Hydraulic control device with a distributor piston. The invention relates to a hydraulic control device with a distributor piston.
So far, distributor pistons have been controlled mechanically by levers. Another type of control consists in controlling the distributor piston via an upstream piston. For this purpose, separate bores, valves and distributor bushes for the distributor piston were required in the control block.
In the hydraulic control device according to the invention for the purpose of adjusting the distributor piston a ver provided with control channels, coaxially guided in the distributor piston control rod is provided which, when adjusted, the inflow and outflow of pressure liquid to BEZW. controls of pressure chambers acting on the distributor piston.
Preferably, the distributor piston and control rods are cylindrical. In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically: FIG. 1 shows an axial section through the distributor piston, control rod and part of the control block; FIG. 2 is a section on line A-A of FIG. 1.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the control block, 2 the distributor bushing, 3 the distributor piston slidably mounted therein and 4 the control rod in the distributor piston 3 coaxially ver slidably guided. The distributor sleeve 2 is completed by plates 5, 6 on both ends.
A pressure oil feed 7 is provided in block 1. 8 and 9 are holes that lead to the controlled unit, e.g. B. to the cylinder to be controlled and not shown piston of a machine tool. 10 and 11 are the holes for the drainage of the oil. In the sleeve 2 matching holes with the holes mentioned are the IN ANY. In the distributor piston 3, the length of which is shorter than the length of the distributor sleeve 2, annular recesses 12, 13 and 14 are provided. The recess 12, which faces the bore 7 for the pressure oil, is connected to radial holes 15 which lead to a central bore 16.
In this the control rod 4 is slidably superimposed ge. The same has channels 18 extending from a central recess 17 to the left and right in the longitudinal direction. Separately from the channels 18 by full cross-sectional cylindrical parts of the control rod channels 19 are provided.
The control device described arbei tet as follows: In the illustrated position of the control rod 4, the pressure oil from the line 7 occurs via 12, 15 and channels 18 on the right side of the distributor piston. The left side of the same is connected to the utility room by channels 19. The pressure oil for the unit to be controlled is directed from hole 7 via 12 to 8 and thus reaches z. B. on one side of a piston which is movable in a cylinder. The oil on the other side of the piston can then run off.
If the control rod 4 is pushed to the left ver, then the Druclzöl from the line 7 occurs via 15 and channels 18 on the left side of the distributor piston and pushes it out of the position shown to the right, the right side of the distributor piston is eiitfeert through channels 19. In the unit to be controlled, pressure line 7 is now connected to line 9 via 12, while line 8 is emptied via 13, 10.
The control described has the advantage that it works according to the pilot control system without the need for a separate pilot piston.
