Rotor for centrifugal machines. The invention relates to a rotor for centrifugal machines, especially steam, gas turbines and hot air blowers, which has a mute axle and at least one blade carrier arranged at the same time, these two parts being non-rotatably connected to one another with the aid of a screw connection.
The purpose of the invention is to create a runner of this ax in which the parts, which can have different coefficients of expansion, can expand so that they do not experience any additional tension even if they are heated unevenly while maintaining their centering. This is achieved according to the invention in that the associated mating surfaces of the blade carrier and screw connection are designed as conical surfaces, the tips of these cones on the armpit of the rotor practically in the plane of the contact surface of the stub axle.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the invention is illustrated partly in an axial longitudinal section and partly in sight.
In the figure, 1 denotes an Achsstum mel and 2 denotes a blade carrier designed as a disc with a central drilling of a turbine, otherwise not shown, for a high-temperature propellant. Parts 1 and 2 are made of two different materials for economic reasons. Manufactured with different expansion coefficients, namely the less highly stressed stub axle 1 consists of ferritic steel, while the heavily stressed blade carrier 2 is made of austenitic steel.
Parts 1 and 2 are connected by a screw connection which has a bolt 3 with collar 4 screwed into the stub axle 1 and also a nut 5 intended to be screwed onto the threaded head of the bolt 3. The latter is a coaxial to the bolt 3 arranged ring 6 zugeord net, which in the illustrated position of the described enclosed parts when tightening the nut 5 a pressing of the blade carrier 2 against the right end surface 9 - in the present context called contact surface - the stub axle 1. and so that the non-rotatable Ver connection of parts 1 and 2 causes these parts to then engage in recesses of the counterpart near their circumference with sets on.
The screw connection composed of screw bolts 3, courage ter 5 and ring 6 is also made of ferritic steel.
In order to take account of the fact that the parts made of ferritic and austenitic steel expand to different degrees when heated, the mating surfaces intended for cooperation and given the common reference 7 are a separately machinable ring inserted in the carrier 2 8 and of the ring 6 are designed as conical surfaces in such a way that their tips 10 lie in the axis of the runner and practically in the plane of the contact surface of the stub axle 1.
During operation, the blade carrier 2 will heat up faster than the stub axle 1, and since its expansion coefficient is still greater than that of the stub 1, the carrier 2 tries to move axially away from the contact surface 9 of the stub axle 1 from and fer ner to expand in the radial direction. This has the consequence that the blade carrier 2 with its ring 8 slides upwards on the mating surface of the ring 6, the centering of the carrier 2 being preserved and no additional stresses being caused in it.
If the dimensions of the blade carrier 2 are not too large, it is also possible to do without ring 8, since turning a mating surface designed as a conical surface from the rotor disk, which now consists of a single piece, should not present any particular difficulties.
The invention can also be used when the runner has more than one blade carrier that is entrained by toothing. In such a case z. B. each vane carrier a ring, which has a conical mating surface of the vane carrier in question corresponding mating surface, and a screw nut can be assigned, whereas a single screw anchored in the stub shaft can be provided benbolzen for all nuts.
The tip of the conical mating surfaces of all the blade carriers is relocated to the plane of the contact surface of the stub axle so that a different cone is assigned to each of the blade carriers. By tightening the individual nuts, assigned mating surfaces can then be brought to bear.
However, blade carriers arranged next to one another on the same axis can also be coupled to one another by the torque-absorbing toothing, and the connection of all blade carriers to the stub axle can be done with the help of a single screw nut, which when screwed onto a screw bolt anchored in the stub axle via a ring acts with a conical fitting surface on the most distant from the Achsstum mel, provided with a corresponding conical fitting surface blade carrier.
