Installation in the control system of electrically remote-controlled points for local control of the points. In the case of groups of points that are relatively far away from the signal box and through which maneuvers take place, the maneuvers usually cannot be conducted from the signal box. For this purpose, a second point setting device was created for these switch groups at the location of the switch groups. The "local" control of the points is carried out by means of this second point setting device.
For the local control of electrically remote-controlled turnouts, electrical switches have generally been used, which are pulled into a central position by springs and, depending on their deflection to the right or left, the control current is switched on to the direction of the turnout drive for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation . However, this has the disadvantage that you are forced to hold the switch with your hand in one of the end positions until the switch has completely revolved. Premature release of the switch .; has the consequence that the switch can stay in a central position.
The present invention avoids this disadvantage in that the contact sets for the local connection of the actuating current, as soon as they are brought into the working position, are held in this position by means of a magnetic coil as long as a15 actuating current flows. This ensures that a control switch or a control button only has to be operated for a short time when changing the turnouts. It is no longer necessary to actuate these control units until the switch has gone around. This automatically prevents the switches from remaining in an intermediate position as a result of the control units being released prematurely.
In. The accompanying drawings an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated, wherein in Fig. 1, the control circuits, in Fig. 2, the control circuits are shown. Before the turnout can be operated with the local control device, the remote control device must be switched off in the Stw interlocking using contacts U2 and U3. If this has been done properly, the contact U1 also closes and causes the local control device to receive voltage.
In the example chosen, it is assumed that there are purely electrical dependencies between the various elements, i.e. that the contact sets for the local connection of the withstand current form parts of control relays, the coils of which are numbered 10 and 120 in FIG. These coils are through contacts. switched on by buttons, contacts 1 and 3 on the plus button, the contacts? and 4 are arranged on the minus key. If now z. B. pressed the plus button, contact 1 applies voltage to the coil 10 so that the contact set of this relay goes into the working position.
Thus, contact 13 in FIG. 2 is closed, so that the actuating current via coil 30, contact 13, end contact E1. in the drive, the stator winding S1 and .the rotor flows. As a result, the relay 30 picks up, so that a self-holding circuit for the relay 10 is established via the contact 3, 1 in FIG. 1 and the closed self-holding contact 12.
Even after the plus button has been released, the relay 10 remains stuck as long as the control current is flowing, ie. H. until relay 30 drops out again and the self-holding of relay 10 is interrupted by contact 3.1, the mutual exclusion between relay. 10 and relay 20 is achieved through the contacts 11 and 21, respectively, while the contacts 4 and & on -.den buttons enable reversibility .des drive, d. H.
If, for example, the relay 10 is attracted and the drive is running in the plus position, you can press the minus button and then the opening of the contacts. 4 -the relay 10 is switched off, whereby the relay 20 pulls up and the drive runs again in the minus position. The contacts 14 and 24 of the relays 10- and 20 are in the control current line of the next turnout to prevent more than> one turnout can be set at the same time.
Instead of keeping the contact sets of the relays 10 and 20 in the tightened position by keeping the relays 10 and 20 energized via a contact 31 of the solenoid 30 and self-holding contacts, a retaining device could be provided, for example, by the coil 310 is actuated and acts mechanically directly on the contact sets of the relays 10 and 20, the contact sets .der relays 10 and 20 can be designed as purely mechanically moving contact sets.
There is also the option of arranging an additional winding instead of the common solenoid 3.0 on each control relay 10 and 20, through which the steep current is passed, so that the contact sets of the relays 10, 20 are held directly magnetically once they have assumed the working position until the actuating current disappears.
The coil 30 is in the drawn example shown in FIG. 2 .directly switched on in the actuating current circuit and accordingly it is also possible to place the above-mentioned special windings on the relay directly in the actuating current to achieve the retention. However, there are also other possibilities for this, for example the use of a shunt in the control current line, to which the relay 30 is placed in parallel, and the use of a transformer for AC supply, which, acting as a current transformer, has the coil of the relay 3 on its secondary side, 0 feeds.
