Federelement für Polsterzwecke. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Yederelemente zur Polstmung von Mö beln.
Bei der Herstellung von Polstermöbeln init Innenfedern, wie Matratzen, Divanen, Fahrzeugsitzen und dergleichen, ist es üblich, eine Mehrzahl von zylindrischen Schrauben federn züi verwenden, deren unterste und oberste Windung mittels Fäden oder Bän dern an den Überzug des Polstermfiels ange näht werden. Manchmal werden die erwähn ten Federn in Säcke oder Hüllen aus Textil material eingeschlossen.
Gemäss der Erfindung besitzt das Feder- eiement für Polsterzwecke eine Feder, die beidseitig in einer Kappe befestigt Ist,die mit Mitteln zu ihrer Befestigung versehen ist, wobei die Kappen durch biegsame Mittel ver bunden sind.
Die Kappen können aus Kunststoff, Holz, 31,etall, Horn, Glas, Porzellan, Gummi, Le der, Papiermael16 oder Textilmaterial, z. B. aus Filz, bestehen.
In den Figuren der beiliegenden Zeich nungen sind einige Ausführunggbeispiele des Erfindungegegenstand-es dargestellt. Gleiche Zahlen entsprechen gleichen Teilen in den verschiedenen Figuren.

Fig. <B>1.8</B> ist ein Längsschnitteiner andern Ausführung einer mit Kappen versehenen Feder.
Gemäss Fig. <B>1</B> ist die Feder<B>10</B> an beiden Enden mit einer Kappe<B>11</B> versehen, welche an der Feder über das innere Schraubenge- ,vinde 12 lösbar befe,3tigt ist. Beide Kappen <B>11</B> sind mit<B>je</B> einer Ose, <B>13</B> versehen, an wel- eher eine Schnur 14 befestigt ist, die, axial durch die Feder<B>10</B> verlaufend, beide Kappen zusammenhält.
Die Kappen<B>11</B> en-den bei<B>15</B> konisch. Eine Hülle<B>16,</B> z. B. aus Kaliko, ist über die Kappen<B>11</B> gestülpt und ist an jedem Ende mit einem elastissslien Ring<B>17</B> versehen, der in die Nute<B>18</B> am Umfang der Kappe eingreift. Die Hülle<B>16</B> kann au-eh elastische Längs fäden<B>19</B> (Fig. 2) enthalten, wodurch ein un erwünschtes Einsacken Jer Hügle beim Zu- siammendrückeu der Feder<B>10</B> vermieden werden kann.
Die Kappen<B>11</B> sind an ihren Kopfseiten mit einem Knopf 20, zum Einknöpfen in eine Öse des- Überzuggewebess, versehen.
Zur Sicherung ihrer Lage sind die Kap pen<B>11</B> mit Schlitzen 21 versehen, durch welche ein Sicherungsband hindurchgezo-gen -werden, kann.
Gemäss Fig. <B>6</B> und<B>7</B> ist die Kappe lla. mit nach innen vorstehenden. Nasen<B>23</B> ver- ,sehen, welche die Endwindungen der Federn 10a halten. Wie in Fig. <B>8</B> dargestellt, kann aber aucli die Feder<B>10b</B> fest mit der Kappe Ilb verbunden sein.
An Stelle des Knopfes 20 kann die Kappe mi <B> </B> t einem Element<B>26</B> eines Druckknopfes versehen werden, wie in Fig. <B>8</B> ersiclltliüh.
Die Befestigung zwischen Kappe und Überzug kann auch durch einen Manschetten- h-nopf 24 hergestellt sein (Fig. & , <B>7</B> und<B>9),</B> der einerseits in einem Schlitz 25 der Kappe, anderseits in einem Knopfloch des Überzuges befestigt ist.
Zum selben Zweck kann auch eine, Feder falle dienen, z. B. nach Fig. <B>10.</B> Die Feder falle<B>27</B> besitzt zwei V-förmige Teile, die .durch eine Brücke miteinander verbund,en sind, wobei die äussere Seite des V kürzer als die innere -und mit einem Ansatz<B>271</B> versehen <U>ist.</U> Die Federfalle<B>27</B> ist amtberzug oder an ;ei nem Band<B>28,</B> welches seinerseits am Über- ziig befestigt ist, angenäht.
Die Kappe lld ist mit zwei Schlitzen<B>29</B> versehen, deren radia,le Weite kleiner als diejenige eines V-Teile im geöffneten Zustande ist. Die V-Teile werden" durch die Sehlitze<B>29</B> der Kappe hindurchgedrückt, bis die Ansätze<B>271</B> auiseinanders-chnappen und so die Verbin dung mit der Kappe herstellen (Fig. <B>10).</B> Ähnlich wirkt die Federfalle nach Fig. <B>11,
</B> s wo nur ein V-förmiger Teil<B>30</B> mit zwei An- ,Atzen 30-1 die Verbindung mit der Kappe be sorgt.
Auch kann die Kappe mit zwei Schlitzen <B>31</B> (Fig. 12) versehen sein, durch weIcheeine Schnur<B>32</B> hindurchgezogen wird, zur Ver bindung mit dem Überzug.
Die Kappe, llg nach den Fig. <B>13</B> und 14 ist niedriger als die vorher beschriebenen. Ihr Rand<B>33</B> ist mit vorstellenden Fingern 34 versehen, die um die anliegenden Windungen der Feder lOgherumgebogen werden können, um die Kappe an der Feder zu befestigen. Die Kappe 11h der Fig. <B>15</B> kann auch tief ,geschlitzt sein, wobei die Teile.<B>35</B> oder nur einige davon um die anliegenden Federwin dungen gebogen werden.
Damit die Kappen an einer benachbarten Kappe oder an einem Möbel-rahmen befestigt werden können, können sie, wie in Fig. <B>16</B> gezeigt, mit einer Öse<B>36</B> versehen sein, in welcher z. B. ein Haken eingehängt wer & n kann. Demselben Zweck dient bei der Kappe -1:Ij der Fig. <B>17</B> die Öse<B>38</B> eineir Drahtklam mer<B>37,</B> welche, in die Rinne 18j geschoben wird.
Fig. <B>1.8</B> zeigt eine Federeinlieit, bei wel- char die Kappen Illg aus Textilmaterial her gestellt sind, z. B. aus Fillz.
Uin den Boden zu versteifen, wird eine harte Platte<B>39</B> in<B>jede</B> Kappe eingelqot, wobei diese Platten aus Karton, Fiber oder Mefallsein können. Die Kappen llk werden, nachdem sie über die Feder lOk gestülpt wurden, an den Federwinclungen angenäht, wie es bei 40 gezeigt ist. Eine Hülle,<B>16k</B> aus Textilgewebe wird dann über die Feder lOk gestülpt und an den Kappen, wie es bei 41 -,ezeigt ist, angenäht. Die Federeinheit wird z.
B. mit Manschettenknöpfen 42 versehen, die durch Schnüre miteinander und mit den Platten<B>39</B> verbunden werden.
Spring element for upholstery purposes. The present invention relates to Yeder elements for upholstery furniture.
In the manufacture of upholstered furniture with internal springs, such as mattresses, divans, vehicle seats and the like, it is common to use a plurality of cylindrical coil springs züi, the bottom and top turns are sewn to the cover of the upholstery by means of threads or bands. Sometimes the mentioned feathers are enclosed in bags or covers made of textile material.
According to the invention, the spring element for upholstery purposes has a spring which is fastened on both sides in a cap which is provided with means for fastening it, the caps being connected by flexible means.
The caps can be made of plastic, wood, 31, etall, horn, glass, porcelain, rubber, leather, Papiermael16 or textile material, e.g. B. made of felt.
In the figures of the accompanying drawings, some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. Like numbers correspond to like parts in the different figures.

