Bei den bekannten Schaltern mit nur einem Be:- tätigungs@griff und zwei Bewegungsiarten, beispielsweise Drehbewegung zur Führung de.;
Control and monitoring switch for different colored lighting for monitoring switchgear. The control switches, which are installed on the control panels of a switchgear system and are used for remote control of switchgear (switchgear, disconnection knife, etc.), are usually 5 with a signal:
vorrichtunig ver see which indicates the position of the switchgear. For example, a signal lamp can be built into the control switch, which lights up as soon as the controlled switchgear o changes its position.
For a better overview of the command panels, it has recently been decided to let the switched-on and switched-off status of the switching devices light up in different colors. B. the switch-on position in red and the Autss, sound position in green. This color change can be effected in different ways.
In the case of the known switches with only one Be: - actuation handle and two types of movement, for example rotary movement to guide de .;
The handle ir_ a preparation position with simultaneous closing of the signal circuits, as well as depressing older Continue turning to close the control contacts, i.e. moving the handle to the execution command, the change of color is already when turning the handle to, the pre @ rbere ) Ltuu.gsstel: lurng caused.
In the case of the control and monitoring switch according to the invention, the color change takes place only in the position of an execution command.
Fig. 1 noble enclosed, schematic drawing shows in section an embodiment example of the subject invention. Fig. 2 and 3 show details @deT Fig. 1 respectively in side view. in section close to the line A-B of FIG. 1.
Fig. 4 shows the external view of part of the switch housing.
In the sleeve 1, a bottom la with four cutouts 1b is inserted somewhat recessed. A shaft 4 and a pin 14 (Figs. 2 and 3) are attached to the bottom la. In the vertical between the upper rim of the case 1.
and the bottom la are above the cutouts 1b colored segments 2, 2 'and 3, 3' (Fig. 3 @) made of translucent material. Any two diametrically opposed segments are the same in color.
A sleeve 5 made of opaque material, which can rotate about the axis 4 and serves as a screen, is arranged above the sleeve 1. In the Bo the sleeve 5, two cutouts 6, a slot 8 for the pin 14 and a pin: 15 are attached. Slot 8 and pin 14 men determine the two end positions of the sleeve 5. Through the cutouts 6 are two equally colored segments, z.
B. 2, 2 'visible, wäli.- rend the other two segments, z. B. 3, 3 'of the other color are covered. A spring 11, which is mounted on the pins 14 and 15, pulls the sleeve 5 into an end position, e.g. B. in the position shown in Fig. 3, and holds the same in; this location firmly. The jacket of the sleeve 5 is provided with a cutout made by inclined surfaces 7 and 19 (Fig. 2).
A pin 17 of the handle 9, which protrudes into a U-shaped slot 16 (Feg. 4) of the switch housing 18, be the end lengths of the handle 9 when turning and when depressing BEZW. Let go: the same. A contact ring 20 is slidably seated on the housing 18 and is penetrated by the pin 17 of the handle 9.
When the handle 9 is depressed to the left or right, the control contacts 21 and 22 (Fig. 3) are closed by the contact ring 20.
When the actuating handle 9, which is loaded by a helical spring 19 and is turned 90 to the left from the position according to FIG. 3, is pressed down (first execution command), the bushing 5 is opened by sliding a pin 10 @de:
s handle 9 rotated on the inclined surface 12. The segments 3, 3 'covered in FIG. 3 are thereby visible and the segments 2, 2' are covered, so that when the signal lamp 13 lights up, the signal light appears in the other color, which indicates that the contacts 22 are included. Of the :
Once the handle 9 has been released, it is axially returned to the initial position by the spring 19, from which it can now be turned back into the position according to FIGS. 1, 2.
There. The spring 11 holds the rotated sleeve 5 in its new end position and prevents it from being rotated back when the handle 9 is rotated.
By again pressing down (second execution command) of the handle 9 in its new angular position (FIGS. 1, 2), the sleeve 5 is returned to the position shown by sliding the pin 10 on the inclined surface 7 . The con tacts 21 have been closed by the ring 20.
The purpose of the invention can also be achieved with switches which are set up in such a way that the adjustment of the cover is accomplished by pulling the handle instead of pressing it down.
