Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie C-C der Fig. 3,
Fig. 7 eine dritte Ausführungsform im Axialschnitt,
Fig. 8 einen Schnitt nach der Linie D-D der Fig. 7,
Tube closure.
The present invention relates to a tube closure with a closure cap that can be screwed onto the tube neck.
In the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are shown. It shows;
Fig, 1 is an axial section through the first example Ausf uhrungsb,
Fig. 2 is a section along the line A-A of Fig. 1,
3 shows the second embodiment in axial section,
Fig. 4 is a section along the line B-B of Fig. 3,
FIG. 5 is a top view of FIG. 3,
Fig. 6 is a section along the line C-C of Fig. 3,
7 shows a third embodiment in axial section,
Fig. 8 is a section along the line D-D of Fig. 7,
9 and 10 each show a further exemplary embodiment in axial section.
The tube according to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is designated with 1, the closure cap with 2 and the ball for sealing with 3. The ball 3 sits firmly in the tube neck. The channels 4 travel by more than half the ball to the mouth of the tube neck. As can be seen, the closure closes in that the sharp edge 5 of the round opening in the closure cap 2 is pressed onto the spherical surface. If the closure cap 2 is loosened somewhat, the opening is exposed and the tube contents can be pressed out through the channels 4 and the opening in the closure cap. Since the: Ball 4 is more than halfway grooved in the tube neck, it cannot be taken away by the tube contents.
36 show a second embodiment. Instead of a round one, this closure has a rectangular outlet opening.
The tube 1 has a wedge-shaped web 9 at the mouth of the tube neck. This is flanked by the: channels 12. On the web 9 is a disc 8. It is round and has a rectangular opening corresponding in shape to the web 9. It is set off at the edge and can therefore be pressed firmly onto the web 9 by means of the closure cap 7. When the closure cap 7 is opened or closed, the disk 8 does not rotate with it, since its rectangular opening engages over the web.
If the closure is opened, an intermediate space is created at 11 between the disc 8 and the closure cap 7 and the disc lies loosely on the web. If the contents of the tube are now squeezed out, it lifts the disc 8; between this and the web 9 there is a gap 10 through which the contents can escape.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a raised part 14 with a round cross-section is provided at the mouth of the tube neck, next to which outlet openings 15 are located. Here, too, the sharp edge 5 of the cap opening causes the seal in conjunction with the part 14. In the cap 2, two pins 16 are attached which protrude into an annular groove 17 of the tube neck. This makes it impossible to completely unscrew the cap and lose it.
According to the embodiment according to FIG. 9, a ball 20 rests freely on the tube neck. It is always pressed onto its seat by a spring 21. If the cap 2 is turned on, there is initially no lifting of the: ball, but only when the tube contents are pushed out. A pin 16 can again be provided to secure the cap 2. The seal is also made by the sharp edge 5 resting on the ball.
As FIG. 10 shows, an insert 25, which is provided with outlet openings 26, is expediently pressed into the tube neck. When the tube is closed, the cap 2 lies in an analogous manner with its sharp edge 5 on the insert 25.
The cap 2 are advantageous respectively. 7 on the one hand and the abutment 3, 9, 14, 20 respectively, which effects the seal with it. 25 made of different hard material. For this purpose, the abutment can also be provided with a softer covering. The tube can be easily opened and closed again by turning the cap with the thumb and index finger of the Iland holding it.
PATENTAN8PRUOH:
Tube closure with a closure cap that can be screwed onto the tube neck, characterized in that an abutment is provided at the exit end of the tube neck provided with at least one outlet channel and an inwardly protruding part is provided which can be pressed onto the abutment with the cap.
