Vorrichtung an Schachteln zur leichteren Entnahme des Inhaltes aus denselben.
Die Entnahme des Inhaltes aus den bekannten Schachteln, wie z. B. die Entnahme von Zigaretten aus den üblichen flachen Zigarettenschachteln, gestaltet sich oft umständlich, da z. B. Zigaretten in der Schachtel versenkt liegen und daher zwecks Entnahme nicht leicht erfasst werden können.
Gegenüber bekannten Ausführungen dieser Art zeichnet sich der Erfindungsgegcn stand dadurch aus, dass er ein Winkelstück aufweist, dessen einer Schenkel bei geschlossener Schachtel am Schachtelboden anliegt und dessen anderer Schenkel so mit dem Deckel der Schachtel in Verbindung steht, dass beim Öffnen der Schachtel der erstgenannte Schenkel hochgeschwenkt wird und dadurch den Inhalt der Schachtel hebt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan- des an einer Zigarettenschachtel dargestellt.
Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 die mit der Vorrichtung versehene Zigarettenschachtei in einem senkrechten Schnitt zu den Falzkanten, bei geschlossener Schachtel,
Fig. 2 die mit der Vorrichtung versehene Zigarettenschachtel in einem senkrechten Schnitt zu den Falzkanten, bei ganz geöffnetem Deckel,
Fig. 3 die geöffnete Zigarettenschachtel ohne Inhalt, im Schaubild, und
Fig. 4 die geöffnete Zigarettenschachtel mit Inhalt, im Schaubild.
Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist bei der Schachtel auf der Seite der Falzkanten der Mittelteil 2' der Seitenwand 2 des Unterteils 1 durch zwei senkrechte Schnitte 3 abgetrennt und hängt mit dem Boden 1' des Unterteils 1 der Schachtel durch die Falzkante 4 scharnierartig zusammen. In gleicher Weise ist auch beim Deckel 5 auf der Seite der Falzkanten der Mittelteil 6' der Seitenwand 6 durch zwei senkrechte Schnitte 7 getrennt, wobei der abgetrennte Seitenwandteil 6' durch die zur Kante 4 parallele Falzkante S scharnierartig mit dem Deckelboden 5' zusammenhängt.
Die von der Seitenwand abgetrennten, ein Stück bildenden, beweglichen Seitenwandteile 2' und 6' des Unterteils und des Deckels bilden miteinander eine in den Falzkanten 4 und 8 scharnierartig bewegliche Verbindungslasche, auf deren Innenseite der eine Schenkel 10 eines Winkelstückes 9 auf geleimt ist, so dass die Verbindungslasche versteift ist.
Der andere freie Schenkel 11 des Winkelstückes ist angenähert so lang wie die Seitenwand 2 und liegt bei geschlossenem Deckel (Fig. 1) am Schachtelboden an, während die Verbindungslasche bei geschlossenem Deckel die Ausschnitte in den Seitenwänden 2 und 6 der Schachtel ausfüllt. Beim Öffnen des Schachteldeckels (Fig. 2) wird die Verbindungslasche mit dem auf ihr befestigten Schenkel 10 des Winkelstückes 9 nach aussen umgelegt und der freie Schenkel 11 des Win kelstüekes entsprechend hochgeklappt.
Da der Inhalt der Schachtel, im dargestellten Fall die Zigaretten, auf dem sich über die ganze Länge der Seitenwand 2 erstreckenden Schenkel 11 aufliegen, werden beim Öffnen des Schachteldeckels (Fig. 4) die Zigaretten an dieser Seite aus der Schachtel gehoben, so dass die Zigaretten leicht erfasst werden können. Beim Schliessen des Schachteldeckels wird das Winkelstück 9 wieder in die Ausgangsstellung (Fig. 1) zurückgeschwenkt, und dadurch werden die Zigaretten in die Schachtel zurückgesenkt.
Die beschriebene Vorriehtung kann an allen möglichen flachen Schachteln Zinn Anheben des Inhalt es in diesen angewendet werden, so z. B. an Schmuck- und andern Dosen, Besteck- etuis, Zigarrenschachteln usw.

Compared to known designs of this type, the object of the invention is characterized in that it has an angle piece, one leg of which rests on the bottom of the box when the box is closed and the other leg of which is connected to the lid of the box in such a way that the first-mentioned leg is connected when the box is opened is swiveled up and thereby lifts the contents of the box.

In the illustrated embodiment, the box on the side of the folded edges of the middle part 2 'of the side wall 2 of the lower part 1 is separated by two vertical cuts 3 and hinge-like with the bottom 1' of the lower part 1 of the box by the folded edge 4. In the same way, the middle part 6 'of the side wall 6 is separated by two vertical cuts 7 on the side of the folded edges of the cover 5, the separated side wall part 6' being connected in a hinge-like manner to the cover base 5 'by the folded edge S parallel to the edge 4.
The movable side wall parts 2 'and 6', separated from the side wall and forming one piece, of the lower part and of the cover together form a hinge-like connecting strap in the folded edges 4 and 8, on the inside of which one leg 10 of an angle piece 9 is glued, see above that the connecting strap is stiffened.
The other free leg 11 of the elbow is approximately as long as the side wall 2 and rests against the box bottom when the lid is closed (Fig. 1), while the connecting flap fills the cutouts in the side walls 2 and 6 of the box when the lid is closed. When opening the box lid (Fig. 2), the connecting tab with the leg 10 of the elbow 9 attached to it is folded outwards and the free leg 11 of the Win kelstüekes is folded up accordingly.
Since the contents of the box, in the illustrated case the cigarettes, rest on the legs 11 extending over the entire length of the side wall 2, when the box lid is opened (FIG. 4) the cigarettes are lifted out of the box on this side so that the Cigarettes can be easily grasped. When the box lid is closed, the angle piece 9 is pivoted back into the starting position (FIG. 1), and the cigarettes are thereby lowered back into the box.
The device described can be used on all kinds of flat boxes, lifting the contents of the tin, e.g. B. on jewelry and other boxes, cutlery cases, cigar boxes, etc.
