Fig.4 zeigt diese Schal tung, wobeiD I, D II, D HI,D IV vier auf verschiedener Temperaturhöhe gelegene Kon densatoren sind.
Heat pump with multi-stage condensation. In the previously known heat pumps with multi-stage condensation (see, for example, Ostertag, "Kälteprozesse", 2nd edition 1933, p. 57, Fig. 44 and 45), the condensed refrigerant of the individual condensers is reduced by throttling along the lines R, R2, R3 of the entropy diagram Fig. 1 of the drawing voltage, with the entropy as the abscissa and the temperature as the ordinate, relaxed directly to the evaporator pressure.
This has the disadvantage of a relatively large throttle steam formation, which steam must be pumped up again uselessly by the compressor.
According to the invention, this is avoided in that the condensate of each condenser, with the exception of those operating at the lowest temperature, is gradually returned from condenser to condenser into the evaporator. Such a process is shown in the entropy diagram, for example, as FIG. 2 shows.
This step-by-step return is expediently carried out in such a way that subcooling is still achieved in each condenser, FIG. 3. FIG. 4 shows this circuit, where DI, D II, D < / I> HI, D IV are four capacitors located at different temperature levels. The altitude in the drawing also illustrates roughly the temperature. As an example, let us assume the call heating of 50 m3 / h domestic water H in five temperature levels from 12 to 80 C.
The four-stage compressor sucks the steam out of the evaporator A, and after each stage from BI to BIV, a partial amount of steam is released to the condensers in a known manner (CI to CIV). This arrangement is important when the entering temperature of the heating water H to be heated is relatively low, so that you can gradually set the heat without compressing all the steam to the greatest height.
In FIG. 4, the first stage of this call heating is performed by a preheater F, which is heated by water G, which is used to heat the evaporator A afterwards. The elevation of the lines for this wastewater and for the domestic water to be heated are again adapted to the respective temperature. Since the difference between the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature is relatively large in each of the condensers, a desired subcooling of the heating medium can take place in each of the condensers by the subcoolers EI_Iv.
In this way, under certain circumstances, the throttling steam can be completely avoided from stage to stage, so that only the condenser DI with the lowest pressure still develops some throttling steam when the condensate is expanded after evaporator A. In Fig. 4, the individual throttle valves are indicated by floats in the sub-cooler basin and the sub-cooling is illustrated in such a way that the corresponding coils of the water line H are sprayed with the heating medium, where compared to the filled aftercooler, a certain saving in the filler mass of the heat carrier is fulfilled.
