Description
Spanabhebendes Werkzeug. Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein spanabhebendes Werkzeug mit minde stens einem eine Schneide bildenden Einsatz stück, das einen in einem Werkzeughalter ein gespannten Körper besitzt, welcher eine par allel zu seiner Längsachse liegende ebene Fläche aufweist, die dazu dient, das Einsatz stück im Werkzeughalter mittels eines Spann elementes festzuklemmen.
Dieses spanabhebende Werkzeug ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Regulier schraube vorgesehen ist, die bei ihrer Ver stellung eine Verschiebung des Einsatzstückes in axialer Richtung bewirkt.
Die beigefügte Zeichnung stellt beispiels weise eine Ausführungsform des erfindungs gemässen Werkzeuges dar.
Die Figur zeigt einen Messerkopf in teil weisem Axialschnitt. Der dargestellte Messer kopf weist mehrere Einsatzstücke 1 auf. Diese sind je gebildet durch einen zylindrischen Körper 1' und eine an ihm befestigte Hart metallbestückung 2, welche die Schneide bil det. Jeder Teil 1' ist aus einem einzigen Metallstück hergestellt und weist eine zur Längsachse parallelgerichtete ebene Fläche 3 auf, die sowohl zur Verklemmung als auch zum Ausrichten des Einsatzstückes dient und mit der Oberseite der Hartmetallbestückung in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt.
Die beiden Schnittseiten 4 und 5 bilden mit der Oberseite 3 eine Dreikantenspitze 6. .Jedes Einsatzstück wird auf einem Sitz durch einen ein Spannelement bildenden zylindri schen Keil 7 mit. schräger ebener Fläche 8 gedrückt. Die Schnittwinkel des Werkzeuges können gelegentlich dadurch geändert wer den, dass man einen andern Keil benützt, dessen schräge ebene Fläche eine andere Nei gung gegenüber der Keilachse aufweist.
Der Keil könnte auch ein mit Gewinde versehenes Loch aufweisen und gesichert wer den. Dieser Keil könnte aber auch an seinem kleineren Ende als Schraube geformt werden und durch eine Mutter gesichert sein.
Um die Einsatzstücke in axialer Richtung verschieben und sichern zu können, ist am hintern Ende jedes Einsatzstückes eine Regu lierschraube 9 vorgesehen.
Mittels dieser Schraube, die eine Diffe rentialschraube mit zwei Gewinden 10 und 11 ist, können die Einsatzstücke in ihrer Längsrichtung fein eingestellt werden. Das Gewinde 10 greift in den Messerkopfkörper l.2 des Werkzeuges ein und das Gewinde 11 in das Einsatzstück 1.
