En se référant à la fig. 1, l'organe @de guidage consiste en une pièce tubulaire 1 qui présente -deux tronçons l' et 1" de,diamètres différents;
Chose importante, la pièce de retenue empêche tout contact du ressort à. boudin avec le paquetage, c'est-à-dire avec le man chon 10 en matière élastique, par exemple en plexigum, de diamètre un peu plus petit que la noyure 11 taraudée qui le contient, prati quée dans la. partie l' de plus grand diamè tre de l'organe de guidage en ménageant, entre son fond et la surface 4 limitant l'em placement 3, un rebord intérieur mince 12;
Dans la forme d'exécution de la fi-. 4, l'emplacement cylindrique 3 de l'organe (le P-uidage l., analogue à, celui (le la fi-.1, est limité par la. surface de butée 4 d'une mince rondelle 1.6 qui, sertie dans un logement cor respo.ndant situé du côté de la noy ure tarau dée 11, remplace le rebord intérieur mince 12;
Dans ce cas. la rondelle 5. de l'exemple pré cédent, est donc remplacée par le collet du canon 1.7 qui (,st ajusté librement sur la par tie lisse de la tige filetée 18 faisant suite ii la partie cylindrique 19 de plus grand dia mètre, toutes deux venue,-, de fabrication avec la tête du poussoir;
Dans la quatrième forme d'exécution, fig. 6, l'organe de guidage 1 et la tête du poussoir 8 avec son canon 8' -d'une seule pièce sont semblables à ceux de la première forme-d'exécution. Dans cet exemple, la. pièce de retenue et la vis d'assemblage sont d'une seule pièce et sont constituées par une vis à, collet 24 montée en même temps que 1e ressort 6 dans l'emplacement 3 -de l'organe de guidage;
Dans la -dernière forme d'exécution, fig. 8, l'organe -de ,guidage 1 avec son fond percé 7 est analogue à celui de l'exemple précédent;
Dans la variante d'exécution, montrée par- tiellement en fig. 9, la vis à collet 24, ana14- bue à celle de la forme d'exécution de la fig. 6, est eoifféed'une douille ou calotte 33 qui est jointe de façon amovible, à frottement ou élastiquement, en la. poussant en place;
Waterproof polisher. The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of existing pushers in which the counter spring which returns the pushbutton to the rest position is in direct contact with the package and deteriorates the latter or is no longer protected because 'it is housed -in the outer part of the guide member.
This invention relates to a sealed pusher which is fixed to a box by its guide member in a recess of which is clamped, by a cover, a package which contiguously surrounds the rod of the pusher which, for its part, is biased by a counter spring, characterized ized in that this spring is kept locked in a cylindrical-location located in the -guiding member, on the inside side of the box below the package, on the one hand,
by a drilled bottom integral with the guide member radially and axially at least -in the direction of the thrust exerted by the spring and, on the other hand, by a retaining piece which bears against an internal annular stop integral with the 'guide member,
which is freely adjusted in the position of the latter and which is shaped so as to be able to be coupled to the pusher when the latter is assembled to the guide organ by means of at least one element of integral assembly of the moving parts of the pusher.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of examples, six embodiments of the object of the invention as well as a variant.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 shows the middle part on a larger scale, and FIG. â is a section through III-III of fig. 1.
'Figs. 4 to 8 each represent an axial section of the second and sixth embodiments.
Fig. 9 shows, in axial section, the variant.
Referring to fig. 1, the @de guide member consists of a tubular part 1 which has two sections l 'and 1 "of different diameters;
it is fixed. to the caseband 2 of the case by its threaded section 1 "which pocsède a cylindrical location linii.té by a surface 4 intended to serve as a stop for a part 5, in this case a thin washer, when the spring is locked in coil 6 da-ne said location by means of the drilled bottom 7 crimped therein.
In this case, this bottom is adjusted so as to be made radially and axially integral with it at least in the direction of the reaction of the spring; this adjustment, as can be seen, does not require precision since said base can enter the location 3 by forcing a little or even having a little play. The washer 5; adjusted with play in this location, is coupled to the barrel 8 'of the head 8 of the pusher when it is assembled with the guide member by means of the screw 9, the cylindrical part 9' of which passes freely through the bottom hole 7.
The threaded part 9 "passes freely through the ron delle 5 to finally take and screw into the threaded blind hole of the barrel 8 'of the pusher head until the washer is blocked between the end of said barrel and the scope delimiting parts 9 'and 9 "of the. screw; the pusher is thus assembled with its guide member and the coil spring 6. The bottom 7 of this. .organism being capable of axial displacement, against the spring, facilitates the manufacture of the device since the head of the screw 9 can even push it a little without causing boredom.
Importantly, the retainer prevents any contact of the spring to. sausage with the package, that is to say with the sleeve 10 of elastic material, for example plexigum, of diameter a little smaller than the threaded core 11 which contains it, practiced in the. part 1 of the largest diameter of the guide member by providing, between its bottom and the surface 4 limiting the location 3, a thin inner rim 12;
the sleeve 10 is clamped against the bottom of this core by a screwed cover 13 which acts by means of a thin washer 14; .this device is protected by Swiss patent No. 2-16198. The screwing of this cover is done by a; ïssant on its hole. square and that of the guide member 1 by acting on its perimeter which is poly go nal, see. section of fig. 3.
