Fastening device for fillet bolts on filleting machines. The subject of the present invention is a fastening device for fillet bolts on filleting machines for processing wood. The fastening of the throat bolts that is common today consists of a union nut through which a conical pin of the throat bolt is pressed into the conical bearing. This type of attachment requires a fair amount of time when replacing the throat bolt. Most moulders have. the union nut is also not easily accessible from above or from the outside with tools, so that the tightening of the union nut with. a key is more or less cumbersome.
According to the present invention, a union nut provided with a bayonet thread can be actuated with a pivot lever.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention in two figures, in FIG. 1 in a vertical section and in FIG. 2 in a section perpendicular to the axis of the throat bolt along the line A-A in FIG.
In Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing (the insert in the table of the molding machine, not shown, is designated with 1. The molding motor 2 carries a shaft journal 3 with a bayonet thread 4, onto which a union nut 5 is screwed. The molding bolt 6 is cylindrical with its Pin 7 is inserted into the shaft journal 3 and is carried along by the driving pin 8. The grooving tool is designated 9 and the workpiece 10. A bearing 11 is attached to the grooved motor 2 for the pivot lever 12. The pivot lever is attached to the bearing pin 13 and 14. The support lever 15 can only be pivoted about the bearing pin 13, it serves as a stop when the pivot lever 12 is pivoted into the working position and its end in this position forms a handle with that of the pivot lever 1-2.
In the upper part of the pivot lever 12, a member 16 is used which, with the toothing 17 of the nut 5 can be brought into engagement. In the rest position, the pivot lever 12 assumes the position indicated by dash-dotted lines, where the member 16 is notched.
The operation of the Schnelleinrich device is as follows: Away from the moulder, the throat bolt 6 with a throat tool 9 z. B. has been screwed together and must now be placed on the throat motor 2, on the shaft journal 3 up. The nut 5 is also located on the throat bolt 6 and is plugged together with the latter over the 3 Wel lenzapfen. During this process, it is only necessary to ensure that the cylindrical pin 7 and the driver pin 8 come into their corresponding holes. The union nut 5 can then be pushed over the thread over the entire circumference. Now it is a question of tightening the union nut 5 and securing it with the throat bolt 6.
For this purpose, you take the pivot lever 12 and pivot it to the left, seen from the operator's point of view. In the swiveled-out position, the operator presses the swivel lever together with the support lever 15 so that the two lever ends form a handle. The organ 16 now engages in the toothing 1.7 of the union nut 5. The latter is tightened by pivoting the two levers 12 and 15 to the right. If the operator now lets go of the swivel lever 12, it automatically falls back into its rest position due to its weight: and thereby removes the organ 16 from the area of the toothing 17.
The fastening process is finished, and the throat motor 2 can be switched on. Loosening the union nut 5 is done in the same way as tightening, but with opposite pivoting directions.
Instead of the involute toothing 17 shown in the drawing on the union nut 5, a different tooth shape can also be selected. It is also conceivable to only provide the union nut 5 with grooves. If a gear is necessary between the throat motor 2 and the throat bolt 6, the bearing 11 is screwed onto the gearbox housing. The operation of the fastening device remains exactly the same for moulders with gearboxes.
