Lautstarke Wechselsprechanlage.
Loud intercom. In the endeavor to simplify the station devices as far as possible, loudly with powerful intercom systems - that are intercom systems with station loudspeakers and amplifiers - and, in particular, to make them independent of any network connections, went you have to feed the amplifier tubes of these station devices from a central point via the two-wire double line of the intercom system. The proposals that have been worked out to date all provided for such a supply with direct current.
This solution, however, had significant disadvantages, since on the one hand the anode spa, well, o, -, which corresponded to the required amplifier power, was too high and consequently was not permitted on telecommunication lines, and on the other hand the heating voltage required the arrangement of resistors made whose losses had to be accepted. In addition, the balancing resistances arranged to compensate for the loss of opening lead to an additional loss of performance.
These disadvantages can largely be avoided by replacing the known direct current supply with an alternating current. In this way, it is possible to supply the stations from a central power supply unit with such a supply voltage via the double-wire connection that corresponds to the maximum voltage regulations for telecommunications lines, and to transfer this voltage to the anode and / or the anode transformer in a supply transformer attached to the station units . To transform heating voltage.
This type of supply has the important advantage that the transformation to the values corresponding to the anode and heating voltage avoids all resistance losses which cannot be avoided with the direct current supply to achieve the lower heating voltage.
The loud intercom system according to the invention with two-wire connection to a supply center and loudspeaker amplifiers assigned to the stations is characterized by the fact that the amplifier of each subscriber station is supplied with alternating current via the two-wire connection line, the frequency of which differs from the frequencies specified in the Speech traffic occurs is different.
In order to prevent the danger of the amplifier circuit being influenced by the supply voltage and, conversely, the supply circuit by the amplifier voltage, the switching arrangement expediently has a line transformer and a supply transformer, the first being from the supply current and the second from the speech current is flowed through that the effects of these currents within the relevant circuit parts cancel each other out.
The same effect can be achieved if filters are arranged both in the amplifier circuit and in the feed circuit and the permeability of the first is limited to the frequency range of speech, while the second is impermeable to these frequencies. In addition, line transformers and supply transformers can be combined with such filters in such a way that, for example, the line transformers work together with filters in the V-amplification circuit to achieve the same effect.
In the figure, an example of implementation of the subject invention is shown.
M.it 8 is a centrally arranged SpeÜ "e device, with TS denotes a partial new station. The counter station TSI is not shown, but corresponds in its structure to TS and is in al, bl an the supply device 8 This supply device consists of the transformer TR, which is connected on the primary side to an alternating current source, the circuit of which can be interrupted by the contact r.
The secondary winding) lies between the lines going out to the two subscriber stations and its center point is on the one hand AC-grounded via the capacitor K and on the other hand is applied via the drop-off delayed relay B the DC power source B.
With a, b the output resp. Input terminals dis supply device referred to the subscriber station TS out, while al, bl represent the corresponding terminals after the subscriber station TSI, not shown.
The partial renewal station is set up on the line transformer LU, the supply circuit and the amplifier circuit.
The two conductors coming from terminals a, 7) are each connected to one of the oppositely wound primary coils of the line transformer. The at the secondary windings of the Leit-angb- transformer LU lead to the input (EU) resp. Output transformer _AT of the amplifier V.
The supply circuit itself consists of the supply transformer ST, from whose primary winding the center point is led out and on the one hand is grounded via relay W and capacitor C , while on the other hand it is through the keys T, </ I> which is open in the rest position, can be placed directly on the earth.
The windings on the secondary side of the feeder transformer are dimensioned in such a way that the correct anode and heating voltage are taken directly and a rectifier arrangement GL is connected to the anode circuit and the heating circuit via each . the Kathodenheizdxaht can be supplied.
The amplifier circuit is built up from the amplifier circuit T, the input transformer EU and the output transformer AT, which latter two each according to the operating state through the changeover switches w1, W2 are connected to the line transformer or to the electro-acoustic converter LM.
Both subscriber stations are switched to "listen" in accordance with the station TS shown (corresponding switching position of the TlmsehaIter wl and w2); In this case, the electro-acoustic converter LOI works as a loudspeaker and the contact r in the power supply keeps the alternating current circuit open.
For example, if the subscriber in TS wants to establish a connection, he depresses the T key and keeps it in this position. As a result, a direct current circuit closes from the direct current source B via relays B, the two branches of the secondary side of the transformer TR, the two lines a, b, the Line transformer LU, the two parts of the primary side of the supply transformer ST and the closed button 7 '. Relay R opens and its contact r closes the AC circuit of the supply unit,
so that an alternating voltage is applied to the supply transformers of the subscriber stations via transformer TR. This supply voltage is transformed in the supply transformers to the size of the anode voltage and the heating voltage and rectified denkreis the anode or. fed to the tube heating of the amplifier rollers. In this way, the operational readiness is created by pressing the button T of the calling station TS at its own amplifier and at that of the other station.
This alternating supply current also has the consequence that in the called station TS1, whose key T is open, which comes up according to relay TV - relay Wl, switches ivl, w2 of this station, so that the operating state "speak" is established in TS1 becomes.
The effects of the alternating feed current in the line transformer LU are due to the symmetrical supply line and the opposite weighting of the coils of the line transformer through which the alternating feed current passes, so that the secondary coils of the line transformer cannot influence the amplifier circuit. To be on the safe side, a filter F is arranged in the amplifier circuit in front of the input transformer E (T, as it is impermeable to frequencies other than the speech egg.
In exactly the same way, the influence of the alternating speech currents on the supply circuit is avoided by these currents flowing through the winding parts of the primary coil of the supply transformer there,
This special design of the line transformer and supply transformer could be replaced by two filter arrangements, one of which would only be permeable to the frequencies of speech, while the other would block precisely these frequencies. If the first of these arrangements were switched on in the amplifier circuit and the second in the supply circuit, the mutual influence of the two circuits would be excluded.
There is also the possibility of achieving the same effect by combining the discussed design of the line transformer with a filter in the feed circuit or, conversely, the discussed feed transformer with a filter of the properties mentioned in the amplifier circuit. It is thus possible to achieve a sharp separation of the speech voltage in various ways.
If the direction of speech is to be changed, the calling subscriber briefly releases his T key. T is expediently equipped with a regulator for the duration of the interruption. This interruption has the effect that the direct current circuit is interrupted and relay B drops out with a delay. On the other hand, relay W is no longer short-circuited and has the opportunity to come up and operate its Umsehalter wl and w2 during the time by which the fall of relay R is delayed.
If relay B has dropped out, its contact r interrupts the AC circuit of the power supply and the stations are no longer operational. The opening of Taete T has accordingly caused the calling station TS to switch to the operating state "speak" and the power supply returned to the rest position.
If the T key is closed again after the brief interruption, which must be at least as long as relay R, is closed again, in addition to the known start-up of the power supply, the occurrence of relay WI of the called partial emitter station will be TSI causes, which is switched to "listen". Now the direction of speaking has changed, a process that can be repeated as often as you like.
After the connection is terminated, the T key in the calling station TS is opened continuously, so that the power supply unit falls back into the rest position in the manner already described. Furthermore, the output transformer AT is connected to an armature in such a way that the uniswitches tol and iv2 return to the starting position ("listen") after a connection has ended, provided they are not already there.
If the power supply unit is designed to be an automatic operator center by arranging selectors and relays, any number of participants can be connected to one another. In this case, the T key is expediently replaced by a correspondingly switched dial.