The game of man chon dan ;, la. core 11 allows it to be mounted with its trots perfectly coaxial with the guide member; for this, it suffices to guide it by a cylindrical part, the part of 01i <and diameter of which is adjusted in the position 3 for the spring. coil, before installation, of the latter.
It should be noted that the central part (the sleeve is free in height, because there is a space 15 between the barrel of the pusher head and the inner edge 12 of the guide member, and therefore in fact, it is more elastic; this relative freedom of packaging is the subject of Swiss patent N 226716.
In this construction, the coil spring (the retainer and the cap screw being protected by the package, can be made of hardened steel, which for many reasons is very advantageous. tion of the barrel in the package, on which the tightness of the system depends, which can be easily adjusted by modifying the pressure said cover and consequently the diameter of the hole,
it is possible to minimize the. force of the counter spring and thereby decrease the force to operate the pusher.
In the embodiment of the fi-. 4, the cylindrical location 3 of the member (the P-uidage l., Analogous to, that (the la fi. 1, is limited by the. Abutment surface 4 of a thin washer 1.6 which, crimped in a cor respo.ndant housing located on the side of the threaded core 11, replaces the thin inner rim 12;
it is against this abutment surface 4 that the antagonist spring 6 Ares is the collar of the barrel 17 when the drilled bottom 7 is: made integral with the member 1 by crimping it in a knot made at the end of the latter .
In that case. the washer 5 of the previous example is therefore replaced by the collet of the barrel 1.7 which (, is freely adjusted on the smooth part of the threaded rod 18 following the cylindrical part 19 of larger diameter, all two coming, -, manufacturing with the pusher head;
the latter controls the barrel 17, acting by its collar on the spring 6, by the bearing 20 delimiting the parts 18 and 19 of the pusher and: said barrel is coupled to the latter by assembling the latter to the guide member by means of the nut 21, locked at the end of the. threaded rod 18. By shortening the threaded shank 18 a little and lengthening the barrel of the nut 21, adjusted in the bottom hole 7, so as to serve as a guide at the end of the pusher, the barrel of restraint 17 between the. aforementioned scope of the. push rod and nut.
In the third embodiment, fig. 5, the guide member 1 differs from that of FIG. 1 by the way in which the package is pressed, against the bottom of the cylindrical core containing it, by a cover 22 stuffed into it. The barrel 17 with collar, similar to that of FIG. 4,
has a concentric projection 17 'intended to partially fill the space between the inner rim 12 and the barrel -du pusher; this retaining part 17 is coupled, in this case, to the barrel of the head of the pusher, against which it bears, during the assembly of the latter with the guide member by the screw 23 screwed and blocked, in the hole of its barrel.
The part 17 freely surrounds a cylindrical part of the threaded rod of the. screw of which the diameter is smaller than that of the one serving as a guide for the pusher.
In the fourth embodiment, fig. 6, the guide member 1 and the head of the pusher 8 with its barrel 8 '- of one piece are similar to those of the first embodiment. In this example, the. retaining part and the assembly screw are in one piece and consist of a screw with collar 24 mounted at the same time as the spring 6 in the location 3 -of the guide member;
the drilled bottom 7 which maintains them -is fixed to it, removably, by a spring-ring 25, of round section, housed a little bandaged in a circular groove 26, made inside and towards the entrance of location 3. The head of screw 24 will be shortened if necessary, to make the necessary play with the part of the mechanism to be ordered, by filing it in place by pushing the plunger to the limit or after having disassembled it. by removing the ring spring.
In the embodiment of the fia. 7, the guide member 1 with its drilled bottom 7 and the head of the pusher 8, including its barrel 8 ', are identical to those of FIG. 1; the retaining piece consists of a barrel 27, with a collar replacing the washer of the first embodiment, this barrel is blocked against the end of the threaded barrel 8 'of the head of the pusher by a screw 28 taking in this taunt, his head resting against the other base of the barrel.
In the last embodiment, fig. 8, the -de, guide member 1 with its drilled bottom 7 is similar to that of the previous example;
here, the barrel -of the head of the pusher, the part, retaining and that of assembly are united and form part 29 with blind holes ta rauded at its two ends allowing, one, to couple the head of the pusher 30 by its threaded central stud 30 'and, the other, a screw 31 intended only to come into contact with the part of the mechanism to be controlled.
To see these assembly operations performed, part 29 has two parallel notches 32 to hold it with an open-end wrench.
The drilled bottom -of the guide member, instead of being rappoTbé could have come from manufacture with said member; in this case, the coil spring and the connecting piece would be: closed, s. in the location of the auid member by crimping a retaining washer 16, similar to that of the, embodiment of the fi-. 4 and housed the same.
The pusher is, in all the examples described, perfectly assisted, on the one hand, by the package and, on the other hand, by the hole in the bottom of the guide member .; furthermore, on the side of the package, the periphery of the core of the pusher head can be supported by coming into contact with that of the guide member.
In the variant embodiment, shown in part in FIG. 9, the collar screw 24, similar to that of the embodiment of FIG. 6, is eoifféed'une sleeve or cap 33 which is attached removably, frictionally or elastically, in the. pushing into place;
this socket is intended to adjust the function of the pusher with the part of the mechanism that it is to control and has, for this purpose, a groove 33 'which allows the. remove easily. The head of the screw 24 is obviously shortened a little and the sleeve is fitted to a cylindrical part 24 'of reduced diameter, limited by the surface against which it bears. This part 24 'could also be conical and then capped with a -douille whose cavity would be of corresponding shape.
