  Spritzkopf für thermoplastische Massen.



   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Spritzkopf zur   Herstellung    von mit Schrift- oder Bildzeichen, z. B.   Dekorn-    tionszeichen und dergleichen, versehenen Bändern aus thermoplastischem Material.



   Es ist bekannt, bandartige Bahnen aus thermoplastischem Material in der Weise herzustellen, dass man das entsprechende Material in zähplastischem Zustand z. B. mittels einer Förderschnecke durch eine Matrize mit   schlitzförmigem    Ausgang presst, wobei jedoch immer nur das der Querschnittsform des Schlitzes, das heisst der Spritz  mat. rize    entsprechende Bandprofil erhalten werden kann, nicht aber z. B. eingeprägte oder erhöhte Schrift-,   Bilddekorationszeichen    und dergleichen.



   Dieser Mangel an bekannten Spritzköpfen wird nun erfindungsgemäss dadurch behoben, dass der die Querschnittsform des herzustellenden Bandes bestimmende Ausgangsschlitz der Spritzmatrize teilweise von mindestens einer im Matrizenkopf drehbar gelagerten, zur Erzeugung der Zeichen auf dem Band bestimmten Rolle begrenzt ist.



   Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht schematisch eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes.



   Fig. 1 zeigt den Spritzkopf im Längsschnitt.



   Fig. 2 ist eine Darstellung der Antriebsverbindung von Masseförderwerk und Matrizenrolle.



   Fig. 3 stellt zwei verschiedene Matrizenrollen und
Fig. 4 je ein Stück der mit diesem Spritzkopf und den beiden verschiedenen Rollen hergestellten Bänder dar.



   Mit a ist das Gehäuse des Spritzkopfes und mit b der Matrizenkopf bezeichnet. Das Spritzkopfgehäuse weist eine trichterartige   .öffnung    c zur Einführung des thermoplastischen Ausgangsmaterials für die   Ilerstellung    der Bänder, sowie einen zylindrischen Förderkanal d auf mit einer Förderschnecke e, die in   bekannter    Weise über ein Zahnradgetriebe f in Drehung versetzt werden kann. Um den aussen zylindrischen Teil des Gehäuses a ist ein elektrisches   Heizelement    h angeordnet.



  Das eine schlitzartige   Ausmündung      d'des    Förderkanals aufweisende vordere, ebenfalls mit einem aussenseitigen Heizelement h' ausgerüstete Ende a' des Spritzkopfgehäuses ist hülsenartig ausgebildet und mit einem Aussengewinde   a" versehen.    In diesem hül  senartigen    Gehäuseteil des Spritzkopfes ist der Matrizenkopf b mittels einer   Uberwurf-    mutter i lösbar befestigt. Dieser, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, zweiteilige Matrizenkopf weist eine entsprechende Ausnehmung und Lagerstellen für eine zylindrische Rolle r auf.

   Dabei ist die an die schlitzartige Ausmündung   d' des    Förderkanals anschliessende Ausnehmung des Matrizenkopfes so bemessen und geformt, dass nach Einsetzen einer der aus Fig. 3 ersichtlichen Rollen r im Matrizenkörper ein dem Profil des herzustellenden   Bandes entsprechender Schlitz verbleibt, durch den die durch Erwärmung im   SpEitz-    kopf plastisch gemachte Masse ausgepresst wird.



   Die Achse o, auf der eine der gewählten Rollen r lösbar aufgekeilt ist, steht über ein Getriebe s mit der Antriebswelle der Förderschnecke e über eine der geförderten Masse entsprechende Übersetzung in Antriebsverbindung. Der zylindrische Mantel der Rolle r weist die zum Anbringen auf das herzustellende Band dienenden erhöhten oder eingravierten Schrift-, Bild- oder Dekorationszeichen auf. Durch Drehung der Rolle r mit einer dem fliessenden Band entsprechenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeit werden die gewünschten Zeichen auf dem Band gleichzeitig mit dessen Ausspritzung aus dem Matrizenkopf erzeugt.   



   Zur Ermöglichung der je Herstellung ver-    schieden dicker Bänder mit Schrift-, Bildzeichen und   dergleichen    können die Lagerungsorgane in an sich bekannter Weise,    z. B. mittels : Kulissenführung, derart höhen-    verstellbar gebaut sein, dass sich die in den Matrizenkopf eingesetzte Rolle in bezug auf die Mittelachse des Ausgangsschlitzes für die thermoplastische Masse passend einstellen lässt. Die einen Teil des Ausgangsschlitzes bildende Rolle könnte auch, je nach der   Kon-    sistenz des zu spritzenden plastischen Materials, frei drehbar angeordnet sein, so dass deren Drehung durch den Massestrang bewirkt wird.

   The drawing schematically illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.

   The housing of the spray head is denoted by a and the die head is denoted by b. The spray head housing has a funnel-like opening c for introducing the thermoplastic starting material for the production of the belts, as well as a cylindrical conveying channel d with a conveying screw e which can be set in rotation in a known manner via a gear transmission f.
