8 and the gas turbine 12 drive: the same generator 10.
The gas turbine part can be placed directly next to the steam turbine part, so that the overflow lines are short, but pressure and temperature losses can be kept small and there is no risk of the pipes burning through, since the exhaust gases from the gas turbine are already at a low temperature have temperature. As a result of the low temperature of the flue gases, the intermediate overheating of the steam cannot take place to as high a temperature as in the steam boiler, which would reduce the profit. This disadvantage can be remedied in a simple manner by the fact that the steam is twice or more times overheated.
The plant costs and the cream requirement can be kept lower than with the intermediate overheating in the boiler, and thus not only large units come into consideration for an efficiency improvement through intermediate overheating, but also medium-sized and small ones. An advantageous area of application be found in shipbuilding, where fuel savings are crucial. As a result of the higher efficiencies, the highest pressures and temperatures do not have to be used.
The invention can also be used in counter-pressure steam systems for thermal power stations and industrial plants. The power can be increased considerably, and since the exhaust gases from the gas turbine are usable ver evaluated, the extra power is generated with high efficiency.
The steam and gas turbine systems can be of any type; they can drive electricity generators or other high-performance machines. The steam can be reheated after one or two or more expansion stages.
The intermediate overheating requires a certain temperature determined by the exhaust gases from the gas turbine. a certain amount of exhaust gas from the gas turbine. The working amount of the gas turbine can also be chosen to be larger. In the case of multiple intermediate overheating, the intermediate overheating can occur to different temperatures. The gas turbine part can be built with one or more housings.
In the case of a two-housing design, the compressor part or, in the case of a multi-housing design, of this compressor part, a part of the same can be driven by a gas turbine for the purpose of adapting to the partial load of the steam system with a variable speed. The other gas turbine drives the power generator or the power machine.
The compressors of the compressor section can be distributed anywhere on the gas turbines. For the design point of the steam and gas turbine system, the throughput weight of the gas turbine can partly be the same as or greater than the combustion air weight of the steam boiler. The intermediate superheating of the steam can take place depending on a lower or higher temperature.
It is advantageous if, when the steam is reheated once, the steam pressure does not exceed ten ata during reheating and the compressor pressure does not exceed four ata for a single-casing gas turbine part or six ata for a two-casing gas turbine part.
