Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schuhwerk.    Die     Erfindung        betrifft    ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung von Schuhwerk,     beispielsweise     von Sandalen, Sport- und     Kletterschuhen.     Das     erfindungsgemässe    Verfahren besteht  darin, dass Bettfäden von der ganzen Länge  des zur Bildung     mindestens    eines Teils eines  Schuhes bestimmten Werkstückes über fach  bildende     Querstäbchen    gespannt werden, die  hierauf nacheinander durch     Schussfäden    er  setzt werden.  



  Es kann hierbei beispielsweise wie folgt  vorgegangen werden: Es erfolgt zunächst das  Schären (Bilden eines     Kettfadensystems),     welches sich über die ganze Länge des Werk  stückes erstreckt, aus dem .die     Fussbekleidung,          einschliesslich    Oberteil (Kappe) und Fersen  schutz, gebildet werden soll. Die     Kettfäden     werden dabei über eine Anzahl fachbildende       Querstäbchen    gespannt, welche zunächst an  die Stelle der     Schussfäden    treten. Die Quer  stäbchen werden hierauf Zug um Zug durch       Schussfä.den    ersetzt.

   Am Werkstück werden  nun     Oberteil    und     Fersenschutz    in die Ge-         brauchslage    über den Sohlenteil zurückge  schlagen und an den     ganten    mit dem Sohlen  teil vernäht, wonach der Schuh gebrauchs  fertig ist.  



  Sollen     Fersenschutz    und Oberteil     aus    an  derem Material bestehen     wie    die Sohle, z. B.  aus Leder, so     wird        ein        Werkstück    auf die  beschriebene Art hergestellt, das nur .die  Länge der Sohle besitzt.     Oberteil    und Fersen  schutz werden dann an die Sohle angenäht.  



  Das beschriebene Verfahren kann sowohl  von Hand wie maschinell durchgeführt  werden.  



  Die Sohlen können von der natürlichen  Farbe des     verwendeten    Fadenmaterials (z. B.  Fäden aus tierischen oder pflanzlichen Fa  sern,     Reisstroh    usw.) sein oder nachträglich  beliebig gefärbt werden. Die Sohle kann auch  mit einer     Gummiauflage    versehen werden.

The warp threads are stretched over a number of shed-forming cross rods, which initially take the place of the weft threads. The cross sticks are then gradually replaced by weft threads.

   On the workpiece, the upper part and heel protector are now knocked back into the position of use over the sole part and sewn to the whole with the sole part, after which the shoe is ready for use.



  Should the heel guard and upper part consist of other material like the sole, e.g. B. from leather, a workpiece is produced in the manner described, which only has .the length of the sole. The upper and heel protectors are then sewn onto the sole.



  The procedure described can be carried out both by hand and by machine.



  The soles can be of the natural color of the thread material used (e.g. threads made from animal or vegetable fibers, rice straw, etc.) or they can be colored as desired. The sole can also be provided with a rubber pad.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schuh werk, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Keafäden von der ganzen Länge des zur Bildung min destens eines Teils eines Schuhes bestimmten Werkstückes über fachbildende Querstäbchen gespannt werden, .die hierauf nacheinander durch Schussfäden ersetzt werden. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass Sohle und Oberteil des Schuhes in einem Stück hergestellt wer den. 2.
