Fig. 1 zeigt das Beispiel in Vorder- a.ns ieht.
Fridge. The present invention relates to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment whose temperature is constantly below 0 C and a refrigerator compartment whose temperature is constantly above 0 C. The invention consists in the fact that means are available in order to be able to set the temperatures in both rooms independently of one another and keep them constant, and that means are also provided in the freezer room which supply the cooling room with the necessary amounts of cold.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the example in front a.ns ieht.
Fig. 2 is a vertical section parallel to the same on the line A-A in Fig. 3, and Fig. 3 is a horizontal section on the line B-B in Fig. 2.
4 and 5 are vertical sections along the lines CC and DD in FIG. 1. FIG. 6 shows a detail of the trays installed in the cooling space and adjustable in height, partially in section, and FIG. 7 shows a front view of such a tray with the two supporting pillars. 6 and 7 are compared to the other figures on a larger scale is provided.
There is a freezer, in which the temperature is constantly kept below 0 C, and a cold room, in which the temperature is constantly kept above 0 C.
In the refrigerator is on one side of the refrigerator compartment 1, on the other side of the freezer compartment 2 and below the same space 3 for the machine assembly with Mo tor 4 and compressor 5 with the associated organs, such as condenser, etc., are arranged. The brine container 6 with the evaporator 7 is installed in the freezer space and contains, for example, an ice cream machine 8, a conservator 9 and a freezer box 10.
The support elements, which the brine tank 6 with the walls, respectively. Connect the floor of the freezer 2 are not shown in the drawing voltage. The freezer compartment is accessible from above through a hinged lid 11. A thermometer 12 is built into the front wall of the freezer compartment.
The refrigerator has for its loading a front wall of the same bil Dende front door 13, in which a thermometer 14 is also embedded. Racks are arranged inside the cold room. which consist of two cantilever arms 16, which are attached to the bottom of the same, with a round cross-section and finite cantilever arms 16 that can be moved and locked in height, where arms arranged in pairs on the two columns are each supported by a grate on the rods 17 Or tubes are connected.
In order to be able to move the trays formed in this way by the arms and the grids in height and to be able to fix them, the arms 16 have at one end of them the columns 15 around the bushings 18 which follow in the vertical plane through the arms widen in a trapezoidal shape at the top, in such a way that the lowest cross-section of such a sleeve of the column is correspondingly round and has enough play in relation to the same to ensure good sliding. The bush widens upwards in the direction of the arm. so that the top cross section of the same is elongated.
Inside the side of the sleeve opposite the arm there is a tooth 19 at the top, corresponding to the notches 20 in the column. To adjust the height of a shelf, it is lifted up at the free arm ends. As a result, the teeth 19 are removed from the notches 20, and the tray can be lifted or sent and hung at the desired height with the teeth in the corresponding notches.
Devices not shown in the drawing, pressure switch and thermostat, are used to set and maintain a desired temperature in each of rooms 1 and 2. The device for maintaining the temperature in the freezing room consists of a pressure switch,
where the temperature is taxed as a function of the gas pressure of the refrigerant. The cooling medium forms the control element. resp. for switching on and off the Koinpressormotors, Zwobei the gas pressure of the cooling medium acts on a sensor element in the same and this causes the actuation of the motor switch.
This Pi-essostat-regulation has the advantage of Z-% frequency compared to @ the Tlierostat-regulation, which is also applicable. -If z. B. a Leitiuig of the cooling medium is leaking, the pressure drops immediately in the line, and the compressor inotor is switched off, which is not the case with thermostat regulating.
To set the desired temperature, the pressure switch is designed so that it can be set by hand. can be that it responds to the temperature in question.
When the temperature in the freezer is low. the gas pressure of the cooling medium is also small. If the temperature rises in the freezer, the gas pressure also rises. Occurs z. B. a leak in the evaporator, this generates a ver more Diirehfluss the refrigerant from the condenser and thus a pressure drop in the latter due to the increased pressure difference between the evaporator and condenser.
As a result, the compressor motor is switched off immediately, which avoids the loss of considerable quantities of the cooling medium. This is a prerequisite. that a valve is installed between the condenser and the evaporator .. which is activated in the closing sense at a certain overpressure.
The temperature in the refrigerator is kept constant by the temperature regulation in the freezer compartment. A fan 21 with a motor 22 coupled with a motor 22, which is arranged in the freezer compartment, is used to provide the necessary amount of cold for the cold room. The suction side of the fan is connected to a line 23 which is led around the brine tank in a ring-like manner.
The consumed in the refrigerator or. Heated air is fed into this ring line 23 by the fan, where it is cooled and released back into the cooling chamber through the pressure line 24. It has also proven to be expedient, instead of routing the ring line 23 around the brine basin 6, to lay the same directly into the brine of the brine tank and also to form this line in several turns. It is also advantageous to move the fan housing into the brine as well.
With this arrangement, a more intensive cold transfer to the cooling air for the room 1 is achieved, which is particularly advantageous when the temperature is to be kept very close to freezing. There are also graphically not shown lines and valves in front of seen to renew the air flow circulating in the refrigerator, fan and lines from the outside by fresh air and air that has become unusable due to fumes or odors to be able to push back to the outside. In the cooling chamber there is a thermostat, also not shown in the drawing, which switches the fan motor on and off according to the prevailing temperature.
Like the pressostat, this thermostat has the means to first set the desired, constant temperature. With the setting means on the regulating devices for the two rooms 1 and 2, any temperature can be set and kept constant by the regulating devices. For example, a temperature between -5 and -20 can be set in the freezer and between +3 and -I- 8 in the refrigerator and kept constant.
