Nadel für Strickapparate. Es sind Nadeln für Strickapparate be kannt, die einen Haken aufweisen, der in einer Fassung und einer damit verbundenen Hülse verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei jeweils ein geschlossenes Nadelöhr gebildet werden kann, indem der Haken gegenüber der Fassung und der Hülse so weit naeli hinten --ezo,en wird, bis die Spitze des Hakens in einen Schlitz der Hülse eintritt.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Nadel für Strickapparate, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist., dass sie einen fest mit einem Halter verbundenen Haken und einen im Halter verschiebbar gelagerten Verscbluss- stift aufweist, welcher in seiner einen End- lage mit dem Haken und dem Halter ein ge- sehlossenes < )lir bildet.
Zweekmässigerweise tritt die Hakenspitze in der genannten Endlage des Verschluss- stiftes in das der Hakenspitze zugewendete Ende des Versehlussstiftes ein.
Der Halter kann einen tuesehlitzten Teil aufweisen, in dessen Schlitz\ der Verschluss- stift geführt ist. Weiter hat es sieb als zweck mässig erwiesen, den Versehlussstift an seinem der Hakenspitze abgewendeten Ende mit einer Betätigungsplatte zu versehen, gegen welche und den Halter sich eine Feder abstützt.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig.1 und 2 ein erstes Ausführungsbei spiel in Ansieht, Fig.l bei geöffneter und Fig. 2 bei geschlossener Nadel; Fig. 2a ist ein Schnitt. nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2, während Fig. 3 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel in Ansicht bei halbgeschlossener Nadel veran schaulicht.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 besitzt einen Halter 1, mit. welchem ein Teil 2 fest verbunden ist. Zweckmässiger weise sind der Teil 2 und der Halter 1 aus einem Stück hergestellt. Der Halter 1 ist par allel zu seiner Längsachse durchbohrt, wäh rend der Teil 2 in Längsrichtung geschlitzt ist, so dass die Bohrung 3 des Halters in den Schlitz 4 mündet. In der Bohrung 3 und dem Schlitz 4 ist ein Verschlussstift 5 verschiebbar gelagert -bzw. geführt.
Dieser Versehlussstift trägt an seinem hintern Ende eine Betäti gungsplatte 6, wobei weiter eine Feder 7 vor- gyesehen ist, die sieb einerseits gegen die Be tätigungsplatte 6 und anderseits gegen die Stirnfläche 8 des Halters 1 abstützt.. Am an dern Ende ist der Verschlussstift 5 mit, einer Bohrung, 9 versehen.
Fest mit der Hülse 2 verlötet\ ist. der Haken 10, dessen abgebogenes Ende 11 eine Kegelspitze 12 aufweist, wobei sowohl der Biegungsradius des Hakens als auch die Spitze 12 dermassen bemessen sind, dass beim Nachvorneschieben des Verschluss- stiftes 5 die Kegelspitze 12 in die Bohrung 9 des Versehlussstiftes 5 eintreten kann. Der Haken 10 ist auf solche Art mit dem Teil 2 verbunden, dass seine untere Kante mit der Unterseite 13 des Teils 2 bündig ist. In Fig.1 ist die Nadel in ihrem offenen Betriebszustande gezeigt, in welchem sie dank der Feder 7 gehalten wird.
Wird der Ver- schlussstift 5 vermittels der Betätigungsplatte 6 entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 7 nach vorn geschoben, so tritt die Bohrung 9 des Versehlussstiftes 5 über die Kegelspitze 12 des abgebogenen Endes 11 des Hakens 10; Ver- schlussstift, Haken lind Halter bilden so ein geschlossenes Öhr. Durch eine nicht darge stellte Klinkeneinrichtung kann der Ver- schlussstift 5 in !der in Fig. ? dargestellten Betriebslage gehalten werden.
Dadurch, dass im Gegensatz zu bekannten Nadeln für Strickapparate der Haken 10 fest am Halter und ein beweglicher Verschlussstift angeordnet ist, wurde eine bündige Unterseite von Halter bzw. Halterteil \? und Haken er halten, so dass keine Möglichkeit besteht, dass das Garn sich, wie bei den erwähnten be kannten Nadeln, an einem durch die Füh rung des Hakens gebildeten Absatz verfangen könnte.
In Fig. 3 ist ein zweites Ausführungsbei spiel dargestellt, bei welchem der Teil 2 weg fällt lind der Körper des Halters 1 entspre chend verlängert und an seinem dem Haken zugewendeten Ende entsprechend geformt ist.
