Fig. 2 zeigt eine Klammer5, die zur Ver bindung der Bandteile1, 2 verwendet ist.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Aufhängevorrichtung, mittels welcher z.
Holding device having a band-shaped organ. Gregenstand of the present invention is a holding device having a band-shaped organ, which differs from known of the type Ilolding devices in that a band is provided with holes at regular intervals and is shaped at its edges in such a way that its effective cross-section is approximately the same over its entire length.
A tape of this type can be used with advantage to form a Aufhangvorriehtung for Röh ren; For this purpose, the tape is suitably placed tightly around the pipe and the tape is loosened to accommodate the required connecting bolts, as well as one or more holes to accommodate a fastening hook in the wall or roof. The tape can be cut to the correct length and then ready for use.
The main advantage of a tape with a constant cross-section over the entire length of the tape is that it points without kinks z. B. can be created around a pipe. Such would z. B. occur in a gelöcher th tape with parallel edges.
A tape with the mentioned properties allows the holding device z. B. as fitting, barrel hoops, angle guards, etc. train.
In the drawing, the suspension devices for tubes are shown as an example of embodiments of the invention. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a connection of two strap parts which is used to form the suspension devices, FIG. 2 shows a clamp for connecting two strap parts, FIG. 3 shows the connection two band parts by means of a clip of a different execution form; Fig. 4 to 6 show different suspension devices.
In FIG. 1, two strap ends 4 of two strap parts 1, 2 are connected to one another by means of two brackets 5 . Each band part has holes 3 arranged at regular intervals from one another. At those places where the band has holes 3 , it has outwardly curved edges, such that the effective cross-section according to the line aa at each hole and according to the line bb at the lowest point between two holes is the same, and is approximately the same after every other line running perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tape. The tape can thus have approximately the same tensile strength and flexural strength over its entire length.
Fig. 2 shows a clip 5 which is used to connect the band parts 1, 2. The clip is U-shaped, and its web located between the two legs is as long as the width of the band at the most extreme point. In order to connect the two band parts to one another, one band end 4 is placed on the other band end 4 in such a way that the holes 3 of the band parts coincide. Thereupon, brackets 5 have been pushed over the edges of the belt parts in two places.
Fig. 3 shows the connection of two band parts by means of a clamp, the web of which has been bent around the band part 1 at a narrowest point , so that the web ends 7, 8 are directed towards each other and a slot 9 is formed which corresponds to the relevant cross section of the band part and the two legs adjoining the web ends with the Leg ends 10, 11 pushed through a hole in the other band part 2 and the ends could be bent back from one another on the latter.
When using these clamps, the band parts to be connected are placed on top of one another in such a way that the two band parts are offset from one another by half a Loell pitch.
Fig. 4 shows a suspension device by means of which, for. B. a pipe or a Lei device can be hung. In this case, the device is formed by means of two straps 27, 31, the former being shaped into a loop and its ends 28, 29 bent in such a way that they are parallel to the Band 31 run. The band parts are connected by a pin 30 passing through the holes lying one above the other, but could also be done by means of a clip according to FIG. 2 or 3.
The upper end part of the band containing the last hole is 31. bent back so that you can see the outermost and second outermost holes overlap. The hook 33 is pushed through them.
Fig. 5 shows a further device for suspending a cylindrical conduit. The same consists of a band 12, one part of which is bent circularly and the end of which is bent so that it runs along a part 14 of the non-bent band part 16. The band parts 13, 14 are placed one on top of the other in such a way that their holes coincide and are connected to one another by means of a bolt 16 . However, they could also be connected by means of a clamp according to FIG. 2 or 8 .
The free end 17 of the band part 16 is bent downward, as described in connection with FIG. 4, and the suspension hook 18 is through the two outermost ones Potted holes.
The device shown in FIG. 6 is suitable for suspending a tube with a rectangular cross section. In this case there are again the part 20 to be grasped by the tube and the support part 19 from a single band. The connection of the free tape end 22 of the part 20 to the lower end 21 of the support part 19 is made by the clamp shown in FIG. 3. The upper end of the strap of the support part 19 is bent back over itself and is secured by a clamp 26 which corresponds to that according to FIG. 2, the leg ends being bent over to the strap , secured.
This creates a loop 24 through which the hook 25 is inserted.
The tape can be made of any material that results in relatively stiff tapes, e.g. B. made of iron, steel, brass or copper Herge provides. But it is also possible to use hard rubber. The tape is expediently designed so that it can easily be cut to the required length and used without special tools.
