Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Einstellvor- richtung,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
13a, welche in Lagern 14 bezw.
Device for adjusting the concave on threshing machines.
The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the concave on threshing machines. A number of such devices are already known, but they still have various shortcomings. For some, the setting is extremely time-consuming and inconvenient, since ver different levers are operated on both long sides of the threshing machine. Adjusting screws have to be loosened; other devices arranged on only one longitudinal side are too complicated and not sufficiently reliable. The present invention consists in that one end of the concave is mounted on a continuous shaft which is eccentrically mounted at both ends, in such a way that the concave is inevitably moved parallel to itself and to the threshing drum by adjusting the shaft.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject invention is shown schematically. Show it :
1 shows a side view of the adjustment device,
FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
In the longitudinal walls 1 and 1 a of the threshing machine, the threshing drum 2 is mounted in a known manner. The concave 3, which works together with the latter and is provided with blow bars, is suspended at one end on a shaft 4 supported on a continuous axis 4 in both walls 1 and 1 a. The ends of the axle 4 are mounted in eye bolts 5; the former can therefore be adjusted by turning the nuts 6. The axis 4 itself can be displaced in slots 7 of the bearings 8 attached to both walls 1 and 1 a.
The other end of the concave 3, which carries the outlet 10 after the shaker, is on a likewise continuous axis! 12 stored. This axis 12 rests at both ends in an eccentric 13 respectively. 13a, which respectively in camps 14. 14a are rotatable. A hand lever 15 is connected to the eccentric 13.
A screw 16 arranged in the latter still protrudes through an arcuate slot 17 of the bearing 14. The lever 15 can be clamped in its respective position by a wing nut 18.
Depending on the type of grain (wheat, rye, etc.) and depending on the nature of the same at the time of threshing, the width B of the threshing gap must be selected differently. The hand lever 15, which is only provided on one side of the machine, is used to set the threshing gap easily, quickly and accurately preferably decreases in size from the inlet at the top to the outlet at the bottom.
By mounting the concave on the continuous axis 12 it is achieved that the former lifts and / or rises exactly parallel to itself and to the threshing drum 2. lowers so that the gap width is always the same over the entire width of the drum. This can only be achieved with difficulty with the known setting devices that are individually adjustable on both sides of the threshing machine, and the setting is also often very time-consuming. A screw 20 fixed in the slot 17 and serving as a stop prevents the concave from being adjustable until it touches the threshing drum. If the Eorbleisten are planed after a certain amount of wear, the screw 20 is readjusted somewhat.
The advantage of the described adjustment device is in particular that an extremely precise, parallel adjustment of the concave can be achieved with only one-sided actuation of the device.
