Ausgu#rohr an Kanister.
Der gezeichnete Ausguss umfasst als Hauptteile ein. biegsames Rohr 11, an dem ein Kupp- lungsteil 12 befestigt und durch eine Sehraube 13 gesichert ist. Am Kupplungsteil 12 ist ein Spannhebel 14 an der Stelle 1 5 angelenkt, der genau dem Spannhebel 7 gleicht und dieselben Klauen besitzt ;
Discharge pipe to canister.
The subject of the present invention is a pouring tube on a canister with a removable cover cap. The pouring tube according to the invention is characterized in that it is flexible and has a coupling part which can be attached to the discharge nozzle of the canister in place of the closure cover, an air inlet pipe being attached to the coupling part which, in the working position, protrudes so far into the canister that the inflowing air is not forced back by the liquid flowing into the canister outflow.
The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. I is partly a view, partly a section of the pouring tube attached to the canister, and
Fig. 2 is a perspective view in particular of the coupling part of the pouring tube.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the canister which has an outflow nozzle 2 with a flat edge 3. The outlet nozzle also has a part 4 to which a closure cap 6 is hinged at point 5. This has two clamps on the outflow nozzle 9 a bow-shaped clamping lever 7 with claws 8. which engage in eyelets 9 on the outflow nozzle. Such canisters are known. They also have a ventilation 10, but it has been proven that it does its job poorly. With such canisters, access to the filler necks of motor vehicles is in many cases poor, and the contents are often partially lost through emptying.
The drawn spout comprises a main part. Flexible tube 11 to which a coupling part 12 is fastened and secured by a viewing hood 13. On the coupling part 12, a clamping lever 14 is hinged at the point 1 5, which is exactly like the clamping lever 7 and has the same claws;
In the working position of the spout, the coupling part 12 and its clamping lever 14 on the discharge spout 2 assume exactly the same position as the closure cap 6 and its clamping lever 7 when the latter are in the working position, ie close the canister. Both the closure cover 6 and the coupling part 12 have a sealing washer 16. The coupling part 12 is an injection-molded part and has an air inlet channel 17, into the wall of which an air inlet pipe 18 is screwed.
This is just long enough that the liquid flowing out of the nozzle 2, which flows together at a relatively high velocity in front of this nozzle, does not push back and thus disturb the air flowing into the canister through the air inlet pipe 18. The ventilation 10 is completely switched off.
Experiments have shown that # a canister content of 20 liters without spout at best in 32 to 36 seconds, with the previously known spouts at best in 30 to 45 seconds. can be eerted, while with the described SUBSCRIPTION BOOKS:
1. Spout tube according to patent claim to canister, the closure lid of which has a clamping lever, which has claws that work together with eyelets on the spout, characterized in that the coupling part of the spout tube has a clamping lever that is in the same position as it is in the working position in the working position, clamping lever of the locking cover.
2. The pouring tube according to Unteransprueh 1, characterized in that the coupling part of the pouring tube is an injection molded part into which the air inlet tube is inserted.
3. The pouring tube according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the coupling part of the pouring tube is an injection-molded part and has an air inlet channel into whose wall the air inlet tube is screwed.
The spout only takes 20 to 23 seconds.
For a canister with a closure cap that can be screwed onto or screwed into the nozzle, a pouring tube with a coupling part can be provided, which can be screwed on or in place of this cover.
