Intercom speaker system with telephone station. In systems with noisy rooms, it is advisable to equip them with telephony stations, while quiet rooms or those with moderate noise can be equipped with loudspeaker stations that can also be discussed at a distance. Telephone stations and loudspeaker stations work in a known manner in Wechse'lspre: chverkehr when they are connected to one another.
Two-way communication is possible with telephone stations. Loudspeaker stations are equipped with means for reversing the speech direction, it being expedient that only one station controls the speech direction.
If a loudspeaker station calls a telephone station, the loudspeaker station can change the direction of speech.
If, on the other hand, the telephone station calls a loudspeaker station, the loudspeaker station would have to change the speaking direction and possibly, even though it is not the calling station, go to the set to answer it.
According to the invention, the intercom system is therefore provided with a telephone station to which means are assigned which allow the direction of speech to be changed by manual actuation in connections with loudspeaker intercom stations.
FIGS. 1 and 2 show, for the purposes of explanation, the construction of two telephone stations with associated means. for manual control of the speech direction in connection with loudspeaker stations for alternating traffic.
Fig. 1 shows a line dialer station with a microphone M and a telephone at T, which apparatus are arranged in a micro-telephone. The microphone is connected via the amplifier tube V to the transformer U and thus to the line.
If the telephone station is called, the same potential is applied to lines a and b, so that the buzzer S'u speaks and indicates the call.
If the microphone is removed from the fork at the telephone station, contact GU is opened and the buzzer is thus turned off. At this moment, the amplifier tube can also be put into operation in a manner not shown, for example by switching on the heating.
If the call comes from another telephone station, the two-way communication can easily be started. If the connection originates from a loudspeaker station, it changes the speech direction at its station in a known manner, while the called telephone station is not affected by this.
If the telephone station itself establishes a connection, pressing the line selector key LW 1 also switches the 9.T key at the same time. The connected telephone station or loudspeaker station is reached via the line a1, b1.
The speaking direction is changed in connection with a loudspeaker station by pressing the speaking button ST, by placing the speaking button -i- in the rest position and on the wires a and b in the working position. After the connection has been terminated, the LW 1 key is triggered by placing the microphone on the cradle and the AT key is set to the rest position.
2 shows the circuit of a station for connection to an automatic switching center. Telephone T and microphone 31 are built into a microphone, which is placed on the fork connected to the contact set GU 1 and GU 2 . 6V represents the alarm clock, i is the pulse contact of the numbers, disk, k is the short-circuit contact.
To call the station from the automatic control center, pale alternating current potential is applied to terminals a and b, whereby the alarm clock W is actuated via the capacitor C, for example at intervals. If the microphone is removed, a direct current path is closed via microphone M and transformer U to earth and the call is turned off in the automatic center.
The station itself can assign the automatic control center by activating the fork contacts.
If the connection established is one with loudspeaker stations, the direction of speech can be changed by briefly pressing the fork. The brief power interruption after the automatic control center causes the direction of speech to change in a known manner. Contact GU 1 short-circuits the line during the interruption, whereby contact GU 1 closes before contact GU 2 opens.
The change of direction of speech from the telephone station in connections with loudspeaker stations normally takes place when the telephone station has established the connection, but can also take place when the loudspeaker station has established the connection. Instead of the hook switch, the dial for L mst.euerun # l :: fl (, r speaking direction can be used.
For example. If the number 1 is drawn, a power interruption is caused, which triggers the change of speech direction in the automatic control center in the same way as with brief actuation of the fork contact set. The short-circuit contact k of the dial short-circuits lines a, b during the time of the pulse in the same way as during the dialing.
In each station, a voltage center point is formed between the speech wires a, b by means of the transfer winding or a voltage divider, and the DC voltage is routed to this voltage center for reversal. As a result, the current flows in the same direction towards earth in both wires and when the push-to-talk button is pressed, the same change in current direction is effected in both wires.
The organs for reversing the speech direction can be built directly into the station or z. B. be arranged in an additive near the telephone station.
