Method and device for the production of shoe insoles from fournier sheets. The present invention relates to a method for producing shoe insoles from fournier sheets, and a device for carrying out the method.
The method is characterized in that initially a negative of the sole of the foot is made from a plastic material and a positive is produced from this, which serves as a press mold, from a hardening compound, that fournier sheets are then glued on top of one another and, cut to the approximate size of the finished insole, between two pressed bodies pressed onto the area of the press mold to be reproduced until the adhesive is dry.
The accompanying drawing relates to an embodiment of the device according to the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows the press bodies seen from above. Fig. \? is a cut. along the line A-A in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, a section along the line B-B in FIG. 1 on a larger scale.
The method according to the invention is also explained, for example, using the device.
To produce a shoe insole, first a negative, that is to say an imprint of the sole of the foot, is produced, for which the insole is intended. For the negative, a plastic material such. B. wax, plasticine, putty or the like is used. A positive 1 made of a hardening mass, for example plaster of paris or cement, is created from this negative. To protect this positive against the risk of breakage, it is reinforced with a reinforcement 2, for. B. made of a wire mesh used in the Rabitz construction or another.
Then, for example, five to nine pournings are glued onto one another, the fibers of two consecutive sheets appropriately crossing each other. After the fournier sheets have been cut to the approximate size of the finished insole, the packet of sheets is pressed against the surface of the positive to be reproduced while being heated until the adhesive is dry.
After the set of fournier leaves has hardened and removed from the press device, the sole 3 can be given its definitive shape by cutting and filing.
The following device is used to press the insole 3 against (read positive 1: Two tubs 4 and 5 each have a flexible, waterproof wall. These walls consist of an outer skin 6, e.g. made of leather, and an inner skin 7 For fastening the skins to the tubs 4 and 5, they have flanges all around them. Matching flanges 9 are provided between these counterflanges 9 and the flanges 8, the skins are clamped by means of screw bolts 10 so that they create a tight seal for the tubs.
The tubs 4 and 5 with the flanges 8 and the counter flanges 9 are expediently castings. The tubs could also be deep-drawn. Both tubs 4 and 5 have a liquid filling 17., z. B. from water or oil, the tub 4 also an electrical counter was 12 for heating the liquid.
The flanges 8 and 9 are not flat, but similar to the curvature of the sole of the foot, curved in the longitudinal direction in order to make it easier to press the fournier sheets onto the mold.
Each tub 4, 5 forms a press body. The compression mold and the fournier package are inserted between the flexible walls of these bodies.
To press the two tubs 4 and 5 against one another, a known pressing device (not shown) is used, the tub 4 being placed on the press bed and a stamp, for example a pressure spindle, acting on the heat 5.
