Method and device for ITuter search of a building site. The present invention relates to a method and a device for the investigation of a subsoil, whereby a probe is driven into the subsoil by means of a ram weight.
The method according to the invention consists in driving the probe into the subsoil for the purpose of determining its own properties dunh ramming with a constant drop height and constant drop weight and the propulsion of the probe in order to determine the dynamic penetration resistance is measured, and that furthermore, for the purpose of determining the static displacement resistance, the ram probe is subjected to a static load that is increased until the subsoil flows.
Flow of the subsoil is understood to mean its state, which occurs between the stable and unstable tension level, i.e. shortly before the limit position of equilibrium is reached, and is initiated by a significant acceleration of the transverse displacement.
The device for carrying out the method according to the invention is characterized in that the attachment tube placed on the probe is equipped with a striking plate on which a guide tube which is flat, haclisig surrounding this attachment tube and is provided with a release bell at the upper end , and that a ram weight equipped with spring pawls is slidably arranged on the guide tube,
on which pawls a drive plate attached to the center of the pull can attack for the purpose of Aufiiehens' the ram weight. The method is advantageously used in combination with bores. An example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention for carrying out the method is shown in the accompanying drawing, and.
Although FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section, FIG. 2 shows a leveling and FIG. 3 shows a cross section according to the section plane in I-1 of FIG. 1 . The piece 1 which alone forms the probe in FIG. 1 is provided with a chisel or conical point and is screwed or screwed into the attachment tube 2 another way is solvable.
The two-part clamp 3 is clamped to the extension tube 2 by means of screws, on which the striking plate 4, which is guided on the extension tube 2, rests. One or more radial bores 15 for inserting a rod are let into the bracket 3 . A screw nut 5 is screwed onto the upper end of the attachment tube 2. The guide tube 6 , which is in contact with the striking plate 4, is pushed onto the attachment tube 2 in a symmetrical manner. The release gap 7 is attached to the upper end of the guide tube 6 by means of its cover 7 '.
The compression spring 8 is arranged between the screw nut 5 and the bell cover 7 ', which the release bell 7 with Cover 7 ' and the guide tube 6 elastically against the contact plate 4. To regulate the force generated by the spring 8 , the screw nut 5 is longitudinally adjusted by turning the attachment 2.
The driver plate 9 is guided on the guide tube 6 and is attached to the two tie rods 10 . The tie rods 10 are led upwards through two bores in the bell cover 7 ' and connected over the screw nut 5 by the bracket 10' .
On the guide tube 6 the centrically drilled ramming weight 11 is arranged with a sufficient runner, on which two diametrically opposite spring pawls 12 are attached. On the over part, the same - each have a driver plate 13 that overlaps the driver plate, 9 .
The greatest distance between two diametrically opposite driver plates is greater than the diameter of the split ring 14 provided on the release bell 7 . In its initial position, the pin on the Zuooang 10 </ B sits > Suspended drive plate 9 below these drive plates 13.
. In order to carry out the exemplary embodiments and variants of the method according to the invention described below, the device described is used as follows:
The piece 1 with the ramming device located above it is attached to the building below with the help of a hook of a pulley or the like pulled through the bracket 10 ' , put on round, for which purpose the clamp 3 is previously detachably connected to the drive plate 9 , for example by means of a pawl (not shown) or a rope.
The attachment tube, 2 is held up and the connection between the clamp 8 and the driver plate 9 is canceled. The ram weight 11 is locked to the driver plate 9 via the driver tabs 1, 3 and can therefore be hung on the bracket 104 by means of the driver. Block and tackle, winch or the like.
Here, the two driver tabs 13 fastened to the spring pawls 12 are spread - the weights when they run onto the expanding ring 14 of the bell 7 B> 1, 21e 6, 7 increased by the friction of the probe piercing the ground must be sufficient for this - whereby the tabs 13 </ B > Release the ram weight 11 in a spread position corresponding to a specific, constant lifting height of the ram weight 11 , 9 and release the ram weight. 11 ,
so that it falls in free fall onto the impact plate 4 and drives the piece 1 into the subsoil. To achieve a C , straight ramming hole, it is essential to 3 place the probe between the. Rotate individual ramming strokes around their longitudinal axis. By measuring the propulsion generated by one or more Ra, mmGeh1ä-, o; e, it is possible to determine the exact basis for determining the dynamic penetration resistance, taking into account all work losses (skin friction, deformations, etc.).
The skin friction is measured, for example, by measuring the torsional moment, for which a rod of a certain measuring length is inserted into the guide 15 , to which a dynamometer is to be attached tangentially. Instead, the skin friction can also be determined by measuring the force required to pull the probe out of the ram hole; will.
The previously described probe end 1 can be used to test the “water” or air permeability of the subsoil, for which purpose it is done with a lower end piece that causes the escape of liquid but prevents the entry of earth material is provided.
The same device can also be used to reduce skin friction by pressing in a lubricating liquid.
In order to be able to carry out the investigation at greater structural depths, between the clais piece 1 and the attachment tube 2 intermediate pieces, e.g. B.
Pipes or cones of the same diameter as the former and of the same or different types, switched on so that the entire probe length can be adapted to the required examination depth. 1 In order to ensure that the static displacement resistance is appropriate Set the propulsion to 'determine, each. in increasing mass, e.g.
B. gradually, Gewielite on the Schl.% G-TIatte 4 up to the flow of the building ground.
0 Instead of taking into account the skin friction between the probe and Rammloah J through measurement, the same could be switched off by means of a protective tube surrounding the probe and adjoining it at the bottom, 5 , whereby the protective tube and the probe is driven alternately further into the subsoil and rotated, for which purpose the probe is separated from the ramming device and the latter is connected to the protective tube via a connecting link.
The probe and protective tube can also be moved and rotated at the same time. The pile driving device described has the advantage that the required constant maintenance of the height of fall of the pile-driven object is guaranteed even with severe and prolonged use,
because if the striking plate 4 with the bridess is shifted downwards, the trigger loop 7 also shifts downwards by the same amount. It is desirable for the clamp 8 to be able to be adjusted to a certain extent for the purpose of shock absorption to prevent probe breaks.
