Description

  

  Wippe mit Führungsrollen für Seile, insbesondere von     Schwebebahnen.       Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Wippen  mit Seilführungsrollen, z. B. solche, die für  Trag- oder Druckrollen aller Art, für Seile,  die als Trag- oder Zugmittel Verwendung       finden,    insbesondere von Schwebebahnen,  z. B. Ski- und Sessellifts usw., gebräuchlich  sind.  



  Die bisher bekannten Wippen weisen den  Nachteil auf, dass die Lager der Wippenhebel  einer ständigen Wartung     bedürfen    und dass  die     Pendelbewegungen    der Wippen erst nach  längerer Zeit. zur Ruhe kommen.  



  Die     Rollenwippe    gemäss vorliegender Er  findung bezweckt die Dämpfung dieser Pen  delbewegungen und eine Verminderung der  Wartung, indem die Lager der die     Rollen     tragenden Wippenhebel eine Gummihülse  aufweisen.  



       Ausführungsbeispiele    des     Erfindungs-          gegenstandes    sind auf     beiliegender    Zeichnung  dargestellt, in welcher  Fig. 1 eine Wippe mit zwei Seilführungs  rollen zeigt.  



  Fig. 2 ist eine Doppelwippe, und  Fig. 3 zeigt. in grösserem Massstab einen  Schnitt durch ein Wippenhebellager.  



  Die Wippe nach Fig. 1 besitzt zweiarmige  Wippenhebel 1, in welchen die beiden Druck  rollen 2, die .das umlaufende Seil 3 der  nicht weiter dargestellten Schwebebahn füh  ren, gelagert sind. Die Wippenhebel sind i:1  einem Lager 4 gelagert, welches z.     B.    auf  einem Pfeiler oder Bock abgestützt ist. Fig.  unterscheidet sich von Fig. 1 nur dadurch,  dass zwei Paare zweiarmige Wippenhebel 1.    und la je mit Druckrollen 2, 2', vorgesehen  sind, die ihrerseits in zweiarmigen Wippen  hebeln 5 gelagert sind. Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, ist  auf dem Zapfen 6 des Wippenhebellagers  eine Stahlhülse 7 befestigt, und zwischen einer  äussern Stahlbüchse 8, auf welcher die Wip  penhebel 1 befestigt sind, und der innern       Stahlbüchse    7 befindet sich eine Gummihülse  9, welche die Pendelbewegungen der Wippe  dämpft.

   Diese Lagerungsart benötigt. fast  keine Wartung.  



  Anstatt dass die Rollen als Druckrollen  das Seil niederhalten, wie in den     Fig.    1 und  2 gezeigt, könnten die Rollen das Seil auch  als Tragrollen tragen.
