The present invention relates to a mortise door lock whose latch, which serves as a bolt, can be actuated by means of organs arranged on the door be fastened bow handles.
According to the invention, two angle levers are pivotally arranged in the lock hitch of the mortise lock, which engage the latch at one end and at the other end each are connected via a link to an actuating lever pivotably arranged in the handles, such that actuation of one or the other of these levers the trap is withdrawn into the lock housing who can.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the inven tion is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a side view of the mortise door lock with the front housing side wall removed, Fig. 2 is a cross section through the lock along the line II-II in Fig. 1 and parts of the handlebar cut along the lines III-III respectively. IV-IV of Fig. 4, Fig. 3 the u:
tere end of a bow-type handle seen from the fastening side and FIG. 4 shows a section through the lock along the line V-V in FIG. 1 and the line VI-VI in FIG. 3.
The drawn Eineek door lock has the lock housing 1, in which the same serving as a bolt trap 2, 3, 6 is slidably mounted ver. Rods 3 which are attached to the trap head 2 are used to guide the trap. Springs 4, which surround the rods 3, try to push the latch out of the lock housing. The rods 3 are guided in the partition 5, one half of which is attached to the housing base and the other half of which is attached to the housing cover. The rear ends of the rods 3 are riveted to a part 6 which carries two arms 7 and 8.
In the lock housing two axes 9 running parallel to the same are arranged near the base and the cover.
On the axes 9 each an angle lever 10 is arranged, one arm of which engages a pin 11, which is placed in the arms 7 and 8. A link 12 is articulated on the other arm of the angle lever.
In the lock housing, namely rotatably mounted in the rear wall and cover, a cylinder 13 is arranged, which at each end has a Qüerachlitz 14 and the middle part has a cutout 15, so that at this point only a segment-shaped part 16 of the round Cross-section remains.
With this part 16, the bent end 17 of the arm 8 works together as a stop.
The handlebars 12 each protrude into a slot 18 on both sides of the door into which the lock is installed, fastened bow handles 19. The free end of an actuating lever 20 protrudes into a hole at the outer end of the handlebars, the other end of which is pins 21 pivotally attached to the bow handle 20 on. A spring 22 tries to keep the free end of the operating lever in the position shown in FIG.
In the lower part of the bow handles 19, the rotary cylinder 23 of mortise locks (Zy cylinder locks) are rotatably mounted, which are coupled to the latter by means of flat rails 24 which protrude into the slots 14 of the cylinder 13. A key lock cylinder could also be arranged in only one loop handle.
The actuating lever 20 could also be replaced by a two-armed lever, one arm of which is connected to the outer end of the handlebar 12 and the other arm of which protrudes on the outside of the bow-type handle, instead of, like the lever 21, on the inside thereof.
To open a door provided with the mortise lock described and the associated bracket handles, the central part of one or the other handle is encompassed, the operating lever being pressed into the interior of the handle. In doing so, the free end of the actuating lever 20 moves the end of the link 12 and the link pivots the angle lever 10 associated with it about the axis 9.
This pivoting causes the latch 2, 3, 6, against the action of the springs 4, to be retracted by the arm of the angle lever 10 engaging the pin 11, so that the door can be opened.
This movement of the trap 2 is possible as long as the cylinder 13 is in the position shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4.
If the cylinder 13 is rotated by 90 in a corresponding sense to lock the door, namely by inserting a key into one of the plug-in cylinders 23 and turning it, the part 16 of the cylinder 13 comes into such a position that it is behind the bent part 17 of the arm 8 sets so that 'a displacement of the trap and thus a' opening of the door is no longer possible, please include.
