Durchschreibebuchfihr ungseinrichtung.
Carbonless bookkeeping device. In known carbonless bookkeeping devices that use the same forms for the G / L and customer accounts, there is the disadvantage that when posting from credit to debit compared to posting from debit to credit, the customer account sheets must be once at the bottom and once at the top and thus soon in carbon copy and will soon be described in the original script; or in other systems a second target column should be provided to avoid this disadvantage.
The carbonless bookkeeping device according to the invention avoids these disadvantages. It has customer and G / L account sheets and is characterized in that the G / L account sheets have a first column on the left for the posting line control, a column for the account number, a column for the date, and a text column that is at least the width of a debit or . Raven column is wider than the text column on the customer account sheet,
each have a debit and raven column below each other of the same width, while the customer account sheets on the left do not have a column corresponding to column 13, but in the same order as for the G / L account sheets columns for the account number, for the date, the text, debit and Have credit as well as for the balance, with the text column here at least by the width of the debit or Raven column is narrower than with the G / L account sheet and the debit and credit columns are shifted to the left compared to the latter sheet, the whole thing in such a way and for the purpose
that for posting an item the account sheet, depending on the business transaction, optionally with its debit or Raven column to cover the credit or The target column of the G / L account sheet can be brought, with column 13 always remaining free in order to match the lines to be written, and with the customer account sheet always being able to be written in the original, the general account sheet always in copy.
An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing.
The booking plate 1, z. B. made of wood, has one on the right; fixed stop 8 and a removable stop 9 on the left, which also serves to attach the carbon paper 3 folded together.
The G / L account sheet 6, which always comes to lie under the upper part of the carbon paper and under the customer account sheet 5, has the following division: on the left is a column 13 for the line control file K, followed by columns 10 for the account number, 11 for the date , 12 for the text, 14 for debit and 15 for credit.
The customer account sheet 5 does not have a column corresponding to column 13 on the left, but columns 16 for the account number, 17 for the date, 18 for the text, 20 for debit, 21 for credit and 22 for the balance on the left. The debit and Raven columns are shifted towards the left compared to that of the G / L account sheet, whereby the text column 18 is narrower than that of the other sheet by at least the width of the credit column.
For debit-to-credit postings, the credit account 6 always remains in the fold 23 of the carbon sheet 3, and the customer account sheet 5 is shifted to the right up to the stop 8, the booking is made on the customer account sheet in original writing and on the tangible sheet in carbon copy performed. such as B. can be seen from the first line.
Conversely, with credit-to-debit posting, sheet 5 must be moved to the left so that column 13 remains visible; On the next free line to be written on, the control sign V must first be made on the G / L account sheet, the customer account sheet must be set up line-by-line and the posting made, e.g.
B. is shown on the second line. So it is not necessary. to swap the two sheets, so the customer account sheet is always labeled in the original. Instead of using a booking plate, as described, you can use a simpler booking plate, which consists of a cardboard box with carbon paper attached to the left edge and a fold on the right. as a stop for the Saxon account sheet.
The sheets shown can also be used in a booking engine. The booking plate could also have a second, removable stop 24 on the right for the customer account sheet in its left-hand position, to be used for debit postings.
