Schloss.
Riegel.
Lock. The subject of the present invention is a lock with movable parts influenced by springs. In known locks of this type, the springs, which acted on individual parts such as nut, tumblers, etc., were net angeord outside these parts, with the result that the locks took up a disproportionately large amount of space.
According to the invention, this waste of space and material can be eliminated in that individual springs are accommodated, at least apart from their ends, within the moving parts that they influence. So you can z. B. in this way reduce the height of the lock case from 170 mm to 100 mm. You can give the relevant parts recesses with a cylindrical boundary surface around which the associated spring is wound. These parts can be manufactured particularly advantageously by injection molding.
The accompanying drawing shows, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, designed as a mortise lock. 1 shows a view of the lock with the cover plate removed, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 1.
The injection molded nut 1, which is rotatably mounted in the cover plate 2 and the gas 3 bar, has an annular recess 4 coaxial to its axis of rotation, around the cylindrical base 5 of which the spring 6 is wound, one end of which is on the pin 7 of the Nut arm 1 'is hooked, while the other end is supported against the guests.
The also made of injection molding change 8, which transfers the movement of the nut 1 to the case 9, has a coaxial to its axis of rotation, cylindrical Ausspa tion 10 for the spring 11, which is wound around the cylindrical side surface 12 of the recess 10 and with their ends protrude from the latter.
The bolt 18 has a cylindrical recess 15, coaxial to its axis of rotation, around the cylindrical side surface 16 of which the spring 17 is wound, which acts on the cooperating with the bolt, for. B. from injection molding existing tumbler 14 acts.
The space saving mentioned at the beginning can be seen from FIG. Up until now, the nut, barter and latch could not be moved so close to one another because space still had to be created for the springs outside of these parts. The same can be said of the mutual position of trap and guard locking respectively. Bars.
It should also be mentioned that the trap 9 is completely symmetrical with respect to the axis A-A, so z. B. has a socket 18 for the head 19 of the change 8 on both sides of this axis. The latch is therefore reversible and the lock can be used as a left or right lock.
