Ausstellkasten. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ausstell- kasten mit im Kasteninnern angeordneter Lichtquelle, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine die Vorderwand bildende Glasscheibe auf der Innenseite mit einem farblosen durch sichtigen Spiegelbelag versehen ist und dass in der zur Lichtquelle führenden Stromlei tung ein intermittierend gesteuerter Kontakt angeordnet ist, so dass die Innenbeleuchtung zeitweise ausgeschaltet ist und in diesem Zu stand die Vorderwand die Funktion eines undurchsichtigen Spiegels hat, wogegen sie bei eingeschalteter Lichtquelle als durchsich tige Glasscheibe wirkt.
Mit einem solchen Ausstellkasten lässt sich bei geeigneter Aus führung eine wirkungsvolle Reklame vorneh men, indem das abwechselnde Erscheinen eines blossen Spiegels bzw. statt dessen eines beleuchteten Schaufensters, das mit Reklame darstellungen versehen sein kann, das Inter- esse der Passanten zu fesseln vermag.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Seitenriss im Mittel schnitt; Fig. 2 zeigt eine Vorderansicht mit ausge schalteter Beleuchtung; Fig.3 zeigt eine Vorderansicht mit ein geschalteter Beleuchtung.
Wie insbesondere aus Fig.1 hervorgeht, besteht der Ausstellkasten aus dem aus Me tall oder Holz hergestellten Gehäuse 1, wel ches lediglich nach vorne offen ist und dort durch die Glasscheibe 2 abgeschlossen ist. Diese Glasscheibe 2 ist auf der Innenseite mit einem farblosen, durchsichtigen Spiegel belag versehen, z. B. in Form eines säure freien Lackes.
Oben und unten ist im Kasten je eine Lichtquelle 3, z. B. in Form von Stabbirnen, angeordnet. Vor diesen Lichtquellen liegt je eine mit der Glasscheibe 2 verbundene Glas scheibe 4, welche mit Reklametexten versehen ist, z. B. in Form einer Transparentbeschrif tung bzw. Bemalung oder dergleichen. Statt der Glasscheibe 4 kann auf der Innenseite der Glasscheibe 2 auch ein beliebiges trans parentes Reklamebild angeordnet sein.
Im Kasteninnern befinden sich ferner be liebige Ausstellungsgegenstände, z. B. in Form einer Flasche 5', die auf einem Träger auf gestellt ist. Hinter diesen ist eine reflektie rende Fläche angebracht in Form des Spiegels 6, um die Lichtstrahlung nach vorne zu ver grössern. An Stelle des Spiegels 6 kann auch ein Reklamebild 5 angeordnet sein. Je eine Mattscheibe 7 ist zur Egalisierung der Be leuchtung und zum Verdecken der Lichtquel len nach aussen vorgesehen.
In der zu den Lichtquellen 3 führenden Stromleitung ist ein intermittierend gesteuer ter Kontakt 8 angeordnet, der automatisch gesteuert sein kann, so dass die Innenbeleuch tung zeitweise aus- und zeitweise eingeschal tet ist.
Solange die Lichtquelle ausgeschaltet ist, wirkt die Glasscheibe 2 als Spiegel (siehe Fig. 2). Sobald jedoch die Lichtquelle einge- schaltet ist, erhält die Glasscheibe 2 die Funk- tion einer durchsichtigen Glasscheibe, so dass die gesamte Reklame von aussen durch die Glasscheibe 2 hindurch unbehindert sichtbar ist (siehe Fig. 3).
Display case. With a suitable design, such a display box can be used to create effective advertising in that the alternating appearance of a mere mirror or, instead, an illuminated shop window, which can be provided with advertisements, is able to captivate the interest of passers-by.

In the power line leading to the light sources 3, an intermittently controlled contact 8 is arranged, which can be controlled automatically, so that the interior lighting device is temporarily switched off and temporarily switched on.
As long as the light source is switched off, the glass pane 2 acts as a mirror (see FIG. 2). As soon as the light source is switched on, however, the glass pane 2 takes on the function of a transparent glass pane, so that the entire advertisement is visible from the outside through the glass pane 2 without hindrance (see FIG. 3).
