Elektrische Vorrichtung in Kompensationsschaltung.

In der einen Kompensations schaltung liegt im primären Kreis (Mess- stromkreis) eine Druckdose U, die einen dem Druck proportionalen Messstrom erzeugt, und ein grosser Widerstand F1;

Electrical device in compensation circuit. Small electrical powers can be used to control devices in such a way that these low electrical powers, as described in the Swiss Patent No. 223626, are fed to an inductance and the sudden weakening of the flow in this inductance causes the Energy stored in their magnetic field is brought into effect as an electrical control pulse.
The organ weakening the flux in the inductance can be a periodically actuated breaker located in series with the inductance, and the electrical pulses generated at time intervals can be fed to an actuating circuit via a grid-controlled discharge tube.
The present invention relates to an electrical device in a compensation circuit, which is characterized by a control converter located with its input in the zero branch of the compensation circuit, in which the low electrical power occurring in the zero branch is fed to an inductance and is carried out at time intervals sudden weakening of the flux in this inductance, the energy stored in its magnetic field can be used as electrical control impulses,
The compensation circuit is adjusted by a current controlled from the output of the control converter via auxiliary elements and displayed by a measuring instrument, the current strength of which is a multiple of the current occurring in the measuring circuit of the compensation attitude.
The device can thus be used as a direct current amplifier. Expediently, a periodically actuated, in series with the inductance interrupter, z. B. a swing contact holder. used., and the electrical pulses generated at equal time intervals can be fed to the grids of discharge tubes.
whose anode currents control a motor that was adjusted by a counterbalance effecting. Are the lattices fixed in the vapor or gas discharge tubes at an anode housing? so this holder is expediently taxed in the Rhvthinus der Zechsclslinung. The Ziindiniptilse then take place in
Discharge tube synchronous with the anode voltage. so that each impulse leads to an equivalent control effect.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, which BEZW as Clleielistromträger. -INTesswertniformis are used, are explained in the following with reference to the figures.
In the device scar Fig. 1 there is a pliotoeleinent C on the cline lines, which is used to read @ cleuchttingsaürhen:
1. B a connection circuit, which is essentially formed by two resistors F. (., The resistance ratio of which corresponds to the desired amplification ratio, and by a voltage source 11.
If, for example, the weak currents generated in the photo element are amplified by the factor 111I1 (1, the resistance F must be equal to 10 (.1 (). (T. In the zero branch <I> D,
</I> L of the compensation circuit is the choke coil Di- and the Sehalter Srb operated synchronously with the NetzwecIiselspannting @. When the holder Sch is actuated, the two Sel: uncharacteristic effects .S, and S. of the inductance produce the elel:
Ti @ ical control impulses which act on the grid of the two current gates R1 and R_ in opposite directions. In the anode circuit of each power gate is a field winding r, respectively. K_ of a motor 31o. whose armature is firmly attached to the mains voltage and which adjusts the resistance IV.
In your measuring instrument 31e then the opposite of your photo current uni reaches a multiple, so z. B. to 10U0faeh stronger compensation current for: Display, which shows a picture of the weak current generated in the photo element. The measuring instrument can therefore be calibrated directly in the units of measurement of the illuminance to be measured.
It is possible in this way, without using highly sensitive instruments such as B. a galvanometer to bring extremely weak electrical voltages or currents completely linear amplified in a normal measuring instrument to the display.
According to this principle, devices for measuring a product or the quotient of two measured quantities can also be built, namely if two compensation circuits are provided, each of which has a zero branch assigned to a measured quantity.
In the input and output circuit of the control converter, synchronously working ITm switches cause the alternating connection of the input of the control converter to the two zero branches with simultaneous transfer of the control effect of the output to the secondary circuits of the relevant compensation positions. which in turn by a product or quotient generator
init- are connected to each other. The product or quotient generator can be in the most practical manner in a dynamometric or cineni cross or T-coil instrument. For the measurement of products or quotients, the use of such a direct current amplifier is of particular importance, since it depends to a greater extent on sufficiently large electrical power for the product or quotient generator.