According to FIG. 1, the spring <B> 10 </B> is provided at both ends with a cap <B> 11 </B> which is attached to the spring via the inner screw thread 12 is releasably fastened. Both caps <B> 11 </B> are provided with <B> each </B> an eyelet, <B> 13 </B>, to which a cord 14 is attached, which, axially through the spring < B> 10 </B>, holds both caps together.
The caps <B> 11 </B> end conically at <B> 15 </B>. A cover <B> 16, </B> e.g. B. made of calico, is slipped over the caps <B> 11 </B> and is provided at each end with an elastic ring <B> 17 </B> which is inserted into the groove <B> 18 </B> on the Perimeter of the cap engages. The sheath 16 can also contain elastic longitudinal threads 19 (FIG. 2), as a result of which an undesirable sagging of the hill when the spring 10 is compressed / B> can be avoided.
The caps <B> 11 </B> are provided on their head sides with a button 20 for buttoning into an eyelet of the cover fabric.
To secure their position, the caps 11 are provided with slots 21 through which a safety strap can be pulled.
According to FIGS. 6 and 7, the cap is 11a. with protruding inwards. Lugs 23 see which hold the end turns of the springs 10a. As shown in FIG. 8, the spring 10b can also be firmly connected to the cap 11b.
Instead of the button 20, the cap can be provided with an element 26 of a push button, as shown in FIG. 8.
The attachment between the cap and the cover can also be produced by a cuff button 24 (FIGS. 7, 8 and 9), on the one hand in a slot 25 of the cap , on the other hand, is attached in a buttonhole of the cover.
For the same purpose, a spring trap can also be used, e.g. B. according to Fig. 10. The spring fall 27 has two V-shaped parts which are connected to one another by a bridge, the outer side of the V being shorter than the inner one and is provided with a shoulder <B> 271 </B>. </U> The spring latch <B> 27 </B> is covered with an official cover or on a strap <B> 28, < / B> which in turn is attached to the over- ziig, sewn on.
The cap 11d is provided with two slits 29, the radial width of which is smaller than that of a V-part in the open state. The V-parts are "pushed through the seat braid <B> 29 </B> of the cap until the lugs <B> 271 </B> snap apart and thus establish the connection with the cap (Fig. <B> 10). </B> The spring latch according to Fig. 11 has a similar effect,

The cap can also be provided with two slits <B> 31 </B> (FIG. 12) through which a cord <B> 32 </B> is pulled for connection to the cover.
The cap 11g according to FIGS. 13 and 14 is lower than the one previously described. Its edge 33 is provided with protruding fingers 34 which can be bent around the adjacent turns of the spring 10 in order to attach the cap to the spring. The cap 11h of FIG. 15 can also be deeply slotted, with the parts or just some of them being bent around the adjacent spring windings.
So that the caps can be attached to an adjacent cap or to a furniture frame, they can, as shown in FIG. 16, be provided with an eyelet <B> 36 </B> in which z. B. hooked a hook who & n can. The same purpose is used in the case of the cap -1: 1j in FIG. 17, the eyelet 38, a wire clip 37, which is pushed into the channel 18j becomes.
FIG. 1.8 shows a spring unit in which the caps III are made of textile material, e.g. B. from Fillz.
To stiffen the floor, a hard plate <B> 39 </B> is put into <B> each </B> cap, whereby these plates can be made of cardboard, fiber or mefall. The caps 11k are, after they have been slipped over the spring 10k, sewn onto the spring coils, as shown at 40. A sleeve, <B> 16k </B> made of textile fabric, is then slipped over the spring 10k and sewn onto the caps, as shown at 41 -, e. The spring unit is z.
