Infolge dieser Ausbildung ist es möglich, eine Schaufelung zu verwenden, die ausser halb des üblichen Bereiches in bezug auf die Grösse des Anstellwinkels liegt;
Bei einem Schaufelring mit konstanter Höhe Gvürde eine solche Schaufelreihe eine solche Anstellung oder eine solche Profilwölbung haben, dass Strömungsablösung eintritt; um dies zu verhindern, sind die Wände des Rin ges, in welchem die Schaufeln angeordnet sind, aufeinander zulaufend ausgebildet, so dass die Höhe des Durchganges stark ab nimmt (siehe besonders Fig. 2 und 3) ;
Diverting device for gases. The invention relates to an order steering device for gases, in which the Ge speed of the gas passing through the device temporarily as well as a circumferential component and an axial component, as z. B. occurs in the case of an axially moving vortex. The aim of the invention is to provide means which allow a large change in the size of the circumferential component over a short, axial path.
This is to be achieved with an acceptable loss and while maintaining a satisfactory outlet velocity distribution.
For this purpose, the fiction, according to Umlenkeinriehtung has a structure to create an annular flow path for the gaseous medium and a series of radial, stationary blades arranged in this structure to reduce the peripheral component, the speed of the medium flowing axially through the structure, these blades one Have an inlet angle that is larger than your outlet angle,
so that .the distance between two successive .blades increases towards the outlet, but the radial height of the annular flow path decreases towards the outlet of the vanes so that the cross-section of the kaf, neck formed between two successive vanes steadily decreases in order to cause an acceleration of the medium flowing through said path.
As a result of this design, it is possible to use a blade that is outside the usual range with respect to the size of the angle of attack;
The latter can in this case be chosen so that it would act a complete separation of the flow from the .Schaufeln with conventional facilities. This can be illustrated by considering a double row of blades, assuming "that each row of blades causes a medium deflection of 500 at outlet angles of 30 or 00. (These angles are usually from the normal to the inlet and outlet planes of the two rows of blades).
The real inlet or outlet cross-section of the blade channels is the product of the cross-section in the inlet or outlet plane and the cosine of the inlet or outlet angle, so that the cross-sections of the channels between two successive ones in both rows of blades Increase the blades between inlet and outlet since: cos 800: cos 300 = 0.1736: /. 0.8660 and cos 500: cos 00 = 0.6428: 1.0.
The degree of increase will, however, be significantly greater in the first case with a larger inlet angle than in the second case, since
EMI0002.0001
is obviously significantly larger than
EMI0002.0004
It can be seen from this that the larger the inlet angle, the greater the relative increase in cross-section of the vane channels for a certain flow deflection and thus also the delay caused by the vane and, accordingly, the tendency to flow separation.
Where .therefore, the swirl component of the speed in a swirl flow is to be reduced by flow deflection blades and where the inlet angle relative to the outlet angle of the blades due to the relatively large original swirl component is gmoss to the axial component, the present invention enables the need for a gradual deflection Shovels z.
B. to avoid by means of several rows of blades on one another and thus enables a more compact construction of the one direction. So z. B. to reduce the swirl component of a vortex flow relative to the axial component, in such a way that the flow angle of the medium is reduced from 80 to 300, a single row of blades can be provided, which alone effects the entire flow deflection, the height .des between two successive blades formed channel is strongly convergent. In a practical embodiment, for example.
B.. The convergence of such a channel with the said deflection causing blades to be such "that the outlet cross-section perpendicular to the flow direction is about 80% of the corresponding inlet cross-section.
The options described are especially for deflectors such. B. advantageous for gas turbines or air compressors. In order to achieve as compact a structure as possible on such systems with medium guided in a certain direction Rich, it is usually necessary to cause a sudden change in direction of the flow before it enters the machine; For this purpose, the medium is usually fed to the system through a helical housing. If, as a result, a sudden change in direction, e.g.
B. 900, is required, the medium flowing in the original direction is fed to such a housing in which the medium is pressed with a screw movement with a swirl component perpendicular to the new direction and a component lying in the new direction.
For example, an inlet screw housing can be provided which, when unwound, represents a wedge, with one of the surfaces closing the wedge angle in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing and forming an open end face that represents the outlet of the screw housing, whereby the decrease in the cross-sectional area of the screw housing from the inlet to the outlet is entirely caused by the fact that the opposite,
through a wall. closed end face of the housing runs towards the outlet end face. The medium thus leaves the screw housing in a helical flow, the pitch angle of which corresponds to the wedge angle mentioned, and has a flow of the type to which the invention relates. Accordingly, the named direction change blades can be provided in the outlet of the screw housing.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown on the accompanying drawing voltage.
Fig. 1 is a parallel to the axis of the Ge housing laid section through the development of the screw housing.
FIGS. 2 and 3 are cross-sections along lines 2-2 and 3-3 of FIG.
Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the screw housing and the direction change blades, and Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the screw housing seen from the outlet side, but with the direction change blades removed.
As can be seen from the drawing, a 360o screw housing is gebil det by a channel 1 of rectangular cross-section, one side of which lies in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is completely open to form an annular outlet 2 of uniform height , which extends over the entire 3600 of the housing, the necessary reduction of the cross-sectional area of the housing is obtained by the fact that the opposite wall 3 runs towards the outlet side.
In the practical case shown, the development of the screw housing, as shown in Fig. 1 to 3, is a wedge of 1.0 "included angle, and the Ge liäuse thus creates a screw flow with an angle of 800 to the axis of the screw housing. Down around this twist add a vane ring 4 is arranged in the outlet of the screw housing, which ring contains a row of vanes 5, which reduces the angle of the helical flow from 80 to 300.
In the case of a blade ring with constant height Gv, such a row of blades would have such an inclination or such a profile curvature that flow separation occurs; in order to prevent this, the walls of the ring in which the blades are arranged are designed to converge, so that the height of the passage decreases sharply (see particularly FIGS. 2 and 3);
in the example shown, the decrease in height is such that the cross-sectional area of the channels at the outlet is of the order of magnitude of 80% of that at the inlet. While the blades 5 are such that from the inlet to the outlet:
the distance between the blades increases and that they cause a delay if they are arranged in a parallel-sided ring, such a decrease in the radial height of the channels is provided that overall there is a decrease in the cross-sectional area of the flow perpendicular to the flow direction results in a rapid acceleration and a corresponding increase in the stability of the flow.
It has been found that with a design such as that illustrated, the pitch or curvature blade can operate well above that normally feasible and produce the required swirl component change in velocity with an acceptable pressure drop while maintaining a good velocity distribution.
A further improvement in the speed distribution can be achieved if the screw housing is coaxial with the housing axis, ie. H. Partition walls 6 arranged at radial intervals from one another, as shown in FIG. 5, are provided.
It is evident that the measures described enable a very compact construction if the very large deflection of the flow that can be achieved is considered.
