Fig. l zeigt. da, s komplette Tränkegefäss im Grundriss ohne Klammer g.

Fig. 2 zeigt die Klammer g.

   Fig. 4 zeigt das muldenf¯rmige Gebilde d.

     Self-drinking vessel for suckling calves.

Self-drinking vessels for suction cups are known, both of which protrude from a vessel in the suction organ. Since the suckling calves make jerky movements with their heads during Saturday morning and the sucking organ often slips out of their mouths, some milk is lost every time. In addition, the suction organ is damaged prematurely and the calf's watering sword is also damaged. According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the suction element is at least partially surrounded by a device which is adapted to the shape of the mouth of the calf in order to force it to suckle quietly.

This device is advantageously from the vessel. In addition, the suction element is easily exchangeable, conveniently attached to the vessel by means of a clamp.

In the accompanying drawing, the object of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment.

Fig. 1 shows. da, s complete drinking vessel in plan without brackets g.

Fig. 2 shows the bracket g.

Fig. 3 again shows the complete Trnkegefϯ cut in Aufrī.

   4 shows the trough-shaped structure d.

According to the drawing, a means an ordinary drinking vessel, in which the teat b with the suction tube c can be placed in a recess k on the edge of the vessel. Sucker b with. Suction pipe c are clamped to the vessel a by means of the clamp g. d is a mildly shaped structure that is arranged below the teat and is adapted to the shape of the calves' mouth. By attaching the mouth-shaped structure, the calf is forced to keep its head steady while watering.

The trough-shaped structure protrudes from the vessel. It can also completely encompass the suction element. The upper part of d, together with the mounting plate e, is used to hold the clamp g in place: h are hooks that are used to hang the water container at a suitable point. f and i are rivets with which hook h, trough-shaped structure d and fastening plate e are attached to the vessel wall.

It is used in such a way that the teat is placed in the recess in the wall of the vessel with the suction tube and the clamp is plugged in. Milk can then be poured into the vessel and the calf watered.

After use, vacuum cleaners with suction tubes can be removed by removing the clamp and cleaned properly.
