Ein zweiter Teil (59b) der Turbinenabluft wird nun den Verbrennungsgasen nach deren Verbrennüng bei 61 zugemischt (Leitung 59b-59b'-61). Die Mischgase strömen über 80 dem Lufterhitzer L, zu. Sie können nach Durchströmen eines Teils des Lufterhit- zers L2 mit restlichen abgezweigten Heiss gasen gemischt werden;
An Stelle der Dampf Wärmepumpenan- lage, welche in der Figur angenommen wurde, kann auch eine Luft- oder Gaswärme pumpenanlage treten, wobei alsdann 'der Kompressor Q, beispielsweise einen Rota- tionskampressor, B und P Wärmeaustauscher und 8 eine Luft- oder Gasturbine bedeuten. Im Falle von Luft kann der Verdampfer P wegfallen;
Heat and power generation plant. The combination of a furnace with a gas turbine unit allows, in addition to the generation of mechanical power and the dissipation of heat to a consumer, good utilization of the gas turbine waste heat, which z.
B. the combustion air through heat exchange or with air as the working medium of the turbine through direct use of the exhaust air as combustion air or by adding it to the combustion air. This now often causes too high a temperature of the fuel gases that have to give up some of their heat to the gas turbine system, z. B. by heating the turbine working fluid in a gas or air heater.
According to the invention, only part of the waste heat of the turbine working fluid is now fed to the combustion air of the F'eüerungsanlage, furthermore part of the turbine exhaust gases is mixed with the combustion gases after combustion, and after the turbine exhaust gases have been mixed, the temperature of the combustion gases is reduced for the purpose of generating mechanical energy in the gas turbine unit - gat. This temperature decrease for the purpose of generating mechanical power, for. B.
in an air heater, in which the combustion gases heat the air which, once the temperature has increased, does work in an air turbine.
Before the addition of turbine exhaust gases (exhaust air) z. B. to the combustion air or to the combustion gases respectively. Before the turbine exhaust air is burned, the turbine exhaust gases (exhaust air) can be cooled in an exchanger that gives off part of the heat to the turbine working fluid for the purpose of preheating or to the useful heat consumer.
Such a cooling is often necessary in order to avoid excessive grate temperatures. Furthermore, heat can also be given off to the useful heat consumer by the combustion gases before or after the turbine exhaust gases are admixed or also after the air heater.
The delivery rate in the gas turbine unit can be chosen arbitrarily higher than the sum of the delivery rates of the combustion air and the air (gas) mixed with the combustion gases, whereby the excess turbine exhaust gas quantities (exhaust air) can transfer their residual heat to the useful heat consumer. They are preferably conducted separately from the fuel gases,
in order to be able to use their waste heat independently of that of the combustion gases.
Some of the fuel gases can be used for intermediate heating of fuel gases that have already cooled down.
Since it is a heating and power plant, the cooling heat of the digester, which pressurizes the turbine working fluid, is often usable, which is done by delivering the same to the useful heat consumer or by adding a liquid to the useful heat transfer medium can.
Finally, the expansion of the heating and power plant can be completed by connecting a heat pump system, which, in connection with the air turbine, enables a certain percentage of the equivalent of the pumped heat as useful output or useful heat (without increasing the fuel heat)
- to create resp. to ensure fuel savings in the fire rim system.
A heat pump effect can also be achieved without a heat pump by relocating part of the gas turbine expansion to the area of lower temperatures.
The partial load regulation of the power can preferably take place by diverting part of the air turbine delivery rate by at least one individual stage of the turbine; Speed regulation of the gas compressor and at least some of the turbine stages can also be provided.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically an exemplary embodiment of a heat and power generation system which, in addition to the method for producing such a system, forms the subject of the present invention. The compressor K is assumed to be cooled.
Through coolers Ü, which are provided on several stages of the compressor K, water or air, for example, is fed as a coolant (for example cooling stages c, -zb and bc), which the heat absorbed in the cooler in part H, the consumer, H (ce) can also deliver to the consumer.
The air compressed in the compressor H and 0 to 9 reaches an air preheater L, (30-ss9) and an air heater L2 (40 = 49) and from there to the turbine M (50-59), which generates the generator N and drives the compressor g. The compressor K can also have a separate drive, e.g. B. obtained by a turbine part of the turbine M.
