Flasche.
Fig. 1 ist ein Längsschnitt einer ersten und
Fig. 2 ein ähnlicher Schnitt einer zweiten Ausführungsform.
Bottle.
The subject of the present invention is a bottle with a closure piece that can be rotated on the bottle neck, which is characterized in that both the wall of the bottle neck and that of the closure piece have two diametrically offset holes which can be brought into agreement for opening the closure
In an advantageous embodiment of the bottle according to the invention, a pin is attached to the bottom of the cap, which pin has a longitudinal hole and two transverse holes opening into this longitudinal hole and coaxial with the holes in the cap.
This peg can have a longitudinal notch running fully along the opening of one of these transverse holes on the peg circumferential surface up to the end face of the peg that is located on the free peg end not resting on the bottom of the cap.
The accompanying drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of a first and
Fig. 2 is a similar section of a second embodiment.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the head of a bottle 2, which can be made, for example, from Tlas. 3 is a cap that can be screwed onto the bottle neck and serves as a closure piece The bottle neck 1 has a shoulder 5 below the thread for unscrewing the cap 3, on which a sealing ring 6, for example made of leather, is placed.
If the cap is screwed so far onto the bottle neck 1 that its lower edge rests on the sealing ring 6, the sealing washer 4 also comes to rest on the upper edge of the bottle neck 1.
Both the wall of the bottle neck 1 and the lateral edge of the cap each have a pair of diametrically opposite radially directed holes 7 and 8, respectively. A hole 8 in the cap 3 can be brought into line with a hole 7 in the bottle neck for the purpose of opening the closure, so that two channels are created through which the bottle contents can flow out or air can flow into the bottle. In the closing position, the holes 8 of the cap 3 are offset with respect to the holes 7 of the bottle neck 1; the lower edge of the cap 3 rests on the sealing ring 6 and the die plate 4 rests on the upper edge of the neck of the bottle 1 and ensure that the contents of the bottle are properly closed to the outside.
When accurately producing the thread of the bottle neck 1 and the cap 3, and especially if this cap is made of an elastic rule material, for. B. made of rubber, can be waived ver on the Diehtungsseheibe 4 or on the l) 6 or both.
In the bottle closure shown in FIG. 2, the bottle neck is denoted by 10 and the cap by 11. Both again have a pair of diametrically opposite radially directed holes, which are denoted here by 12 and 13 or 12 'and 13' and their axes also coincide in the open position of the Versebtuss. Furthermore, a pin 17 is fastened to the bottom of the cap 11 by means of a screw 14 with a slotted head 15 and secured against rotation relative to the cap 11 by means of a pin 16. The pin has a longitudinal hole 18 which is offset at the point 19 in order to produce a bearing surface for the screw head 15.
In this longitudinal hole 18, two transverse holes 20 and 20 'coaxial to the holes 13 and 13' of the cap 11 open into the longitudinal hole 18. The pin 17 also has a longitudinal notch 21 on its outer surface, which runs from the opening of the transverse hole '' 0 'to the lower pin face.
Cap and pin together form the closure piece. The transverse hole 20 ′ adjacent to the longitudinal notch 21 could be omitted.
The lock is shown in the open position. The coaxial holes 13 and 20 or
13 'and 20' are then in the extension of the holes 12 and 12 'and together with them and with the longitudinal hole 18 form channels.
If the flange is then tilted counterclockwise from the position shown in FIG. 2, the contents of the bottle can flow out through the channel 18-20-12-13, which is now below, and air can flow through the other channel, but especially through the upper holes 13 'and 12' and flow into the bottle through the longitudinal notch 21. The closure is closed by slightly twisting the cap 11. The hole 13 of the cap, which normally belongs to the outflow channel, is provided with a short tube 22, which facilitates the clean dripping off after closing the lesion.
Instead of being screwed onto the bottle neck 10, the cap 11 could also just be pushed onto it. The locking pin 16 could be omitted and the pin 17 secured against rotation by gluing to the bottom of the cap 11. The attachment of the pin 17 to the cap 11 by means of the screw 14 is not absolutely necessary, even if the pin 17 z. B. consists of cork. It could also be made of rubber and attached to the bottom of the cap 11 by gluing or vulcanizing.
Cap and pin could also consist of one piece.
A pin alone could also be used as the closure piece, which is similar to the pin 17 of the closure according to FIG. 2, but the bottom of which would not be perforated because the screw 14 passes through in the example shown.
In all embodiments that have a cap as a closure piece or as part of such, this cap can have an incision similar to that of the bayonet sockets, which cooperates with a cam applied to the bottle neck wall to prevent the cap from falling off and at the same time the opening and closing To determine the closed position.