It is. a particular advantage of a storage choke, an interrupter and two discharge tubes existing control converter that you BEZW for both factors of the product. for numerator and denominator of the quotient with one control converter. Since the measured variables in the secondary circuits remain in place until a new control pulse occurs,
is the product resp. The formation of quotients is ensured and correctly reproduced except for the small changes in the other measured variable that may have occurred in the meantime. These minor deviations can, in contrast to bow-type regulators and similar instruments, be pushed down so far by selecting higher interrupt frequencies that they are practically irrelevant for the measurement.
If necessary, the mechanical synchronous switch can also be replaced by an electron control tube.
In FIG. 2, the arrangement of an electrical transducer for measuring the quotient of a pressure and a temperature with a cross-coil measuring mechanism Kr is shown.
In one compensation circuit there is a pressure cell U in the primary circuit (measuring circuit), which generates a measuring current proportional to the pressure, and a large resistance F1;
in the secondary circuit (compensation circuit) the voltage source H, .the small resistor G1 and the adjustment resistor W ,. The second compensation circuit contains the thermocouple V and, if applicable, the large resistance F .., which is often unnecessary here, and the voltage source H in the compensation circuit,
the small resistance was G2 and the adjustment resistance W2. In the two zero branches Dl, E, and Dz, E, the switch S of the cherdrossel and breaker existing A output circuit of the control converter M is switched on alternately.
Synchronously with the changeover switch S, the changeover switch T applies the output of the control converter to the adjustment motors, one of which, Q1, the resistance W1 in the pressure compensation circuit and the other, Q., the resistance W in the temperature compensation circuit. adjusted. The compensation currents controlled by this come into the cross-coil instrument
in which the quotient formation takes place to show.
Under certain circumstances, a single adjusting motor can also be used for both circuits if, instead of the changeover switch T working synchronously with the changeover switch -S, a mechanical synchronous changeover switch is used in the output of the control converter, which alternates the adjusting motor with the axis of the two variable resistors W1 and W " In principle, the same means can be used to display sums and differences between measured variables.
Often there is a need to choose another variable that forms a non-linear function with it as a measure for the physical measured variable, for example the pressure drop as a measure of the speed of a flowing medium. In this case, the pressure drop is known to be proportional to the square of the flow velocity. The use of the measuring transducer described allows the direct display of the flow rate by measuring the pressure drop, without the need to insert an etcher, the mechanical design of which is not always reliable.
Other non-linear relationships can also be evaluated directly with such a measurement transducer; it is only important that a non-linear element is arranged in the compensation circuit, the characteristic of which is inverse to the desired function. An exemplary embodiment will be explained using the above-mentioned speed measurement on the flowing medium according to FIG.
In the compensation circuit with the control converter M in the zero branch DE, there is a pressure cell U in the measuring circuit, which converts the pressure drop across the Venturi tube X into an electrical current that is directly proportional to the pressure drop, but not to the actual speed of the flowing medium to be displayed, and the resistance F.
Between one of the adjustment resistors W, the voltage source H and the control circuit containing the display, registration or counting device R and the compensation circuit of the compensation circuit, the Therniouinforiner Y is a connecting element for performing the root extraction.
Its heating circuit is in the nacl control circuit. Its track dismantling affects the compensation stream rice. Since the dependency de =,
Current ini readjustment circuit is from the (borrowed voltage of the thermal information device <B> I '</B> the T t' inverse functon to the gap time between pressure drop and flow kers the velocity ini venturi is directly proportional, and the measuring,
The registration or counting device in the register control circuit can be directly calibrated in terms of the rate of registration or the quantities proportional to these.
The compensation circuit is calibrated via the adjustment motor Q controlled by the control uniform 1I, which in turn adjusts the resistance in the readjustment circuit in each case until it is balanced.
In the measurement of other physical quantities, which are closely related to the quantity serving as a measure.
can ever nael. the characteristic also other spiral telenients, such as discharge tubes. Troekengleiehrieliter, ferrous hydrogen resistances, urodox resistances and the like, find application. Tin example, it may be useful.
Measure voltages or currents in logarithmic scale zti. By inserting an electron tube whose characteristic curve runs exponentially at start-up. thus supplies the inverse function, this requirement can be met.
Of course, instead of an electrical coupling between the output of the amplifier and the compensation voltage, a zneclial coupling can
in the manner of a mechanical IT partnership. In the case of more complicated functions, dtts is not always ignored.
The use of purely electrical clutches, however, is generally accepted if you have the choice between the two. be preferable because of the lower effort.
