Monture d'obturateur photographique.
Le ressort As peut être porté par le corps antérieurB ou par le corps postérieur A. Il peut, par exemple, être constitué par une lan guette partie du corps postérieur A et dont l'extrémité libre agit sur le corps antérieur B;
Photographic shutter mount. The invention relates to a photographic shutter mount; it relates to shutter mounts for cameras, of the kind comprising an anterior body and a posterior body, pierced with openings, fitting one inside the other, and between which are placed blades of a shutter, the openings of these two bodies being aligned exactly one on the other and on the main or optical axis of the frame.
With the usual method of mounting in the direction of the axis and "following", the elements engaging one in the other are drilled, threaded and assembled successively on a lathe, so that, when the assembly is complete and the lenses inserted, the anterior element and the posterior element of the objective are exactly aligned with each other.
However, these parts must then be disassembled for the purpose of cleaning them before final assembly, so that, if the anterior body is attached to the posterior body, as is usual, by cap screws. flooded arranged parallel to the main axis, reassembly of the parts in exact alignment is a matter of luck, since there must necessarily be in the direction of the radius a little play or a tolerance between the front body and the socket ture or bridle of the posterior body.
In addition, even if this alignment was carried out when the frame leaves the factory, a subsequent disassembly and reassembly, made by the user, for example. for cleaning or repair are again accompanied by the risk of alignment. defective.
The present invention aims to create a frame eliminating the risk of faulty alignment of the parts intended to cooperate.
To this end, in a shutter frame according to the present invention, a positioning means is provided to act in the direction of a radius between the two bodies, such that one of the latter presses against the other by means of two points located on one side of a diameter, opposite to said positioning means. The latter preferably comprises at least one spring.
Thus, in fact, the anterior body is placed in the posterior body, at a location determined by a support at three points, in particular the point of application of the positioning means and the two points on the opposite side of the main axis, so that the two bodies, with regard to their central axes, will be placed exactly in relation to each other.
One of the two bodies can be hollowed out so as to provide three bearing surfaces, separated angularly, between the two bodies on their common meeting plane, normal to the main axis, the two bodies being fixed one to the other. the other by three stop screws located respectively on spokes crossing the three angularly separated bearing surfaces.
The accompanying drawing shows, schematically by way of example, one embodiment of the frame according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a section taken along the line I-I of FIG. 2 and fig. 2 an end view, taken from the right of FIG. 1.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shutter frame comprises a cylindrical outer part, similar to a section, or posterior body A, having a central opening surrounded by a flange A ', threaded externally and internally.
This posterior A body wears, as usual, an iris diaphragm to adjust the effective opening of the frame. Inside the cylindrical part or the envelope similar to a rim A2 of the posterior body A is placed an anterior body B, which carries pivoting blades d a shutter (of the symmetrical opening type), a shutter blade pivot ring, a release and stop mechanism, and a delay mechanism or gear train.
To increase the clarity of the design showing the anterior and posterior body of the frame, the iris diaphragm, the shutter blades, the shutter blade pivot ring, the trigger mechanism, the stop mechanism and delay gear train have been omitted in fig. 1.
The anterior body B has a flat part, similar to an annular plate B1, which fits into the cylindrical part Az of the posterior body, with the play to the necessary tolerance in the direction of the radius, between the two cooperating parts. . The anterior body B and the posterior body A are fixed to each other by cylindrical head screws BZ passing through the flat part,
similar to an annular plate B ', of the anterior body B and the radial end wall of the posterior body A, as described below.
The periphery of part B ', similar to an annular plate, of the anterior body B is notched on a segment B3 of its circumference.
A leaf spring A3, fixed by a rivet A4 to the inner face of the cylindrical part A2 of the posterior body A, acts against the adjacent edge of the anterior body B, the point of application of the spring A3 being on a diameter XX, which is normal on the middle of a YY chord joining the opposite ends of segment B3, as seen in fig. 2.
Thus, when the anterior body B is introduced into the section A =, similar to a cut, of the posterior body A, the radial play or the tolerance between the anterior body B and the posterior body A is removed by the pressure of the spring A3, and the relative positioning of the central axes of the two bodies A and B is determined by a support on three points, in particular the point of application of the spring A3, indicated at a ',
and the two reaction points or zones (indicated in a2 and a3), angularly separated by the length of the cord Y-Y located 'on the side of the main axis opposite to the spring A'.
