Koffer für eine tragbare Nähmaschine. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Koffer für eine tragbare Nähmaschine, der sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass am Kof ferboden, auf den die zu versorgende Näh; maschine abzustellen ist, zwei in Schliess stellung zusammen mit dem Boden einen vollständig geschlossenen Raum bildende Kofferteile angelenkt sind, die sich mit ihren Längsseitenwänden in die Ebene des Kofferbodens herunterklappen lassen,
in wel- eher Labe die zu diesen Längsseitenwänden senkrechten Wandteile der heruntergeklapp- ten Kofferteile Stützmittel bilden für Tisch platten, welche dazu bestimmt sind, eine l atte, mit der Oberfläche der Arbeitsplatte der in ihre Arbeitsstellung gebrachten Näh maschine bündig verlaufende Arbeitstisch fläche zu bilden.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfind:ungsgegen- standes veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Nähmasthinenkoffer in geschlossenem Zustand; Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch diesen Koffer mit darin untergebrachter Näha maschine; Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht des Koffers in aufgeklapptem Zustand, und Fig. 4 zeigt den aufgeklappten Koffer üz Arbeitsstellung in Anwendung an der Näh- maschine.
Der Nähmaschinenkoffer gemäss Fig. 1 bis 4 hat einen Kofferboden a, auf den die im Koffer züz versorgende Nähmaschine h (Fig. 2) abgestützt wird. An diesem Koffer boden<I>a</I> sind zwei Kofferteile c und<I>d</I> mit tels Scharnieren angelenkt, die in Schliess stellung zusammen mit dem Boden einen vollständig geschlossenen Raum für die Näh maschine bilden.
Diese Kofferteile c und d, die mittels Spannschlössern e im geschlos se nen Zustand gehalten werden, lassen sich seitwärts herunterklappen, bis sie mit ihren Längsseitenwänden in die Ebene des Koffer bodens a zu liegen kommen.
Die zu diesen Längsseitenwände;n senkrechten Wandteile der Kofferteile c und d bilden, wenn sich letztere in heruntergeklappter Lage befin den, Stützmittel, auf die drei in ihrem Aus mass gleich grosse Tischplatten x, y und z aneinanderstossend aufgelegt werden können, um eine glatte Arbeitstischfläche zu bilden. Hierbei überbrückt die Tischplatte y den Kofferboden a.
Die drei Platten werden beim versorgen der Nähmaschine, ebenfalls im Koffer untergebracht, wozu im Kofferteil c Stützwinkel f vorgesehen sind, auf die die Platten in Hochstellung aufgelegt werden, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Oben können die so'aufgestellten Platten z. B. mit einem Be festigungsriemen (nicht gezeichnet) befestigt werden. Die Platte z ist mit einem Ausschnitt versehen, der bezüglich seiner Form der Ar beitsplatte der zugehörigen Nähmaschine entspricht.
Der Kofferteil c ist an der dem Boden gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem klappbar angeordneten Wandteil g versehen, der sich im aufgeklappten Zustand des Kof- fers ebenfalls in die Ebener des Kofferbodens umlegen lässt, wie in, den Fig. 3 -und 4 ge zeigt ist.
Im Gebrauch der Nähmaschine b wird dieselbe, wie aus Fig. 4 hervorgeht, auf die von der Längsseitenwand des Kofferteils c und dem Wandteil g gebildete Auflage fläche gelegt. Die Arbeitsplatte der Näh maschine pass@t hierbei genau in den Aus schnitt der Tischplatte, z.
Anderseits ist durch eine entsprechende Dimensionierung der Kofferteile c und d dafür Sorge getragen, dass die von den drei aufgelegten Tischplat- ten x, y imd z gebildete Arbeitsfläche bündig ist mit der Oberfläche der Arbeitsfläche der Nähmaschine.
Um eine gute Auflage der Tischplatten auf den entsprechenden Wand teilen der aufgeklappten Kofferteile c und d zu gewährleisten, sind diese Wandteile mit einem bei geschlossenem Koffer nach innen ragenden Auflagerand- versehen. Die Platten <I>x, y</I> und z sind ihrerseits auf ihrer einen Seite mit leisten- gegebenenfalls nockenför- migen Erhöhungen versehen, die durch Zu sammenwirken mit diesen Auflagerändern ein Verrutschen der in Arbeitsstellung ge brachten Platten verhindern.

The sewing machine case according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a case base a on which the sewing machine h (FIG. 2) supplied in the case is supported. Two case parts c and <I> d </I> are hinged to this case bottom <I> a </I> by means of hinges, which together with the bottom form a completely closed space for the sewing machine in the closed position.
These case parts c and d, which are held in the closed state by means of turnbuckles e, can be folded down sideways until they come to rest with their long side walls in the plane of the case floor a.
The wall parts of the case parts c and d which are perpendicular to these long side walls; n form, when the latter are in the folded-down position, support means on which three table tops x, y and z of the same size can be placed butt against one another to create a smooth work table surface to build. The table top y bridges the bottom of the case a.
The three plates are also accommodated in the case when the sewing machine is supplied, for which purpose support brackets f are provided in the case part c, on which the plates are placed in the upper position, as shown in FIG. Above, the plates set up in this way can e.g. B. be fastened with a loading strap (not shown). The plate z is provided with a cutout which corresponds to the shape of the work plate of the associated sewing machine.
On the side opposite the bottom, the case part c is provided with a foldable wall part g which, when the case is unfolded, can also be folded over into the plane of the case floor, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
In use of the sewing machine b the same, as can be seen from Fig. 4, placed on the support surface formed by the longitudinal side wall of the case part c and the wall part g. The worktop of the sewing machine fits exactly into the cutout of the table top, e.g.
On the other hand, appropriate dimensioning of the case parts c and d ensures that the work surface formed by the three placed table tops x, y and z is flush with the surface of the work surface of the sewing machine.
In order to ensure good support of the table tops on the corresponding wall parts of the unfolded case parts c and d, these wall parts are provided with an inwardly protruding support edge when the case is closed. The plates <I> x, y </I> and z are in turn provided on their one side with ledge-possibly cam-shaped elevations which, by interacting with these support edges, prevent slipping of the plates brought into working position.
