Vor allem kommen Möbel in Betracht, die behälter- oder gefässmässig aufgebaut sind, wie Kleiderschränke, Büüherseliränke, Ak- lenschränke, Schreibtische usw.
Durch die Erfinduno,,soll ermöo,Iiüht wer t> tn den, den hochwerti-,en Baustoff Holz zu z# sparen und ausserdem die Möbel unter weitest- olehender Vermeiduno, der Ileranziehun- von <B>C</B> en<B>;D</B> Fachkräften. herzustellen.
Das Möbel nach der Erfindung zeichnet #,ieli dadurch aus, dass seine Wände aus Me- fallrohren, Metalleckstücken für das Zusam- men-setzen der Metallrohre zu einem Rahmen und aus Verkleidungsplatten, für deren Auf- riahnie die Rohre mit Haltemittehl versehen sind, besteh-en.
In der Zeiühnung sind eine beispielsweise Aiisfit7hi-tino,sio-rm des Erfindungsgegenstan des und Detailvarianten dargestellt, und zwar zei -,en: Fig. 1-4 verschiedene Metallrohrprofile, mit den Ansätzen oder Nuten für die Auf nahme der Verkleidungsp#Iatten, Fig. <B>5</B> ein Metalleckstück zum Zusammen setzen der Metallrollre zu einem Rahmen in perspektivisclier Darstellung,
und Fig. <B>6</B> den fertigen Rahmen des Beispiels ohne die Verkleidungsplatten.
Cremäss den Fig. 1-4 ist das Metallrohr<B>1</B> di# Vierkantrohr ausgebildet; es kann aber auch ein anderes, z.B. rundes, Profil aufwei- sen. Nach den Fio'. <B>1</B> und 2 weist das Metall- C rohr <B>1</B> einen bzw. zwei Ansätze 2 auf, an welchen die Verkleidungsplatten<B>3,</B> wie -an gedeutet, festzuschrauben oin.d. Für die Ver kleidung können zweckmässig Sperrholz- oder WerkstoIfplatten verwendet werden.
Im Gegensatz zu den Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 besitzen die Metallrohre nach Fig. <B>3</B> und 4 Nuten 4, in welühe die Verklei-dungsplatten <B>3</B> eingestetl-,t werden können. Die Teile<B>2</B> und 4 sind die Haltemittel für die -Verkleidungsplatten.
Die Metallro#hre <B>1</B> mit den Ansätzen<B>2</B> oder Nut-en 4 stellt man zwecL-mässig ans Leichtmetall auf Strangpressen her. Die W,erk-stoffplatten bestellen vorteilhaft aus Hartfaser, Pressspan, Prasstorf und derglei- allen Kunststoffen.
Das Metalleckstück <B>5</B> der Fio,. <B>5</B> kann aus Leichtmetall durch Giessen oder Pressen erzeuct werden. Es weist drei Zapfen 5a,<B>5b</B> und 5c auf, welche in die Metallrohre<B>1</B> ge steckt werden, wodurch der Rahmen<B>6</B> der Fig. <B>6</B> entsteht.
Die Aussenmasse der Zapfen 5a,<B>5,b</B> und 5c und die Innenmasse der Rohre<B>1</B> sind nach dem Grobpassungssystem so zu wählen, dass kein zu grosses Spiel entsteht. Die Rohre wer den einfach zusammengesteckt. Man kann zur Verbindung der Rohre mit den Epl-,stüpken auch zusätzliche Festlegemittel, z.
B. S.ahrau- bau oder Stifte, zu Hilfe nehmen. Wie bereits erwähnt, entsteht der Rahmen nach Fig. <B>6</B> durch Hineinstecken der Zapfenenden 5a,<B>5b,</B> 5c in die Vierhantrohre <B>1.</B> Ist auf diese Weise -der Rahmen<B>6</B> her gestellt, so werden, was in Fig. <B>6</B> niellt beson- dens dargestellt ist, die Zwiechenwände,
Dek- ken und Böden an das Rahmengestell<B>6</B> ge mäss den Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 angeseliraubt. Sind die Rohre nach Fig. <B>3</B> und 4, statt mit An sätzen, mit Nuten versehen, so werden die Verkleidungsplatten in diese eingesetzt, bevor die Rohre ganz in die Eckstücke eingescho ben sind.
Das dargestellte Beispiel und die Varian ten zeichnen sieh durch viele Vorteile aus. Es ermöglicht grosse Einsparungen an hoch wertigem B.austoff (Holz).<B>An</B> Stelle von Holz treten als Tragelemente des Möbels die Lei,chtmetallrahre und die Leichtmetalleek- otücke. Werden an Stelle von Sperrliolzplat- ten für die Zwischen-v#,ände, Decken und Böden Platten aus einem Kunstpressstoff ver wendet, so kann auf das Holz als Baustoff vollständig verzichtet werden.
Weitere Vor teile liegen in der Mögli-chkeit des leichten Zusammenbaues des Möbels, welcher durch aus ohne Faehkräfte vorgenommen werden kann; das Zusammensetzen der Einzelteile können angelernte Kräfte besorgen. Der Möbelfabrikant bezieht zwetkmässig die Me- tallrühre und die Metalleck#stüeke von einer Metallwarenfabrik, so dass ihm nur noch die Aufgabe obliegt, die Einzelteile zusammenzu fügen. Hierbei bieten sieh ihm grosse Kom binationsmöglichkeiten für die Her-stellun <B>' g</B> der Möbel.
Jeder Schrank kann nach Bedarf .durch Anreihen vergrössert werden. Gegen über der bielierizen hauptsächlich individuel len Bauweise ermöglicht die Erfindung eine höchst wirtschaftli:übe Massenanfertigung un ter Aufwendung geringer Kosten. Darunter leidet aber 'bei entsprechender Ausführung die Formschönlieit 'keineswegs. Dureh. be kannte Verfahren, können die so, liergestell- fen Möbel Idas gleiche gefäLige und schöne Aussehen erhalten wie bisher.
