Description
Scharnier für Öffnungen verschliessende Schwenkteile, insbesondere für Türflügel. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Scharnier für Öffnungen verschliessende Schwenkteile, insbesondere für Türflügel. Ge mäss der Erfindung sind Mittel vorgesehen, die beim Öffnen des Schwenkteils ein Dreh moment in Schliessrichtung erzeugen, so, dass nach Loslassen des geöffneten Schwenkteil dieser unter der Wirkung des Drehmomentes in die Schliesslage zurückkehrt.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel der Erfindung, wobei nur das zu deren Verständnis Notwendige dargestellt ist.
Fig.1 ist. eine Ansicht bei geschlossenem Flügel einer Türe, Fig. 2 ein Längsschnitt bei geöffnetem Flügel, Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit im Aufriss.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie TV-IV der Fig. 2 und Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie V-V der Fig.2.
Mit 1 ist der Rahmen und mit 2 der Flü gel einer Tür bezeichnet. Am Türrahmen 1 ist. mit seinem Laselienteil 3 die untere Scharnier öse 4 in üblicher Weise eingestemmt. Am Tür flügel 2 ist mit seinem- Laschenteil 5 die obere Seharnieröse 6 ebenfalls eingestemmt. Ein Achsbolzen 7 ist durch beide Seharnierösen 4 und 6 gesteckt, und zwischen dessen Stirn seite und einem Abschlusszapfen 8 der Schar nieröse 6 ist in letzterer eine schraubenför mige Druckfeder 9 eingesetzt.
Der Achsbolzen 7 ist mittels einer Längs nut<B>1.0</B> an einer Nase 11 der Scharnieröse -1 in dieser Scharnieröse längsbeweglich, jedoch unverdrehbar geführt. Der Achsbolzen 7 weist eine Schraubennut 12 auf, in die ein Nocken 13 der obern Scharnieröse 6 ragt.
In der Schliesslage des Türflügels 2 ist der Achsbolzen 7 in den Scharnierösen 4 und 6 g l# esenkt (Fig.1), und die Druckfeder 9 ist entlastet, wobei sie aber immerhin Vorapan- nung hat. Wird der Türflügel 2 geöffnet, so liebt der Nocken 13, indem er sich in einer horizontalen Ebene bewegt und dabei in der -Tut 12 gleitet, durch letztere den Achsbolzen 7 an und dieser spannt die Feder 9.
Wird der Türflügel 2 losgelassen, so kann die Feder 9 mir Geltung kommen und sie drückt den Achsbolzen 7 nach unten. Dabei wirkt nun die Schraubennut 12 auf den Nok- ken, und es ergibt sich ein Drehmoment, das im Sinne der Schliessbewegung auf den Tür- flü-gel 2 wirkt und diesen in die Schliesslage zurückführt.
Durch die beschriebene Ausbildung des Scharniers wird ein besonderes Gerät für das Schliessen des Türflügels oder anderer Schwenkteile, wie es beispielsweise durch die pneumatischen oder öldruck-Türschliesser dar gestellt ist, vermieden, das heisst, es wird eine automatische Schliesseinrichtung geschaffen, die keiner komplizierten Mittel bedarf, die zu dem denkbar billig zu stehen kommt, und die für sieh gar nicht wahrnehmbar ist.

1 with the frame and 2 with the wing gel of a door is referred to. On the door frame 1 is. with his Laselienteil 3, the lower hinge eyelet 4 caulked in the usual way. On the door wing 2, the upper hinge eyelet 6 is also caulked with his flap part 5. An axle pin 7 is inserted through both hinge eyes 4 and 6, and between the end face and a terminal pin 8 of the hinge eye 6 a screw-shaped compression spring 9 is inserted in the latter.
The axle bolt 7 is guided in a longitudinally movable but non-rotatable manner by means of a longitudinal groove on a nose 11 of the hinge eye -1 in this hinge eye. The axle bolt 7 has a screw groove 12 into which a cam 13 of the upper hinge eye 6 protrudes.
In the closed position of the door leaf 2, the axle bolt 7 is countersunk in the hinge eyes 4 and 6 (FIG. 1), and the pressure spring 9 is relieved, although it is at least pre-hooked. If the door leaf 2 is opened, the cam 13, in that it moves in a horizontal plane and thereby slides in the groove 12, engages the axle bolt 7 through the latter and this tensions the spring 9.
If the door leaf 2 is released, the spring 9 can come into its own and it presses the axle bolt 7 downwards. The screw groove 12 now acts on the cam, and a torque is produced which acts on the door leaf 2 in the sense of the closing movement and returns it to the closed position.
The design of the hinge described, a special device for closing the door leaf or other pivoting parts, such as is provided by the pneumatic or oil pressure door closers, is avoided, that is, an automatic locking device is created that does not require any complicated means which comes to the conceivably cheap, and which is imperceptible to you.
