Process for the production of shoes and shoe produced by the process. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing shoes, according to which a floor, a frame, an intermediate plate pretreated in a hardening process and a leather insole are glued on top of one another and pressed into a dimensionally stable heel bed, the upper being pinched over this heel bed so that the downdraft pins penetrate the base and the frame, but rivet to the underside of the toe plate, thereby achieving
that the insole facing the foot remains smooth and free of pin pins.
The inventive method and a shoe produced by this method will now be described in detail with reference to a game Ausführungsbei shown schematically in the drawing. Thereby: FIG. 1 shows the parts to be used in a not yet connected state and FIG. 2 shows a schematic cross section.
by a shoe manufactured according to the method in which the outsole is not yet attached.
The parts used are the following: The leather insole 1, a pretreated in a hardening process inter mediate plate 2, a frame 3 and a floor 4. The intermediate plate 2 and the frame 3 who won the following 'ice: From a plate, for. B. made of cardboard whose cross-sectional shape is given by the parts 2 and 3 combined according to FIG. 2, the edge parts 3 are cut off on the underside, that is, the edge parts designated by 3 of the remaining part 2 of the original cardboard plate separated. Now the intermediate plate 2 is immersed in a solution which, in addition to water glass, also contains synthetic resin, e.g.
B. contains a phenol-formaldehyde condensation product. While it is still moist, the intermediate plate 2 soaked with this solution is pressed into its final shape and dried. The aim of this measure is to maintain an intermediate plate 2, which is intended, on the one hand, to give the heel bed its basic shape and, on the other hand, to form such a large resistance for the pins to be stapled later that these pins cannot penetrate this intermediate plate.
Now who the with the interposition of a Stahlverstei fungus 5 said parts .in the arrangement shown in Fig. 1 placed on top of each other after they were previously massed by a liquid adhesive, for. B. a solution of celluloid and acetone have been treated. These parts are now under the action of heat and pressure in the form shown in FIG. 2 pressed; The task of the frame 3 is to support the edge parts of the intermediate layer 2 and thus also the insole 1 against the edge parts of the floor 4, so that a dimensionally stable heel bed is created after the adhesive has hardened.
During pressing, the underside of the stiffening insert 5 penetrates into the upper side of the base 4, which can for example consist of artificial leather or cardboard. On the heel bed obtained in this way, the shaft 6 is then pinched in a known manner, the pinch pins penetrating the bottom and the frame 3 of the footbed, but riveting to the hard inter mediate plate 2.
As a result, the insole surface facing the foot remains completely smooth and pin-free. A shoe manufactured according to this process does not change its shape even when worn and therefore retains its supportive effect in the arch of the foot and on the heel.
