Device for controlling two-pole or multi-pole switches. It is known to operate the Sehalterpole of two-pole or multi-pole switches by remote, -e-controlled 'means in order to be able to switch all poles off and on from a central point.
In order to see the correspondence of the holding actions at all poles, mechanical connecting means are provided between the holding poles. For the mechanical connection, there is in some cases a common drive unit for all poles and a (- rod leading from this to the individual poles.
In other cases, a separate drive device is provided for each pole, in which case the control elements assigned to each pole, such as valves, release pawls, etc., are actuated by a common control organ via means that are automatically acting in a mechanical manner.
In the case of high voltage brackets, due to the large pole distances when using the illustrated -means, there are a number of --Nlntelii and constructional difficulties, which depending on the type of switch and the units of it Tax differences are great.
In all cases, a relatively large amount of components such as rods, bearings, couplings are required, which must be carefully adapted and, in the case of outdoor brackets, protected against the effects of the weather.
If it is a question of so-called tendon holders, then the masses of the drive to be moved also have an effect, "estän-es naehteili-. Friction and precision issues arise.
C n n Other tasks that require special attention with regard to operational safety.
The subject of the invention is a device for the control of two- or multi-pole switches, in which each pole is individually actuated by electrically remote-controlled orone and the poles are additionally coupled to one another,
in which the described shortcomings are eliminated because, according to the invention, a pneumatic linkage is provided as a coupling device for the actuating elements of the holders of all poles.
In the drawing, a control device for a three-pole 11) ruekgelialter is shown as an embodiment of the invention under 'V # Te, -lassun - #, which for the understanding of the invention see, dispensable construction details .
Fig. 1 shows the complete arrangement and Figs. 2 and 3 show a construction simplicity in two positions.
The non-drawn contacts of the individual poles are in Sehaltkamniern al, a. " a .. containing insulating bodies a!'. a% a ' : # unter-ebraeht. - At least one contact of each interruption point can be flexible and designed as a hollow contact.
Each pole is assigned a main valve b, b. " b., for the movement of the contacts and the blowing of the light or arc created at these during the shutdown process, which is electro-pneumatically controlled.
The main valves are provided with vent openings through which the switching rooms can be emptied when the main valve is closed; they are located on the storage containers e, c "c, which supply the compressed gas for the switching operations. The main valves are remotely controlled with the aid of electromagnetically actuated control valves cl" cl " d For the sake of simplicity, only the working coils p " p. #, p. and the control valves d, d" are included in the remote control device for the valves. d, that trigger the opening of the switch.
The valves d "d" d. are assigned compressed gas pistons e "e, e", which can be brought into action on the same. The control valves and the compressed gas pistons are assembled. Pressurized gas lines f, f, #, f, lead from a tap between the contact point and the main valve of each pole to a control apparatus g and from this to the pressure, gas pistons of the control valves for the main valves.
The compressed gas pistons e "e #, e3 are via stub lines h" h #, Ii. connected to a command line common to all poles, lt .
The control apparatus g is, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 , equipped with valves i., '22 '3 , which, depending on the presence of pressurized gas at the contact, provide access of DruA gas via the command line Lino, li to the pressure oask piston P-11 e '.' 6, the electromagnetic Ste-Lier valves cl "d #, d. enable or disable.
The valves i "i #, i, are double-seat poppet valves whose resilient (Y-spring-loaded valve poppers) also serve as control pistons.
For the explanation of the mode of operation of this device, it is assumed that it is a pressurized gas holder. Single or multiple interruptions per pole for the power shutdown act, which at the same time take over the clamping isolation, whereby the switching canisters are kept under pressure when the contacts are open. The contacts are opened by the pressurized gas introduced into the switching chambers, and they are closed by venting the holding chambers.
If the interruption points of all poles are closed, then the switching canisters are a "a., a. Free of pressurized gas and via the non-illustrated venting openings of the main valves b " b., b. connected to outside air. A-Lieh the lines f, f., f " h, h1, h.>,". # Of the pneumatic linkage are under pressure gas free.
