Schnell-Versehraubung für Doppelverglasungen. Die bisher verwendeten Verschraubungen für Doppelverglasungen hatten den Nach teil, dass die Hülsenschrauben einzeln mon tiert werden mussten, was bedingte, dass die Fensterflügel voneinandergenommen werden mussten, um die Fusshülse im äussern Flügel anzubringen. Der Bolzen der Verbindungs schraube musste durch die Kopfhülse ge schraubt werden, da im Innern derselben ein 1 < Ieta.llgewinde vorhanden ist.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung gegenüber den bisher verwendeten Schraubenarten ist darin zu suchen, dass beide Hülsen gleichzeitig ein geschraubt werden können. Der Schrauben bolzen muss nur noch in die Fusshülse einge schraubt .werden; durch die Kopfhülse kann er geschoben werden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel der Verschraubung dargestellt. Es zeigt Abb. 1 die Verschraubung, wie sie fertig montiert im Holze sitzt. Abb. 2 dieselbe im Querschnitt. Abb. 3 die Kopfhülse von oben und Abb. 4 die Fusshülse von oben.
Für die Montage der Hülsenschrauben 1 und 2 wird ein Spezialschraubenzieher ver wendet, der für die Fusshülse 2 einen Drei kant besitzt, der in die Ausfräsungen 6 ein greift. Für die Kopfhülse 1 ist ein Stellschie- ber vorgesehen, der in den Schraubenschlitz 7 eingreift. So können die Hülsen gleichzeitig eingeschraubt und der Schraubenzieher jeder Holzdicke entsprechend eingestellt werden.
Im Innern der Kopfhülse 1 ist eine Quer rille 8 vorhanden, in die ein Federehen 4 eingelegt ist, das aus einem Sprengring be steht. Sind die Hülsenschrauben 1 und 2 fertig montiert, so wird die Verbindungs schraube 3 durch die Kopfhülse 1 geschoben. Dabei wird das Federehen 4 ausgedehnt und in die Rille 8 gedrückt. Ist der Schraubenbol zen 3 mit dem Metallgewinde 5, das im Durchmesser grösser ist als der Schaft, durch geschoben, so kann das Federehen 4 in die alte Form zurückgehen und verhindert so bei voneinandergeschraubten Fensterflügeln das Herausfallen des Bolzens 3.
Beim Ein schrauben der Hülsen 1 und 2 dient die Klemmvorrichtung im Innern der Hülse 1 zu dem Zweck, dass diese nach dem Auf schieben auf den Schraubenzieher nicht her unterfällt, bevor man das Werkzeug zum Einschrauben ansetzt.
Die Fusshülse 2 ist um die doppelte Holz gewindetiefe 10 kleiner im Durchmesser als die Kopfhülse 1. Es wird also ein gestuftes Loch gebohrt, das bezweckt, dass mit beiden Hülsen 1 und 2 gleichzeitig mit Einschrauben begonnen werden kann. Die Bohrung 9 in der Hülse 1 ist so weit, dass der Schrauben bolzen 3 gut durchgeht. So ist es möglich, am untern Ende des Schraubenziehers das Negativ der Dreikantausfräsung 6 so gross anzubringen, dass ein Eingreifen in die Hülse 2 wirksam ist.
Die so montierten Hülsen 1 und 2 liegen ganz genau in der Achse übereinander. Ein Verklemmen des Schraubengewindes 5 ist deshalb ausgeschlossen, auch dann, wenn nicht senkrecht zum Arbeitsstück gebohrt wird.
Die Hülsen 1- und 2 sitzen so gut auf dem Schraubenzieher, dass eine Beschädigung der Hülsenschrauben 1 und 2 nicht möglich ist. Nach dem Einschrauben der Hülsen 1 und 2 kann der Schraubenzieher herausge zogen werden.

The advantage of the invention over the previously used types of screws is that both sleeves can be screwed in at the same time. The screw bolt only needs to be screwed into the foot sleeve; it can be pushed through the head sleeve.

For the assembly of the sleeve screws 1 and 2, a special screwdriver is used, which has a triangle for the foot sleeve 2, which engages in the cutouts 6. For the head sleeve 1, an adjusting slide is provided which engages in the screw slot 7. In this way, the sleeves can be screwed in at the same time and the screwdriver can be adjusted to suit every wood thickness.
Inside the head sleeve 1 there is a transverse groove 8, into which a row of springs 4 is inserted, which consists of a snap ring BE. When the sleeve screws 1 and 2 are fully assembled, the connecting screw 3 is pushed through the head sleeve 1. The spring row 4 is expanded and pressed into the groove 8. If the screw bolt 3 with the metal thread 5, which is larger in diameter than the shaft, is pushed through, the spring row 4 can return to its old shape and thus prevents the bolt 3 from falling out when the window sashes are screwed together.
When a screw of the sleeves 1 and 2, the clamping device inside the sleeve 1 is used for the purpose that this does not fall after the push on the screwdriver before the tool is used to screw in.
The foot sleeve 2 is twice the wood thread depth 10 smaller in diameter than the head sleeve 1. A stepped hole is drilled, the purpose of which is to start screwing in with both sleeves 1 and 2 at the same time. The hole 9 in the sleeve 1 is so wide that the screw bolt 3 goes through well. It is thus possible, at the lower end of the screwdriver, to attach the negative of the triangular cutout 6 so large that it engages the sleeve 2.
The sleeves 1 and 2 mounted in this way lie exactly one above the other in the axis. A jamming of the screw thread 5 is therefore impossible, even if drilling is not carried out perpendicular to the workpiece.
Sleeves 1 and 2 sit so well on the screwdriver that sleeve screws 1 and 2 cannot be damaged. After screwing in the sleeves 1 and 2, the screwdriver can be pulled out.
