Description

  

      Zerstäubungspumpe    für flüssige und pulverförmige Stoffe.         Iiii    folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes an Hand  der     Fig.l    und 2 der Zeichnung beschrieben:       Fig.1    der Zeichnung zeigt die für die       Zerstäubung    von flüssigen Stoffen eingerich  tete Pumpe. Die Arbeitsweise ist folgende:  Mit dem Kolben 1 wird die Luft im Hohl  zylinder 2 durch den Gummischlauch 3 und  das Verbindungsrohr 4 mit dem Konus 5 in  die Düse 6 gepresst. Durch die entstehende  Saugwirkung im Rohr 7 wird die Flüssigkeit  8 in die Höhe gezogen und vom Luftstrahl fein  zerstäubt.  



  Für die     Zerstäubung    von pulverförmigen  Stoffen ist der Deckel 15, an dem die     Zerstä.u-          bungsvorrichtttng    10, 11, 13 und 16     ange-          braelit    ist (vgl.     Fig.2),    einzusetzen.  



  Das Auswechseln des Deckels geschieht wie       folgt:    Das Verbindungsrohr 4 wird durch Zu  rüekziehen und Biegen des     (-'xummischlauehes     3 aus dein Konus 5 gelöst. Hernach wird der  Deckel 11, an     dem    die eine     Zerstäubungsvor-          riehtung    bildende Düse 6 mit dem Rohr 7 be  festigt. ist, aus dem Gefäss 9 gehoben. Die  sich darin noch befindende Flüssigkeit. 8 wird       herausgeschüttet,    worauf das Gefäss 9 mit  Pulver 12 gefüllt werden kann. Nun wird der  Deckel 15 mit der     Zerstäubungavorrichtung     10, 11, 13 und 16 in das Gefäss 9 eingesetzt.

    Das Verbindungsrohr 4 mit dem     Konits    5 wird    in die Gewindebüchse 10 geschoben, bis sich  vollständige Dichtigkeit     zwischen    dem Verbin  dungSrohr 4 und der Büchse 10 ergibt.  



  Die Luft wird wiederum mit dem Kolben  1. durch den Gummischlauch 3, das Verbin  dungsrohr 4, die Gewindebüchse 10 und das  Rohr 11 in den Behälter 9 gepresst. Durch den  Luftstrahl wird das Pulver im Gefäss 9 auf  gewirbelt, und infolge des Überdruckes in       demselben    tritt das Pulver- und Luftgemisch  durch das Rohr 1.3 ins Freie, wo sich eine  gleichmässige Pulverfahne ergibt. Damit beim  Saughub des Kolbens 1 kein Pulver in den       Hohlzy    linder 2 gelangt, ist die Gewindebüchse  <B>10</B> mit der Kugel 16 Teil eines     Rückschlag-          ventils.
