Description

  

      Vorrichtung    zum Festklemmen eines Gegenstandes am Rande einer Tasche.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist     eine    Vor  richtung zum Festklemmen eines Gegenstan  des, z. B. eines.     Füllfederhalters    oder eines  Bleistiftes, am Rande einer Tasche, z. B. einer  Westentasche. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen aufklappbaren       Klemmhebel    aufweist, der am untern Ende  mit Zähnen versehen ist.  



  Auf der Zeichnung sind als Beispiele zwei  Ausführungsformen der neuartigen Klemm  vorrichtung dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 und 3 zeigen ein Ausführungsbei  spiel im Querschnitt und in Draufsicht.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform  im Querschnitt und       F'ig.    4 veranschaulicht die     Spreizfeder,    die  zur Ausführung der     Fig.    1 und 3 verwendet  wird.  



  Bei den auf der Zeichnung     dargestellten     Ausführungsformen bezeichnen 1 einen Füll  federhalter oder Bleistift, 2 den Klemmhebel,  3 den Befestigungsring, 4 die Spreizfeder und  5 den Gelenkstift. Bei der Ausführungsform  gemäss den     Fig.    1 und 3 ist der Klemmhebel 2  mittels eines Stiftes 5 gelenkig am Ring 3  befestigt, wobei die     Spreizfeder    4 gegen den  Federhalter     bezw.        Bleistift    1 drückt. Bei der  Ausführungsform gemäss     Fig.    2 ist der       Klemmhebel    2 an einer Feder befestigt, die  mit dem Befestigungsring 3 ein einziges Stück  bildet.  



  Diese neuartige Klemmvorrichtung funk  tioniert in dem Sinne, dass durch Druck mit  dem Finger auf den     obern    Teil des Klemm  hebels 2 sich derselbe öffnet und der Feder  halter     bezw.    Bleistift 1 auf diese Art bequem    über den Rand der Tasche geschoben werden  kann. Lässt man bei     in    die Tasche gescho  benem Federhalter     bezw.    Bleistift 1 den obern  Teil des     Klemmhebels    2 los, so greifen die  Zähne desselben in den Stoff und machen so  mit ein Verlieren des mit dieser neuartigen  Klemmvorrichtung     versehenen    Gegenstandes  unmöglich.

Fountain pen or pencil, on the edge of a pocket, e.g. B. a vest pocket. The device is characterized in that it has a hinged clamping lever which is provided with teeth at the lower end.



  In the drawing, two embodiments of the novel clamping device are shown as examples.



       Fig. 1 and 3 show a Ausführungsbei game in cross section and in plan view.



       FIG. 2 shows another embodiment in cross section and FIG. FIG. 4 illustrates the expansion spring used in the embodiment of FIGS.



  In the embodiments shown in the drawing, 1 denotes a fountain pen or pencil, 2 the clamping lever, 3 the fastening ring, 4 the expanding spring and 5 the hinge pin. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 3, the clamping lever 2 is hingedly attached to the ring 3 by means of a pin 5, the expanding spring 4 respectively against the spring holder. Pencil 1 presses. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the clamping lever 2 is fastened to a spring which forms a single piece with the fastening ring 3.



  This novel clamping device func tioned in the sense that by pressing with the finger on the upper part of the clamping lever 2 the same opens and the spring holder respectively. In this way, pencil 1 can easily be pushed over the edge of the pocket. If you let the pen holder bezw. Pencil 1 loosens the upper part of the clamping lever 2, so the teeth of the same grip into the fabric and thus make it impossible to lose the object provided with this new type of clamping device.

Claims

Claim: Device for clamping an object on the edge of a pocket, characterized in that it has a hinged clamping lever which is provided with teeth at the lower end. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIMS 1.

Device according to claim for clamping an object with a round cross-section on the edge of a pocket, characterized in that the clamping lever is connected to the ring, which is used to fasten the clamping device to the object, by a joint and by means of an expanding spring with its toothed lower end is pressed against the object provided with this clamping device. 2.

Device according to claim for clamping an object with a round cross-section on the edge of a pocket, characterized in that the clamping lever is connected by means of a spring to the ring which is used to fasten the clamping device to the object, the spring and the ring being made in one piece.
