Description

Lubricating device on piston engines with plunger pistons, especially on two-stroke internal combustion engines. The subject of the present invention forms a lubrication device on Kol benmaschinen with. Plunger pistons, especially on two-stroke internal combustion engines, the essence of which is that the oil collection point in the crankcase is connected to the lubrication points of the machine by a duct and that oil is led out of the housing at the time when there is overpressure in the crankcase. The channel is provided with a check valve.

The channel can be connected to an air chamber or, in the case of multi-cylinder machines, it can lead from the crankcase of one cylinder to the lubrication points belonging to another cylinder.

Embodiments of the Schmiereinrich device according to the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings. 1 shows a single-cylinder internal combustion engine and FIG. 2 shows a two-cylinder internal combustion engine with the lubrication device according to the invention.

According to Fig. 1 leads from the lower part of the crankcase 1, where the Sehmieröl ge is collected, a channel 3, which is provided with non-return valves 4, 4 'in the crankshaft bearing 5 and through the bore 3' of the shaft in the connecting rod pin 5 '. Channel 3 could also lead to other lubrication points on the machine. Between the valves 4 and 4 'is. On the channel 3 from the branch 6 with the air chamber 7 is arranged.

During the time when there is overpressure in the crankcase 1, a pressure acts on the mirror 8 of the oil collected in the lower part 2, through which oil is forced through the valve 4 into the channel 3 and out of this into the branch 6 , whereby the oil level in the air chamber 7 and so with the pressure of the air in this be sensitive increases. When the connecting rod pin 5 'leaves the bottom dead center position and the overpressure in the lower part of the housing decreases, the valve 4 closes and the air compressed in the air chamber 7 pushes oil through the duct 3 and the valve 4' to the Lubrication points.

According to FIG. 2, a channel 12 is provided in the lower part 11 of the crankcase and is provided with a check valve 13. This channel 12 is in the crankshaft bearing 14 and from here through the bore 15 of the shaft in the connecting rod pin 16 of the second cylinder 10 '. The channel 12 could also be guided to other lubrication points associated with the second cylinder. The channel 12 'leads from the lower part 11' of the crankcase of the second cylinder to the bearing 14 and through the bore 15 'in the connecting rod journal 16' of the cylinder 10.

Through the device, oil from the cure chamber, in which there is just overpressure, is guided to lubrication points, which belong to a cylinder in whose crank chamber there is currently a lower pressure.

The lubrication device described is advantageous both in engines and in pumps with plungers. Their greatest advantage is that they can be used to circulate oil in a cheap way, without using special pumps. This device is particularly advantageous in two-stroke internal combustion engines, since the intensity of the lubrication increases with the speed and an additional lubricant is superfluous even with highly loaded engines.
