Heat pump system with turbo compressors that are driven at a constant speed while they are running. Heat pump systems equipped with turbo compressors have so far been adapted to variable heating power and heating temperature by means of suction throttling when they are driven at a constant speed.
This not very economical regulation is made even worse if one is forced to circulate unused part of the compressed heat medium vapor from the pressure to the suction side below the "critical" volume to prevent the "pumping" allow.
These difficulties can be avoided with the heat pump system according to the invention in that it has partial compressors which can be switched one after the other and which can be switched on and off as required.
An embodiment according to the invention is shown in FIG. 1 of the drawing is shown schematically. Fig. 2 shows a diagram for four with the system of FIG. 1 possible union circuits. In this example, the partial compressors are each driven individually by a motor.
In Fig. 1, 1 is a four-wheeled turbo main compressor with its drive motor 1 ', 2 is a turbo pre-compressor provided with a wheel with its drive motor 2' and 3 is a turbo-booster also provided with a wheel with its drive motor 3 '. 4 is an evaporator with heat supply line 4 'and 5 is a condenser with heating network 5'. Between Ver steamer 4 and condenser 5, a throttle valve 6 is installed.
A main suction line 7 leads from the evaporator to the pre-compressor 2 and from the post-compressor 3 a main pressure line 8 leads to the condenser 5. Pre-compressor 2 and main compressor 1 are connected by a line 9, and the main compressor 1 and post-compressor 3 by a line 10.
The supercharger 2 can be bypassed with the line 11 and the booster 3 with the line 12; they are as bypass suction line 11, respectively. Bypass pressure line 12 denotes net. In the individual lines, ver different slide switches S, which have the reference number of the relevant line as an index, are attached.
The arrangement is such that z. B. the main compressor 1 alone, or with one of the two regulating compressor 2 respectively. 3, or can be operated with both together in series, so that the following four circuits are possible: I.
All compressors in the order 2, 1, 3 are in operation; the steam flows through line 7 with an open slide 8, through the pre-compressor 2, through line 9, with an open slide So through the main compressor 1. with an open slide 8, o through line 10, post-compressor 3 , Line 8, when the gate valve -S $ is open into the condenser 5. The gate valves Su, 5 "are closed.
II. Only compressors 2 and 1 are in operation, compressor 3 is stopped; Slide 8,2 in the bypass pressure line 12 is open, slide S8 and 81 are closed, otherwise as before ..
III. Only compressors 1 and 3 are in operation, compressor 2 is stopped; Slide S, and <B> 8 "</B> are closed, slide via 5.1 in the bypass suction line 11 and slide 8, o, S8 are open.
IV. The main compressor 1 is in operation alone. Compressors 2 and 3 are stopped. The steam flows through the reverse suction line 11 to the compressor 1 and through the bypass pressure line 12 to the condenser 5. Sliders S'7, 5i, Sl, are open, all others are closed.
Assuming that the decrease in volume of the pre-compressor 2, the so-called "volume cut", the value dV2 and the effect on the heating temperature the value dt, respectively. At ″ for compressor 3, the result is the diagram drawn in FIG. 2 with the heating temperature as the ordinate and the heating power as the abscissa for the above four circuits.
I, II, III, IV are the normal points on the associated characteristic curves. So you can reach operating points on these four lines without loss, while points within the same z. B. with suction throttling or relaxation via recuperation turbine and to the left of the same, that is, in the unstable area, below the surge limit, can be set with circulation via expansion valves or turbines.
However, one can easily see that, thanks to the proposed circuit, the amount of throttling and circulation and thus also the control losses are significantly smaller. Since when switching off the booster and concurrent pre-compressor 2 (scarf device II) the intake volume respectively. the heating power remains the same as with circuit I.
the regulation process moves vertically from I to II, while when the supercharger is switched off, points III and IV are shifted to the left by this amount as a result of the suction volume cut by the volume cut dYz smaller. At the same time, the surge limit shifts to the left by the same amount for the last two shifts, so that the circulating quantity for III and IV is smaller for the partial load points on the left.
In addition to these advantages of economic regulation, the arrangement offers the additional advantage that heating networks with different heating temperatures can be advantageously operated, as indicated in FIG. 1 with the second condenser 13 in dotted lines.
Instead of each having its own drive, the partial compressors can also be provided with a common drive, but each must be able to be switched off individually. The individual partial compressors can also have different speeds and be driven by gears, which can also be used to switch off.
