Description

Windungen

Metallic tubular body. The invention relates to a metal tubular body, the several scarf ended in series, z. B. next to or above one ;; - r arranged strands respectively. Has coils of snake.

Especially if those as finned tube heat exchangers, for example as finned tube evaporators for refrigeration machines, are to be galvanized from bodies formed in the fire, such high tensions can occur that the connection between the individual strands or. .Snake coils tear. The consequence of this is that the pipe body leaks and, as a result, is often completely unusable.

In order to remedy these inconveniences, at least a portion of adjacent strands BEZW in a metal tubular body of the type Erwähn th according to the invention. Coils held together by elastic connectors. Such connectors can be conveniently formed as a curved flat iron.

An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the accompanying drawing, namely:

Mg. 1 a plurality of superposed, series-connected strands on, ceisenden pipeline evaporator of an otherwise not shown refrigeration machine, Fig. 2 is an end view of parts of two pipe strings and one of these together, elastic connector, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the parts shown in Fig. 2.

In the figures, 1 designates with ribs 2, metal pipe strings which are connected in series by deflectors 3 and are connected to a continuous through pipe body. In Figs. 2 and 3, the ribs are omitted for the sake of simplicity. In order to reduce the stresses in this tubular body 1, 2, 3, the deflectors 3 and thus also the pipe strands 1 are held together by elastic connecting pieces that are formed out as bent flat iron 4.

As a result of their elasticity, the connecting pieces 4 can largely equalize the stresses that occur and consequently prevent the tubular body from tearing.

The invention can also be used analogously when the tubular body has a number of coiled windings instead of strands.

Instead of respectively between two adjacent strands. Windings elastic Ver .. to provide connecting pieces, can bezw only part of adjacent strands. Winding conditions to be held together by elastic connectors, while another part of adjacent strands BEZW. Turns