The exhaust air from the turbine M (59) is now divided into three partial flows: One (59a) is used as combustion air in the combustion system, to which it is fed in state 60, after which it, for example, heats up exchanger I3 beforehand has given a useful heat transfer medium. Coal, for example, is burned on grate C.
A second part (59b) of the turbine exhaust air is now added to the combustion gases after they have been burned at 61 (line 59b-59b'-61). The mixed gases flow through 80 to the air heater L, . After flowing through part of the air heater L2, they can be mixed with the remaining hot gases that have been branched off;
For this purpose, the gas flow in the heater L # is interrupted at 81, and the gases are mixed with the hot gas residue branched off via 652. The hot gas residue can in turn also be mixed with turbine exhaust air (59b "). Such intermediate heating by the remaining hot gases can take place as often as desired.
The mixed gases then act on the remainder of the heater L @ in state 82 and leave the same in state 85 in order from there to the gas part of the air preheater. L, which you leave in state 89.
The exhaust gases from the preheater L flow through the exchanger BZ (90 to 99), for example in order to give off heat to the consumer, and then escape into the chamber, for example. The third part of the turbine exhaust air (59e) flows directly to the air preheater LY, which it flows through from 850 to 890.
From L, the air enters the heat exchanger B3 (900-990); where heat similar to -B, and BZ is released to the consumer. The gases (85-89-99) are routed separately from the air (850-890-990) in the preheater L1 and in the following flow path so that the exhaust air can be used at lower temperatures than the exhaust gases: the combustion gases or the exhaust.
Air can also give off heat to a steam system, either before or after flowing through the air heater. Heat can also be given off to the consumer before it flows through the air heater.
There is also a heat pump system that raises heat from a low temperature level to at least that of the consumer. P stands for an evaporator, Q for a vapor compressor, B for a condenser, S for an expansion machine and T for a pressure destruction valve. If the heat pump works with evaporation; the expansion machine S is omitted and the pressure in part T alone is destroyed.
The low temperature level in the evaporator P (ambient air, water from lakes or rivers, etc.) and the compression heat of the compressor Q are extracted in the condenser B to the liquid or gaseous agent - (preferably water or air), which in the Condenser B absorbs heat (change of state f -g) and emits it at least in part in the consumer HZ (g, h).
The turbine S 'drives a generator W. P represents the drive motor of the heat pump compressor.
Instead of the steam heat pump system, which has been assumed in the figure, an air or gas heat pump system can also be used, in which case the compressor Q, for example a rotary compressor, B and P means heat exchangers and 8 means an air or gas turbine . In the case of air, the evaporator P can be omitted;
then the atmosphere takes its place. If the working media are the same, the compressors g and Q can be assembled, likewise the turbines M and S (by building the compressor Q as a stage or stage group of the compressor g, for example).
Instead of air, another gas can also be used in the gas turbine unit 0-60. to step. Furthermore, the concept of the invention can also be implemented by other circuits. For example, the work medium can also be circulated. The drive and clutch ratios of turbines and compressors can be any. Furthermore, other fuels (liquid or gaseous) can be used instead of coal.
The combination of air turbine and heat pump can also take place in such a way that, instead of a separate heat pump installation, at least some of the air turbine stages are charged with working fluid at such a low temperature that the. The outlet temperature of this group of stages comes to be below the temperature of the surroundings.
The broken line turbine M 'between 990 and 991, because it expands at low temperatures, can produce a heat pump effect which can make the heat pump system RSTPQ superfluous. A compressor could also be connected upstream of the turbine M \ and the heat release point BI (e.g. between 890 and 900).
An existing combustion system is advantageously combined with a gas turbine unit in this way; that only part of the waste heat from the turbine working fluid is supplied to the combustion air of the combustion system, that part of the turbine exhaust gases are also mixed with the combustion gases after combustion and that after the turbine exhaust gases have been mixed in.
Temperature reduction of the fuel gases for the purpose of generating mechanical energy in the gas turbine unit takes place. In this case, a heat pump is also preferably switched on.
