Sicherheits-Stechschloss.

Security key lock. The subject of the invention is a security mortise lock.
The invention is described, for example, with the aid of the accompanying drawing, in which: FIG. 1 shows a lock mechanism in the locked position in section A-B in FIGS. 2 shows a view from above to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section similar to FIG. 1.
however, with the lock open, Fig. 4, a padlock, according to the invention he removed cover plate, Fi-. 5 a side view of the lock according to fig. 4. F'ib. 6 a key to the lock according to FIGS. 4 and 5.
In Fig. 1 to 3, 1 means a tumbler. III of the fixed guide 6 is slidably mounted. Slide: s-tüek 4 (bolt), which is driven by the spring 5 in each case into the Ar open position of this lock, corresponding position.
The sliding piece 4 can only get into this position if the locking 1 is raised above the surface 18 of this sliding piece 4. If, however, the same engages in the incision 4 'of the part 4 (Fig. 1), this part is blocked, which corresponds to the blocking position of this lock.
The tumbler 1 has the shape of a two-armed lever, the wire is rotatably mounted on the pin 2. A spring 3 seeks to drive the tumbler 1 into the closed position (Fig.l). The 7th position is provided with a projection 9 on its underside, and the front end 13 of the
- sels 15 instead of opening the connection. In addition, the tumbler 1 has a step 8 and a tooth 7 which engages in the opening 14 of the key 15 as soon as the tumbler executes its opening movement.
This is done when plugging in. Key 13 in the mortise lock, in that the front key end 13 engages the projection 9, but this is only possible if the abutment 12 engaging the step 8 does not prevent this. The connection ag 12 sits firmly on a Sieherwnig plate 10,
which is mounted on the side of the bolt 1 on the guide pin 2, 11 in the lancing direction of the key. To move this Sieherungs @ plate 10 be the key 15 sits a paragraph 17, .der engages an associated paragraph of the plate 10. A spring 16 seeks to drive the fuse plate 10 into the position
in which the stop 122 prevents the opening movement of the tumbler 1 and thus also the opening of the lock. The position of the opening 14 .d! It closes! Ls 15 .with reference to the front end 13 and the.
Paragraph 17 is matched to the stroke of the securing plate 10 and to the dimensions of its step 81. that, since the stop 12 slides off the step 81 just at that moment,
in which the Vordex @ eude 1'3 @ dles Sühlüs- scls 15 abuts the protrusion 9 of the bolt 1, the tooth 7 of which has then just passed the opening 14 of the key 15, so that at the beginning of the verse: cUwing: the bolt. 1 can enter this opening.
The sliding piece 4 becomes free when the locking bar 1 is swiveled, it springs back under the action of the spring 5 and the lock is opened. The guard locking device 1 is blocked against movement "in Schliessripchtni @ ng d @ a! Darch,
that its corresponding end runs onto the surface 18. Dec in: Tooth 7 entered into the key opening 14 prevents the key 15 from being pulled out of the soleplate, as long as: this bolt 4 has not entered the locked position.
If the position of this paragraph 17 on the key 15 is not correct, either the approach vague 12; slips too early from level 8 and through:
the length of the slots for the pins 2, 111, the precisely limited stroke of the locking plate 10 ends, b, ewr the key end 13 @, through the attack on the projection 9, the opening pivot! of the tumbler 1 can bring about
or the stop 12 does not slide off at all, dier: step 8 aab and thus prevents the same @ chfall @ s the @ opening greening.
The key has to be very precise. The lock mechanism must be tuned to 'open the door'. It should be mentioned that the pin 2 p; parallel to the plane desi: inserted; Fliachs @ chlüsis @ els 15 and sen1, running right in the direction of its steo.
Unwanted opening can be made even more difficult by arranging two each with one! There were 12 locking plates provided on both sides of the tumbler instead of a single locking plate 10.
In this case, even more determinants must be attuned to one another than before in order to allow opening.
The sole construction according to the invention can be used particularly advantageously for curtain locks (FIGS. 4, 5).
Here, perpendicular to the tumbler 212, which can be rotated about the pin 527, and to the locking plates 2'3, 24- in the housing 19 'of the lock, a sliding piece 2'0 (bolt) is guided which corresponds to the part 4 in Fig.l to 3 '.
The sliding piece 20 has an opening for the free end of the bracket 25, onto which it can slide if it is raised against the action of the spring 21. The bracket 25 can be rotated, but is supported universally in the lock housing 1'9 and secured against being knocked over by the pin 28 .
The one with a groove 315 for the Fortaatz. 30 the housing wall on the Schltis, s, ello, ch 29 provided key 31 has a front edge 3: 4 and an opening 6 for engagement with the tumbler 2i2 as well as paragraphs 3, 2, 313 for the attack on .the shoulders of the plates 23, 24.
You, by inserting the key 81 in the key hole 2-9: the sliding piece 20 is free, it moves d'uroh: the effect: the spring 21 downwards,: the bracket 215 can be rotated as desired. and the; .The castle is open.
In order to lock it, the bracket 215 is rotated again over: the opening 20 'of the slide 20 and, this from below against the Fe- Ü'erwirkunig hiuaufgedrüükt until:
the tumbler 212 snaps back into the associated section of the smooth position. So that's, the SD, Moss; blocked and the S: chlwsoel, 31 that has become free can be pulled out or it is partially replaced by
the back # chniappend @ e Zuhattung '2i2 spring wheel In the locked position, the lock is: public come bl, o, ckiert and can not be caused by violent impact n.o, ch: by the intervention of a;
Sper, rhakens are opened :, Slide closure of the S, ohloss, it can still be made easier .d'adureh because: ss @the groove for: dien H> alit; estift 58 'of the handle 25 only over part of the circumference of the bracket:
bent rod, namely in such a way that the swinging back of the bracket 25 from the open position into the closed position is only possible to this and a Hindu movement is impossible.
Various individual parts of the illustrated locks can be easily produced by pressing or punching and, assembly, does not require any. RTI ID = "0002.0244" WI = "9" HE = "4" LX = "1538" LY = "2223"> Highly qualified workers, although they are high-quality security locks.
