Kelle zum Ausgeben von Speiseeis. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kelle zum Ausgeben von Speiseeis mit einem von Hand betätigbaren Auswerfer sowie mit einem Zählwerk, das bei der Betätigung des Auswerfers betätigt wird.
Bei bisher bekannten Eiskellen dieser Art ist das Zählwerk am einen Ende des Kel.lenschaftes angeordnet und wird durch das gleiche Organ betätigt, mittels dessen auch der Auswerfer betätigt wird. Die Kon struktion isst offen und leicht zugänglich, so dass sie nicht nur unhygienisch im Gebrauch ist, sondern auch die Möglichkeit uner wünschter Manipulationen mit dem Zähl- \N-erk zulässt.
Es ist daher vorgeschlagen wor- den,. das Zählwerk und die damit unmittel bar zusammenwirkenden Teile zu verlmpseln. Diese Lösung kann jedoch nicht als befriedi gend betrachtet werden, indem die Kelle hierdurch klobig und ziemlich unhandlich wird.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung .werden die erwähnten Nachteile dadurch vermieden, dass das. Zählwerk innerhalb des Schaftes der Kelle koaxial mit der im Schaft gelagerten Spindel des Auswerfers angeordnet ist.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht und Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt.
Die Eiskelle besteht. aus .einer halbkugel- fürmigen Laffe 1 mit einem Schaft 2, in wel- chem eine Spindel 3 eines Auswerfers 4 ge lagert ist. .
In einem gewissen Abstand von der Laffe 1 bildet der Schaft 2 einen Handgriff 5, in nerhalb dessen die Spindel 3 mit einem Zahn rad 6 versehen ist.
In rechteckigen Ausnehmungen im Hand griff 5 ist auf jeder Seite des Zahnrades eine in diese eingreifende Zahnstange 7 bzw. 8 gelagert, die sich quer durch den Handgriff 5 erstreckt und am einen Ende mit einem Knopf 9 versehen ist.
Im Handgriff 5 ist ein Zählwerk 10 an geordnet, dessen Stand durch ein Fenster 11 im Handgriff abgpleseri' werden kann. Wie aus Fig.2 ersichtlich, ist das Zählwerk zu der Auswerferspindel 3 koaxial. Die Zähl werksachse ist mit der Auswerfersspindel 3 mittels einer Schleifkupplung 12, 13 ver bunden, deren einer Teil 13 mit der Aus werferspindel 3 und deren anderer Teil 12 mit dem Zählwerk. 10 fest verbunden ist.
Durch diese Ausbildung wird der Vorteil er reicht, dass ein Zählwerk verwendet werden kann, das bereits bei einer Drehung des Aus werfers von zum Beispiel 30 zählt. Wäh rend der weiteren Drehung des Auswerfers wird der Kupplungsteil 12 durch einen nicht gezeichneten Anschlag gehalten, so dass ein Gleiten der Kupplung 12, 13 stattfindet.
Beim Gebrauch der Kelle wird diese so gehalten, dass man mit dem Daumen jeden der beiden Knöpfe 9 betätigen und dadurch die Auswerferspindel um eine halbe Umdre hung drehen kann.
Wenn das Zählwerk nur bei der Drehung des Auswerfers in der einen Richtung zählt, ist zwecks Feststellens der tatsächlich aus gegebenen Portionen die auf dem Zählwerk abgelesene Zahl mit 2 zu multiplizieren, oder aber das Zählwerk ist so auszubilden, dass sein Stand bei jeder Betätigung um 2 ver grössert wird.
Natürlich könnte auch nur eine Zahn- stange vorgesehen sein, die an beiden Enden mit Knöpfen versehen ist.
Ladle for dispensing ice cream. The present invention relates to a ladle for dispensing ice cream with a manually operable ejector and with a counter which is operated when the ejector is operated.
In previously known ice dippers of this type, the counter is arranged at one end of the Kel.lschaftes and is operated by the same organ by means of which the ejector is operated. The construction is open and easily accessible, so that it is not only unhygienic to use, but also allows the possibility of undesired manipulations with the counting device.
It has therefore been suggested. to mess up the counter and the parts directly interacting with it. However, this solution cannot be regarded as satisfactory in that it makes the trowel bulky and rather unwieldy.
According to the present invention, the disadvantages mentioned are avoided in that the counter is arranged inside the shaft of the scoop coaxially with the spindle of the ejector mounted in the shaft.

The ice dipper is made. from .einer hemispherical bowl 1 with a shaft 2, in which a spindle 3 of an ejector 4 is mounted. .
At a certain distance from the scoop 1, the shaft 2 forms a handle 5, within which the spindle 3 is provided with a toothed wheel 6.
In rectangular recesses in the handle 5 a rack 7 or 8 engaging in this is mounted on each side of the gear, which extends transversely through the handle 5 and is provided with a button 9 at one end.
In the handle 5, a counter 10 is arranged, the status of which can be 'abpleseri' through a window 11 in the handle. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the counter is coaxial with the ejector spindle 3. The counting plant axis is ver with the ejector spindle 3 by means of a slip clutch 12, 13 a related party, one part 13 with the thrower spindle 3 and the other part 12 with the counter. 10 is firmly connected.
This design has the advantage that a counter can be used that already counts when the ejector turns 30, for example. During the further rotation of the ejector, the coupling part 12 is held by a stop, not shown, so that the coupling 12, 13 slides.
When using the trowel, this is held so that you can press each of the two buttons 9 with your thumb and thereby turn the ejector spindle by half a turn.
If the counter only counts when the ejector is turned in one direction, the number on the counter must be multiplied by 2 in order to determine the portions actually dispensed, or the counter must be designed so that its reading increases by 2 with each actuation is enlarged.
Of course, only one toothed rack could be provided, which is provided with buttons at both ends.