The anterior body B and the posterior body A are fixed to each other by the cylindrical head or flat shoulder screws B =, with a large clearance between the diameter of each screw and the opening B4 of the anterior body B , through which the screw passes.
Therefore, when the anterior body B has been introduced into the posterior body A, the relative iriise of the bodies A and B in the transverse direction is already determined by the three points a ', a \ and a3, after which the fixing screws B' can be fully tightened,
without harming said relative placement. The two parts A and B must therefore necessarily be in the same relative radial arrangement, even if the mount is dismantled and reassembled, after an original axial assembly, following "on one turn.
In order to avoid the risk of distortion of one or the ante of the bodies A and B and / or relative displacement and tilting of the elementary lenses of the objective, the inner face of the anterior body B, where it cooperates with the inner face of the posterior body A, is notched to provide three curved bearing surfaces, e1,
c2 and e3 ,. distributed on the circumference, these three support surfaces being respectively aligned in the direction of the radius on the point or the application zone a 'of the spring A3, acting radially, and on the two points or zones of reaction a2 and a ', separated angularly. The cylindrical-head screws B2 then pass through the front body B and the three bearing faces cl,
c2 and c3.
The spring As can be carried by the anterior body B or by the posterior body A. It can, for example, be constituted by a lan guard part of the posterior body A and the free end of which acts on the anterior body B;
the spring can also have started from the front body B, so as to act on the later body A. Provided that notches or projections of suitable shape are provided to locate the spring, the latter can be separated from the two bodies and, although a leaf spring is preferred, a coil or compression spring can also be used.
In this regard, it should be understood that the "point" of application of the res sort is cited here only for convenience and that this term should be taken in the sense of the surface on which the spring acts, whether either a small or a large contact area.
The method of assembling the glasses may be that which is commonly adopted, in particular the "by following" method, according to which an element of the objective is first fixed on a lathe and drilled for the lens, which must be crimped there. The connection by thread between this element and that which is then mounted is then formed and these parts are screwed into one another, the part mounted in.
last place then being drilled for the second lens, which is put in place. The anterior element and the posterior element of the frame are now aligned exactly optically,
the anterior body and the posterior body being put in place by the three-point support described above and fixed to one another in this relative position by the screws: cylindrical head.
Once the assembled mount has been removed from the lathe exactly, it is necessary to dismantle it, in order to remove all the chips and dust that may remain after the assembly operations on the lathe. After cleaning, the parts are reassembled, the exact alignment of the anterior body and the posterior body being ensured automatically by the transverse location in three points, by the three on the bearing faces and by the fixing screws associated with them. .
Due to the three-point assembly, an exact reassembly will necessarily be carried out, even if the parts, which left the factory aligned exactly, are disassembled again and reassembled by the user. It should be understood that the three-point positioning can be achieved in various ways, other than that which has been described above.
For example, instead of forming a radial and curved notch in the anterior body, it is possible to make a flat part following a chord on the anterior body B (or on the posterior body A). Thus, when the anterior body B has been introduced into the posterior body A, the two points a2 and a3 through which pass the components of the reaction against the stuffing of the spring are constituted by the two shoulders formed by the ends of the flat part following a cord, which bear against the cylindrical edge AZ of the posterior body A, cooperating with them.
In another embodiment, the two points caz and a3 of the components of the reaction against the spring A3 are constituted by two "buttons", projections or other spacers, carried by the anterior (or posterior) body and separated angularly on the side of the main axis; 0, which is the opposite of the point of application. spring.
For example, cylindrical pins or balls may engage in notches in the anterior body B (or the posterior body) so as to bear against the cooperating surface of the posterior body A (or the anterior body) at points angularly separated is on the side of the main axis 0, which is opposite to the point of application of the spring A3.
Thus, although in some cases nicking or cutting either the body can be avoided. anterior, either the posterior body by providing ankles, balls or reaction projections, angularly separated, the slight radial play existing between the anterior body and the body,
posterior will not always allow this and we will usually prefer to employ provisions with notches or cuts.
In addition, the latter: (for example the entai11eB3) will lead particularly to making it compact. a mount in. constructions comprising a delay mechanism of the train type, gears,
since the curved notch or the cut segment can be used to house said gear train. We realize that the spring A3 will maintain the contacts, at a2 and a3 and that the radial distance between the anterior body and the posterior body at these points is not marked in FIG. 2 only to give more clarity to the drawing.
