Description

  

  Schraubstock mit Druck- und Haltelager für die an der beweglichen       Schraubstockbacke        angeordnete    Spindel.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Schraubstock mit Druck- und Haltelager  für .die an der     ,Schraubstockbacke    angeord  nete Spindel.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Parallelschraubstock,       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie       II-II    der     Fig.    1 in grösserem     Mass:stabe.     Bei der     dargestellten    Ausführungsform  ist die bewegliche     Schraubstockbacke    a seit  lich an einem Rahmen b verschiebbar ge  führt. Ein einzuspannendes Werkstück wird  zwischen die feste     Backe        a'    und die beweg  liche Backe a eingelegt und durch Verschie  ben der Backe     a    eingespannt.

   Die Bewegung  der Backe     a    erfolgt .durch die     Schrauben-          @spindel    t. Derselben ist eine Kugel zentral  vorgelagert, die in einer Bohrung der     beweg-          liehen    Backe a sitzt. Weiter ist eine zweite  Kugel i so, angeordnet, dass sie mit Spiel teils  in eine entsprechend     geformte    Ringrille der  Spindel t und teils in .eine Bohrung g ein-    tritt. Die Bohrung g ist durch .die Schraube  l verschliessbar. Die Hohlräume m um die  Kugeln     h    und i und in der Ringrille sind  mit Fett oder .dergleichen gefüllt und bilden  ein     Dauerschmierlager.     



  Beim     Vorschieben    der Backe a     drückt     Spindel<I>t</I> auf die Kugel     h,    während Kugel<I>i</I>  beim     Rückgang,der    Spindel t wirksam wird.  Diese Ausbildung gestattet eine Verminde  rung der Reibung.

Druck- und Haltelager für die an der beweglichen Schraubstock backe angreifende Spindel, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, .dass die Spindel beim Zuspannen auf eine der Spindelachse zentral vorgela- gerte Kugel (h) drückt, während beim Lösen eine Kugel (i) wirksam wird, die mit Spiel in eine einen Teil eines Dauerschmierlagers bildende Ringrille am Ende der .Spindel eingreift.
