Second air supply device for central heating boilers, ovens, high stoves and the like. The subject of the present invention is a second air supply device for central heating kess e1, ovens, stoves and the like, which is characterized by the fact that it consists of an iron hollow body with a prismatic cross-section, which contains at least two partition walls inside, by means of which offset against each other Passage openings are formed,
and that the hollow body has an air inlet opening and in the part facing away from this opening several air outlet openings so that when the apparatus is installed, the secondary air supplied through a line to the air inlet opening before it enters the combustion chamber above the fuel bed chambers formed by the partition walls of the hollow body are preheated.
In one embodiment, the individual partitions can be bent at right angles and the passage openings can be formed alternately in the apex of the partitions and at the angular ends of the same.
In another embodiment, the partition walls can be arranged parallel to the exit end wall of the hollow body and extend alternately to the left and right from the side walls of the hollow body, so that alternately on different sides from the free ends of the partition walls to the side walls extending through openings are formed.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments and in an installation diagram.
It shows: Fig. 1 a longitudinal section through an embodiment, Fig. 2 another longitudinal section of the same ben along line 1-I in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 a longitudinal section through the second embodiment, Fig. 4 another longitudinal section of the same ben along the line II-II in Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 a partial section through a furnace with built-in apparatus.
So 1 is the hollow body,? whose inlet port having the inlet, 8, 4 and 5 - are partitions of the hollow body, which are bent at right angles in the execution naeli Fig. 1 and 2. G, 7, 8 and 9 are the chambers formed by the partition walls, the connection openings of which are alternately arranged in the apex of the partition walls and at the angular ends of the same, 14 the outlet openings which are brazed in the end of the hollow body 1 facing away from the nozzle 2 .
In the embodiment according to FIGS. '3' and 4, the partition walls are alternately connected to the left and right of the side walls of the hollow body, the outlet openings 10 from the last. Chamber 9 'go out, which is formed in the part of the hollow body facing away from the nozzle 2. Through the partition walls, passage openings extending alternately from the free ends of the partition walls to the sides are formed on different sides of the hollow body.
The hollow body 1 consists of 3Zetall and has prismatic, i.e. b. more angular, with reference to the drawing. Flying cross section in a horizontal plane.
i According to Fig. 5, a hollow body 1 is arranged in the furnace 12 above the fuel bed, the inlet nozzle 2 of which is attached to a pipe 11 introduced from the outside, which supplies the 5 second air to be preheated in the hollow body.