The double seat poppet valves i "i #, i., Of the control apparatus g take under the action of their closing springs the ge in Fig. 2 position in which they rest on the upper valve seats and the connec tion between the Shut off DruckgasleitLingenfl, f21 f3 and the command line li.
The switching status of the poles of a holder is reported by a display element k built into the pneumatic coupling rod. The display element k consists of a pressure cylinder which is combined with the control element g to form a component and which with - en spaces on both sides of the communicates with the upper seat of the double seat valves i "i. #, i., and in which two pistons which can be acted upon by pressurized gas and slide against one another are movable are and of which the piston k ".,
serves as an abutment for the piston k. in the event of a malfunction. By means of the pistons kV k, 1 and the spring Äi., A position indicator m is adjusted via a linkage in such a way that it reveals the holding state of the pole of the holder . In the closed position of all poles, the spring k, is relaxed and the indicator m is on.
If all contacts of the poles are open, i.e. a remote-controlled opening command has been properly carried out on all poles, -Lind are the seUaltkammern a.1, 64-, a. under pressure, the lines f., f2, fr are also filled with pressurized gas. The double seat valve i "i #, i, are also under the action of the pressurized gas in the lines f" f 2, f ## and remain in the position shown in FIG.
The compressed gas from the lines f " f2, f, can pass through the guide clearance of the valve disc via the connecting Lmus line iv behind the piston k, </ B> of the display element k and press the spring k to drive it into the end position on the right. The indicator m shows the off position of the poles.
If, on the other hand, an electrical or mechanical fault has occurred while an electrically triggered opening command is being carried out, for example, the working coil) "of control valve d, main valve b, has not responded. No compressed gas can get into viewing space a" and consequently not via the line f, to the control apparatus g. The valves i, 'L, i3 the latter now assume the position shown in FIG. 3.
that is, the valve disks i, and i., are under the action of the third gas in the lines fl and ' f., on their upper valve seats and the valve head # - is pressed against its lower valve seat.
Pressurized gas from lines f 11 f.-1 now flows via valve i, into command line k and via connection line n and drill bit o < / B> in the display element k. combined with the control apparatus and the calving k " insert the piston k, in a middle error position on.
Simultaneously with the entry of the pressure gas to the indicator at Z- , the Driiek-as also flows into the command line and via the branch lines to the pressure piston ei > < / I> e119 eI. The valves d, ' cl. " d:
, and the main valves b " b #>, b" of all Sehalterpoles pneumatically controlled so that their contacts are opened, that is, the main valve b "is now pneumatically controlled so that the contacts open this pole.
A similar effect occurs if an electrical switch-on command is only passed through with open contacts on all safety poles. Then one of the lines fix f212 f. 'Will remain under pressure and cause all poles to open in the manner described above.
What is achieved in this way is that when a fault occurs in the execution of an electrical control command, a pneumatic opening command is automatically triggered for all switch poles.
The time element q (Fig. 3), which delays the execution of the opening command for all poles, is also included in the pneumatic coupling rod.
This is advantageous for the implementation of the single-phase short-circuit continuation. The timing element (1 has a valve with control piston rl "which is normally closed by a spring, as well as a throttle device q # - If there is pressure in the line unit, air flows through the throttle point (12 and opens the valve with the aid of the piston q, whereupon pressurized gas passes through this valve into the steel armature 'li, h-, hs.
In place of the poppet valves used in the exemplary embodiment in the control apparatus, valves can also be used which are provided with special control pistons acted upon by the pressurized gas.
The valves of the control apparatus can instead be made from the holding chambers containing the contacts with Driieko, s bea.Lifsehla #, - t C a n . which is taken from behind the control valves of the main valves of the individual Sehalterpole. It is also possible to release the supply of Dr-Liekgas to the valves of the control apparatus through valves on the switch poles, which are controlled mechanically depending on the switching status of the poles.
The steamer device described is not only applicable to the form of Driiekgassehaltern used for the exemplary embodiment n, but also in Drueli: gas holders of other known types that work with electro-magnetic remote release. In addition, the device can generally be used for oil and liquid holders with electropneumatic 9 control.
